Abstract
一种PE管材整圆器，包括支撑架、导轨、调节丝杆、活动架及尼龙轮，其特征在于，一对对称设置的支撑架通过连接架安装在真空定径箱的出口端，两支撑架的上下端各装有一根导轨，上下导轨上套置两只活动架，尼龙轮安装在活动架上，活动架与穿过支撑架上螺孔的调节丝杆固接，尼龙轮为两头大中间小的弧形哑铃状。本实用新型的PE管材整圆器结构简单、使用方便，调节丝杆带动活动架及尼龙轮在上下导轨上左右移动，能有效地控制PE管材的不圆度在标准范围内，大大提高了产品的合格率。

本实用新型涉及一种PE管材整圆器。
背景技术
大口径PE管材的生产过程中，因管材壁很厚，成型的管材从真空定径箱挤出来后仍未完全冷却，温度还较高，管材在其本身自重的影响下会出现变形，甚至成型为椭圆。PE管材检验标准中有对管材不圆度的要求，如不圆度超出标准范围将直接影响后期安装进度、安装质量，且与配套设施无法连接，严重的会导致管材无法使用直至报废。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单，能控制管材不圆度在标准范围内的PE管材整圆器。
本实用新型的PE管材整圆器，包括支撑架、导轨、调节丝杆、活动架及尼龙轮，其特征在于，一对对称设置的支撑架通过连接架安装在真空定径箱的出口端，两支撑架的上下端各装有一根导轨，上下导轨上套置两只活动架，尼龙轮安装在活动架上，活动架与穿过支撑架上螺孔的调节丝杆固接，尼龙轮为两头大中间小的弧形哑铃状。
本实用新型的PE管材整圆器，使用时，从真空定径箱出口端挤出的PE热管材，进入两活动架上的尼龙轮之间，通过调节丝杆调整两个尼龙轮的距离，使两个尼龙轮对PE热管材施加外力，以控制管材的不圆度。
本实用新型的PE管材整圆器结构简单、使用方便，调节丝杆带动活动架及尼龙轮在上下导轨上左右移动，能有效地控制PE管材的不圆度在标准范围内，大大提高了产品的合格率。

1.一种PE管材整圆器，包括支撑架（1）、导轨（5）、调节丝杆（4）、活动架（7）及尼龙轮（6），其特征在于：一对对称设置的支撑架（1）通过连接架（3）安装在真空定径箱的出口端，两支撑架（1）的上下端各装有一根导轨（5），上下导轨（5）上套置两只活动架（7），尼龙轮（6）安装在活动架（7）上，活动架（7）与穿过支撑架（1）上螺孔（2）的调节丝杆（2）固接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PE管材整圆器，其特征在于：尼龙轮（6）为两头大中间小的弧形哑铃状。
