本发明涉及一种具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机,属于塑料的加工的塑性状态物质的一般成型技术领域。该EVA牵引冷却定型机包括设于底座上的前送料辊和后送料辊,前送料辊和后送料辊之间设有传送带,前送料辊和后送料辊之间设有制冷腔室,制冷腔室开有前开口和后开口,传送带依次通过制冷腔室前开口和后开口,制冷腔室的周圈侧壁设有冷却管,冷却管的进口设于相邻前送料辊的制冷腔室处,冷却管的出口设于相邻后送料辊的制冷腔室处,冷却管内固定有螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片的螺旋升角为21°~25°。该EVA牵引冷却定型机具有冷却速度快,设备占用空间小的优点。

具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种EVA牵引冷却定型机,属于塑料的加工的塑性状态物质的一般成型技术领域。
背景技术
目前,太阳能电池的封装一般采用乙烯一醋酸乙烯醋共聚物(EVA)胶膜将太阳能电池片包封,并与上下层保护材料粘合在一起,构成太阳能电池组件。EVA是一种典型的无规高分子化合物,它在加热熔融时具有良好的浸润性,冷却固化时具有良好的挠曲性、抗应力开裂性和粘结性能,是一种较为理想的能用于太阳能电池封装的材料。
EVA成膜采用的生产冷却过程是: 从挤出机模头挤出的EVA膜温度高,它需要经过多组传送辊进行较长距离的传送,在传送过程中使EVA膜得以冷却和定型。
申请人发现,采用自然冷却,有以下缺点:
1.    EVA膜的冷却速度较慢,用于冷却而设置的多组传送辊结构复
杂;
2.    EVA冷却过程中生大量的废气,既不利于环保,又污染工作环
境。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种冷却速度快的具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机,包括设于底座上的前送料辊和后送料辊,所述前送料辊和后送料辊之间设有传送带,所述前送料辊和后送料辊之间设有制冷腔室,所述制冷腔室开有前开口和后开口,所述传送带依次通过制冷腔室前开口和后开口,所述制冷腔室的周圈侧壁设有冷却管,所述冷却管的进口设于相邻前送料辊的制冷腔室处,所述冷却管的出口设于相邻后送料辊的制冷腔室处,所述冷却管内固定有螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片的螺旋升角为21°~25°。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过在前送料辊和后送料辊之间设有制冷腔室,制冷腔室开有前开口和后开口,传送带依次通过制冷腔室前开口和后开口,制冷腔室的周圈侧壁设有冷却管,冷却管的进口设于相邻前送料辊的制冷腔室处,冷却管的出口设于相邻后送料辊的制冷腔室处,冷却管内固定有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片的螺旋升角为21°~25°;这样,从挤出机模头挤出的EVA膜,由传送带带动通过制冷腔室,制冷腔室内的温度通过冷却管进行降温,EVA膜可以得到快速的冷却,相比自然冷却,具有冷却速度快,设备占用空间小的优点。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述制冷腔室相邻后送料辊的一端连接有抽气扇。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:通过制冷腔室将EVA膜生产中的产生的废气收集,通过抽气扇将EVA膜生产中的产生的废气排出,保护了工作环境。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述螺旋叶片的螺旋升角为22°。
上述技术方案的改进是:所述冷却管埋设在制冷腔室侧壁内。

本实施例的具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机,如图1所示,包括设于底座1上的前送料辊2和后送料辊3,前送料辊2和后送料辊3之间设有传送带4。
前送料辊2和后送料辊3之间设有制冷腔室5,制冷腔室5开有前开口和后开口。传送带4依次通过制冷腔室5前开口和后开口。制冷腔室5的周圈侧壁设有冷却管6。
冷却管的进口6-1设于相邻前送料辊2的制冷腔室处,冷却管的出口6-2设于相邻后送料辊3的制冷腔室处。冷却管6内固定有螺旋叶片6-3,螺旋叶片6-3的螺旋升角为21°~25°。
本实施例的制冷腔室5相邻后送料辊3的一端连接有抽气扇7。
本实施例的螺旋叶片6-3的螺旋升角为22°。
当然,本实施例的冷却管6也可以埋设在制冷腔室5侧壁内。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机,包括设于底座上的前送料辊和后送料辊,所述前送料辊和后送料辊之间设有传送带,其特征在于:所述前送料辊和后送料辊之间设有制冷腔室,所述制冷腔室开有前开口和后开口,所述传送带依次通过制冷腔室前开口和后开口,所述制冷腔室的周圈侧壁设有冷却管,所述冷却管的进口设于相邻前送料辊的制冷腔室处,所述冷却管的出口设于相邻后送料辊的制冷腔室处,所述冷却管内固定有螺旋叶片,所述螺旋叶片的螺旋升角为21°~25°。
2.如权利要求1所述具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机,其特征在于:所述制冷腔室相邻后送料辊的一端连接有抽气扇。
3.如权利要求1或2所述具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机,其特征在于:所述螺旋叶片的螺旋升角为22°。
4.如权利要求1或2所述具有附加制冷功能的EVA牵引冷却定型机,其特征在于:所述冷却管埋设在制冷腔室侧壁内。
