技术领域
本发明涉及一种道路修补用无纺布,其涉及工业用布领域。
背景技术
目前,土工布主要应用于水利、港口、航道、铁路、公路等泥沙直径小受力大的工
程,其起到的主要作用包括1:隔离作用,对不同物理性质的建筑材料进行隔离,使材料不
混杂,保持材料的整体性;2:过滤作用,当水由细料土层流入粗料土层时,利用土工布的透水性,让水通过而拦截住土颗粒、细沙等物料;3:稳定作用,增强土体抗拉抗变形能力,增强建筑结构稳定性。在修补道路时,多采用沥青修补,但经常出现修补后快速损坏。
发明内容
鉴于已有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是要提供一种道路修补用无纺布,预制包含无纺布基底的沥青模块,并可以剪裁为各种形状,将其放入需修补路段,再经过常规工
艺的修补,起到抗压,抗变形,耐用的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术解决方案是一种道路修补用无纺布,其特
征在于:由纺粘无纺布层、加强网层、沥青层、熔喷无纺布层复合而成;上表面为熔喷无纺
布层,自上而下为沥青层,加强网层,纺粘无纺布层。所述加强网层为铁丝编织网。一种道
路修补用无纺布的制作方法:
1)将纺粘无纺布放置在水平加工台,其上放置相同尺寸的加强网;
2)在放置加强网的纺粘无纺布表面涂上2-3CM厚度的沥青;
3)最后在沥青上表面铺上熔喷无纺布,通过压辊进行平整处理,自然放置降至室温。
采用上述方案后,与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:由纺粘无纺布层、加强网
层和熔喷无纺布层复合而成的复合无纺布其强度大大增加,预制包含无纺布基底的沥青模
块,并可以剪裁为各种形状,将其放入需修补路段,再经过常规工艺的修补,起到抗压,抗变形,耐用的效果。

具体实施方式
实施例:
一种道路修补用无纺布的制作方法:将纺粘无纺布放置在水平加工台,其上放置相同
尺寸的加强网;在放置加强网的纺粘无纺布表面涂上2.5CM厚度的沥青;最后在沥青上表面铺上熔喷无纺布,通过压辊进行平整处理,自然放置降至室温。沥青模块由纺粘无纺布层
1、加强网层4、沥青层3、熔喷无纺布层2复合;上表面为熔喷无纺布层2,自上而下为沥青层3,加强网层4,纺粘无纺布层1。所述加强网层4为铁丝编织网。
将预制包含无纺布基底的沥青模块剪裁为适合道路上切割处理过的需要修补的部位,将一块或多块组合的沥青模块放入需修补部位,再经过常规工艺的修补,在常规工艺中,需要加入高温的沥青,可以软化沥青模块中的沥青,使沥青模块与周围紧密结合,起到抗压,抗变形,耐用的效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种道路修补用包含无纺布的沥青模块制作方法,其特征在于:
1)将纺粘无纺布放置在水平加工台,其上放置相同尺寸的加强网;
2)在放置加强网的纺粘无纺布表面涂上2-3CM厚度的沥青;
3)最后在沥青上表面铺上熔喷无纺布,通过压辊进行平整处理,自然放置降至室温;
4)将预制包含无纺布基底的沥青模块剪裁为适合道路修补的形状。
2.一种道路修补用包含无纺布的沥青模块,所述沥青模块按照权利要求1的制作方法制成,其特征在于:由纺粘无纺布层(1)、加强网层(4)、沥青层(3)、熔喷无纺布层(2)复合而成;上表面为熔喷无纺布层(2),熔喷无纺布层(2)之下,自上而下为沥青层(3)、加强网层(4)、纺粘无纺布层(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种道路修补用包含无纺布的沥青模块,其特征在于:所述加强网层(4)为铁丝编织网。
