Abstract

本发明公开了一种微粒洗衣机中将微粒和水混合均匀的微粒悬浮紊流器,包括箱体,在箱体的上方设置有进料口,在箱体的上部安装有用以拦截布草但微粒能正常通过的第一过滤网,在箱体的下部安装有排水阀,在排水阀和箱体之间安装有用以拦截微粒的第二过滤网,在箱体的下部还设置有出料口,在箱体的底部设置有吹气口。上述的微粒悬浮紊流器,从吹气口通入的气体将水中的微粒吹起,使微粒悬浮于水中,使微粒和水混合均匀。

微粒悬浮紊流器
技术领域
本发明涉及微粒洗衣机中将微粒和水混合的微粒悬浮紊流器。
背景技术
微粒洗衣机在工作时,滚筒中的微粒和水会不断地从滚筒上的小孔中落入机壳底部,然后再由微粒泵将微粒和水输送到固液分离器进行固液分离,将分离出来的微粒再喷入滚筒内进行循环利用。为了使微粒泵能输送混合均匀的微粒和水,需要研发一种能将微粒和水混合均匀的装置,以将微粒和水混合均匀后再由微粒泵输送至固液分离器。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种能使水和微粒混合均匀的微粒悬浮紊流器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下技术方案。
微粒悬浮紊流器,包括箱体,其特点是:在箱体的上方设置有进料口,在箱体的上部安装有用以拦截布草但微粒能正常通过的第一过滤网,在箱体的下部安装有排水阀,在排水阀和箱体之间安装有用以拦截微粒的第二过滤网,在箱体的下部还设置有出料口,在箱体的底部设置有吹气口。
进一步地,前述的微粒悬浮紊流器,其中:在箱体的中间位置垂直安装有隔板,隔板位于箱体的下部。
进一步地,前述的微粒悬浮紊流器,其中:第一过滤网的一端与箱体外的安装板相连接,安装板通过螺栓固定在箱体上。
进一步地,前述的微粒悬浮紊流器,其中:所述排水阀的结构包括阀体,在阀体中活动设置有阀芯板,在阀体上固定安装有气缸,气缸的活塞杆伸入阀体中与阀芯板相连接,通过气缸的活塞杆的伸出或退缩,从而将排水阀关闭或打开。
本发明的有益效果:工作时,出料口与微粒泵相连接,吹气口与压缩空气管道相连接,从吹气口通入的压缩空气能将水中的微粒吹起,使微粒悬浮于水中,使微粒和水混合均匀,这样微粒泵就能通过出料口将混合均匀的微粒和水送出;隔板可防止微粒泵在抽取的过程中产生漩涡,第一过滤网可拦截布草,防止布草被抽入微粒泵中,从而保证微粒泵的正常运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和优选实施例对本发明所述的微粒悬浮紊流器作进一步的说明。
参见图1、图2所示,本发明所述的微粒悬浮紊流器,包括箱体1,在箱体1的上方设置有进料口11,在箱体1的上部安装有用以拦截布草但微粒能正常通过的第一过滤网2,参见图3所示,本实施例中,第一过滤网2的一端与箱体1外的安装板7相连接,安装板7通过螺栓8固定在箱体1上,当第一过滤网2需要清理时,将螺栓8松开,将第一过滤网2从箱体1的前面抽出即可,比较方便。在箱体1的下部安装有排水阀4,在排水阀4和箱体1之间安装有用以拦截微粒的第二过滤网21,第二过滤网21可防止排水时微粒一起排出;在箱体1的下部还设置有出料口6,工作时出料口6与微粒泵相连接,微粒泵能通过管路将混合均匀的微粒和水送出;在箱体1的底部设置有吹气口5,工作时吹气口5与压缩空气管路相连接。本实施例中,在箱体1的中间位置垂直安装有隔板3,隔板3位于箱体1的下部,隔板3可防止微粒泵在抽取的过程中产生漩涡,以免微粒泵中抽入空气。参见图4、图5所示,所述排水阀的结构包括阀体41,在阀体41中活动设置有阀芯板42,在阀体41上固定安装有气缸9,气缸9的活塞杆伸入阀体41中与阀芯板42相连接,通过气缸9的活塞杆91的伸出或退缩,从而将排水阀4的进料口43和出料口44关闭或打开。
本发明所述的微粒悬浮紊流器的工作原理如下:工作时滚筒内的水和微粒从进料口11进入箱体1中,从吹气口5向箱体1中通入压缩空气,通入的 气体将水中的微粒吹起,使微粒悬浮于水中,使微粒和水混合均匀,有利于抽出微粒;微粒泵将箱体1内的微粒和水的混合物从出料口6抽出,再送入固液分离器进行固液分离。当箱体1内的水因污浊等原因需要排水时,气缸9的活塞杆91退缩,箱体1内的水就通过排水阀的进料口43、出料口44而排出,第二过滤网21起到拦截微粒的作用,可防止排水时微粒一起排出。

Claims (4)

1.微粒悬浮紊流器,包括箱体,其特征在于:在箱体的上方设置有进料口,在箱体的上部安装有用以拦截布草但微粒能正常通过的第一过滤网,在箱体的下部安装有排水阀,在排水阀和箱体之间安装有用以拦截微粒的第二过滤网,在箱体的下部还设置有出料口,在箱体的底部设置有吹气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微粒悬浮紊流器,其特征在于:在箱体的中间位置垂直安装有隔板,隔板位于箱体的下部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微粒悬浮紊流器,其特征在于:第一过滤网的一端与箱体外的安装板相连接,安装板通过螺栓固定在箱体上。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的微粒悬浮紊流器,其特征在于:所述排水阀的结构包括阀体,在阀体中活动设置有阀芯板,在阀体上固定安装有气缸,气缸的活塞杆伸入阀体中与阀芯板相连接,通过气缸的活塞杆的伸出或退缩,从而将排水阀关闭或打开。
