本发明涉及一种线束用绝缘材料,具体涉及一种防潮耐磨汽车线束用改性EVA绝缘料,该材料包含以下重量份的原料:EVA 30-34,苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES 20-30,聚烯烃热塑性弹性体12-14,硬酯酸钙2-5,抗氧剂DSTP 1-2,三氧化二锑5-7,硼酸锌3-4,高岭土粉23-25,空心玻璃微珠6-9,硬脂酸锌3-5,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯28-30,抗氧剂168 1-2,N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2,柠檬酸三乙酯8-10,微晶石蜡6-8,助剂14-16;该绝缘材料结合了EVA、苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES等原料的优点,制备的材料柔韧耐磨,防水防潮,耐低温冲击,安全可靠,能够广泛的用于制作汽车各部位线束的绝缘护套、端子以及包扎材料等等,市场需求前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种线束用绝缘材料,具体涉及一种防潮耐磨汽车线束用改性EVA绝缘料及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车线束是汽车电路的网络主体,连接汽车各部分电子元件,其作用至关重要,线束的质量直接关系到汽车的质量,而在线束生产的第一步就是选取线束材料,线束材料直接决定了线束的质量,汽车线束材料主要包括电线、端子、护套、胶带等,在实际应用时,应根据不同汽车部位线束的工作环境及性能要求,选择合适材质的线束材料,传统的线束用绝缘材料多存在阻燃性差、高温易变形、使用寿命短等问题,给实际使用带来很多不便,甚至威胁到人们的生命财产安全,因此,急需改变原有配方,改进材料性能,以适应汽车电子器件市场多样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种阻潮耐磨汽车线束用改性EVA绝缘料,提升了传统聚苯乙烯材料的性能,使其具备良好的力学性能和加工性能,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防潮耐磨汽车线束用改性EVA绝缘料,其特征在于,该线束用高分子材料包含以下重量份的组分:EVA 30-34,苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES 20-30,聚烯烃热塑性弹性体12-14,硬酯酸钙2-5,抗氧剂DSTP 1-2,三氧化二锑5-7,硼酸锌3-4,高岭土粉23-25,空心玻璃微珠6-9,硬脂酸锌3-5,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯28-30,抗氧剂168 1-2,N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2,柠檬酸三乙酯8-10,微晶石蜡6-8,助剂14-16。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石20-24,交联剂TAC 3-4,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯2-3,四乙烯五胺2-3,纳米二氧化钛1-2,三氧化二锑2-3,防焦剂CTP 1-2,甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-2,2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑1-2,刚玉粉2-3,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡1-2,花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种防潮耐磨汽车线束用改性EVA绝缘料,其制备方法为:将EVA、苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在130-180℃下捏合2-3min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明结合了EVA、苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体等原料的优点,提升了传统EVA共混材料的性能,使其具有良好的加工性能和力学性能,制备的材料柔韧耐磨,防水阻潮,耐低温冲击,使用寿命长,能够满足特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例包含以下重量份的原料:EVA 34,苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES 30,聚烯烃热塑性弹性体14,硬酯酸钙5,抗氧剂DSTP 2,三氧化二锑7,硼酸锌4,高岭土粉25,空心玻璃微珠8,硬脂酸锌5,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30,抗氧剂168 2,N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2,柠檬酸三乙酯10,微晶石蜡8,助剂15。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石24,交联剂TAC 4,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯3,四乙烯五胺3,纳米二氧化钛2,三氧化二锑2,防焦剂CTP 2,甲基三乙氧基硅烷2,2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑2,刚玉粉3,双巯基乙酸异辛酯二正辛基锡2,花椒籽油2;制备方法是将天青石放入煅烧炉中在570℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,粉碎成80目后放入15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤出天青石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1.5小时,即得。
所述的一种防潮耐磨汽车线束用改性EVA绝缘料,其制备方法为:将EVA、苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在150℃下捏合3min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明材料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为16.7Mpa,断裂伸长率为443%,经IRM902油90℃×70h处理后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为15.3Mpa、412%,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率98.6%,断裂伸长率保持率为97.5%,20℃体积电阻率为1.3×1014Ω·m,经60℃的15%的NaCl溶液浸泡7天后,材料的吸液率为0.0022%,浸泡后体积电阻率变化率为0.0031%,冲击脆化温度达到-35℃。

1.一种防潮耐磨汽车线束用改性EVA绝缘料,其特征在于,该绝缘料由以下重量份的原料组成:EVA 30-34,苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES 20-30,聚烯烃热塑性弹性体12-14,硬酯酸钙2-5,抗氧剂DSTP 1-2,三氧化二锑5-7,硼酸锌3-4,高岭土粉23-25,空心玻璃微珠6-9,硬脂酸锌3-5,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯28-30,抗氧剂168 1-2,N-2-(氨乙基)-3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2,柠檬酸三乙酯8-10,微晶石蜡6-8,助剂14-16;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种防潮耐磨汽车线束用改性EVA绝缘料,其制作工艺为:将EVA、苯乙烯系热塑性弹性体TPES、聚烯烃热塑性弹性体共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在130-180℃下捏合2-3min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
