Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯泡沫塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,由如下重量份数的原料制成:三官能度聚醚40-60份、六官能度聚醚40-60份、AM-11-5份、A330.2-2份、T120.1-0.5份、水2-8份、硅油1-5份、PAPI100-150份。先将三官能度聚醚、六官能度聚醚、AM-1、A33、T12、水和硅油加入配料容器中搅匀,再把PAPI加入配料容器中搅匀,将配料容器中的料液倒入模具中熟化、固化,得到成品。本发明完全采用水做发泡剂,组合聚醚具有良好流动性和贮存稳定性,成型时固化速度快,粘结力强,制备的聚氨酯硬质泡沫尺寸稳定性好,导热系数低,可广泛用于汽车、管道、太阳能保温。

全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯泡沫塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法。
背景技术
在聚氨酯硬泡中常用的CFC-F11替代发泡剂主要有HCFC-141b,及戊烷为代表的烃类发泡剂,对臭氧以一定的破坏作用,近些年以水作为发泡剂得到研究,水是和异氰酸酯反应生成的CO2气体作为发泡剂,其臭氧破坏ODP值为0,无毒副作用,因此水是F11的最终替代物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行,制得的泡沫尺寸稳定性好,导热系数低。
本发明所述的全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,由如下重量份数的原料制成:

所述的三官能度聚醚是聚醚305、聚醚4450或聚醚303中的一种。
所述的六官能度聚醚是聚醚605、聚醚600或聚醚635中的一种。
本发明所述的全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,步骤如下:
先将三官能度聚醚、六官能度聚醚、AM-1、A33、T12、水和硅油加入配料容器中搅匀,再把PAPI加入配料容器中搅匀,将配料容器中的料液倒入模具中熟化、固化,得到成品。
所述的熟化温度是20-25℃,熟化时间是100-200分钟。
所述的固化温度是15-35℃,固化时间是2-4小时。
本发明是一种用于制备聚氨酯硬质泡沫的全水发泡技术,以三官能度低粘度聚醚、六官能度低粘度聚醚为主料,以水为发泡剂,配以适量催化剂制得全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
本发明完全采用水做发泡剂,组合聚醚具有良好流动性和贮存稳定性,成型时固化速度快,粘结力强,制备的聚氨酯硬质泡沫尺寸稳定性好,导热系数低,可广泛用于汽车、管道、太阳能保温。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
原料如下:

先将聚醚305、聚醚605、AM-1、A33、T12、水和硅油加入配料容器中搅匀,再把PAPI加入配料容器中搅匀,将配料容器中的料液倒入模具中熟化、固化,熟化温度是20℃、熟化时间是200分钟,固化温度是15℃、固化时间是4小时,得到成品。成品抗压强度达到300kpa。
实施例2
原料如下:

先将聚醚4450、聚醚600、AM-1、A33、T12、水和硅油加入配料容器中搅匀,再把PAPI加入配料容器中搅匀,将配料容器中的料液倒入模具中熟化、固化,熟化温度是25℃、熟化时间是100分钟,固化温度是35℃、固化时间是2小时,得到成品。成品抗压强度达到320kpa。
实施例3
原料如下:

先将聚醚303、聚醚635、AM-1、A33、T12、水和硅油加入配料容器中搅匀,再把PAPI加入配料容器中搅匀,将配料容器中的料液倒入模具中熟化、固化,熟化温度是23℃、熟化时间是150分钟,固化温度是30℃、固化时间是3小时,得到成品。成品抗压强度达到315kpa。
实施例4
原料如下:

先将聚醚305、聚醚605、AM-1、A33、T12、水和硅油加入配料容器中搅匀,再把PAPI加入配料容器中搅匀,将配料容器中的料液倒入模具中熟化、固化,熟化温度是24℃、熟化时间是180分钟,固化温度是20℃、固化时间是4小时,得到成品。成品抗压强度达到330kpa。
实施例5
原料如下:

先将聚醚303、聚醚600、AM-1、A33、T12、水和硅油加入配料容器中搅匀,再把PAPI加入配料容器中搅匀,将配料容器中的料液倒入模具中熟化、固化,熟化温度是21℃、熟化时间是160分钟,固化温度是25℃、固化时间是2小时,得到成品。成品抗压强度达到310kpa。

2.根据权利要求1所述的全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于所述的三官能度聚醚是聚醚305、聚醚4450或聚醚303中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于所述的六官能度聚醚是聚醚605、聚醚600或聚醚635中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
先将三官能度聚醚、六官能度聚醚、AM-1、A33、T12、水和硅油加入配料容器中搅匀,再把PAPI加入配料容器中搅匀,将配料容器中的料液倒入模具中熟化、固化,得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于所述的熟化温度是20-25℃,熟化时间是100-200分钟。
6.根据权利要求4所述的全水发泡聚氨酯硬质泡沫的制备方法,其特征在于所述的固化温度是15-35℃,固化时间是2-4小时。
