Abstract

本发明涉及一种衬套油线加工设备,特别涉及一种拉油线机。该拉油线机,包括车床,车床后端有上同步链轮,车床机箱前侧有三爪卡盘,其特征是:所述上同步链轮通过链条连接有下同步链轮,车床机箱侧部设置有转向器,下同步链轮安装于转向器后侧,转向器顶端有偏心轮,偏心轮依次横向连接有连杆、调节螺栓和万向接头;所述万向接头尾端连接有滑动安装于车床工作台前侧的大托板,大托板连接有安装于车床工作台上的小托板,小托板上部设置有刀杆固定台;所述小托板与三爪卡盘位置相对应。因此,本发明的设计合理,实用方便。

(一)        技术领域
    本发明涉及一种衬套油线加工设备,特别涉及一种拉油线机。
(二)        背景技术
    目前市场上的衬套价格比较贵,而且购置的衬套与图纸要求存在很大的差别,采购的衬套每批次的质量不稳定,衬套内部螺旋式交叉的油线不够圆滑、美观。
(三)        发明内容
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种设计合理,结构方便的拉油线机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的: 
一种拉油线机,包括车床,车床后端有上同步链轮,车床机箱前侧有三爪卡盘,其特征是:所述上同步链轮通过链条连接有下同步链轮,车床机箱侧部设置有转向器,下同步链轮安装于转向器后侧,转向器顶端有偏心轮,偏心轮依次横向连接有连杆、调节螺栓和万向接头;所述万向接头尾端连接有滑动安装于车床工作台前侧的大托板,大托板连接有安装于车床工作台上的小托板,小托板上部设置有刀杆固定台;所述小托板与三爪卡盘位置相对应。
所述万向接头尾端与连杆连接处设置有紧固螺母。
本发明的有益效果是:该发明的拉油线机结构简单,设计合理、新颖,操作方便快捷,能够根据图纸加工合适的衬套,加工的衬套质量比较稳定,内部的油线圆滑、美观,并且成本比较低,适于广泛推广应用。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括车床1,车床1后端有上同步链轮2,车床1机箱前侧有三爪卡盘3,其特征是:所述上同步链轮2通过链条4连接有下同步链轮5,车床1机箱侧部设置有转向器6,下同步链轮5安装于转向器6后侧,转向器6顶端有偏心轮7,偏心轮7依次横向连接有连杆8、调节螺栓9和万向接头10;所述万向接头10尾端连接有滑动安装于车床1工作台前侧的大托板11,大托板11连接有安装于车床1工作台上的小托板12,小托板12上部设置有刀杆固定台13;所述小托板12与三爪卡盘3位置相对应;所述万向接头10尾端与连杆8连接处设置有紧固螺母14。
采用本发明的拉油线机,对衬套加工油线的时候,只需要将衬套固定于三爪卡盘3上,将刀杆安装于刀杆固定台13上,打开车床1的工作开关,上同步链轮2带动下同步链轮5转动,下同步链轮5通过转向器6和将旋转方向运动改变成了连杆8和万向接头10的曲向摇杆运动,这样大托板11就带动着小托板12做直线运动,刀杆在小托板12上做直线运动对工件进行画油线,因为工件在三爪卡盘3的带动下旋转,画出来的油线就为螺旋式交叉油线,操作简单、快捷。

1.一种拉油线机,包括车床(1),车床(1)后端有上同步链轮(2),车床(1)机箱前侧有三爪卡盘(3),其特征是:所述上同步链轮(2)通过链条(4)连接有下同步链轮(5),车床(1)机箱侧部设置有转向器(6),下同步链轮(5)安装于转向器(6)后侧,转向器(6)顶端有偏心轮(7),偏心轮(7)依次横向连接有连杆(8)、调节螺栓(9)和万向接头(10);所述万向接头(10)尾端连接有滑动安装于车床(1)工作台前侧的大托板(11),大托板(11)连接有安装于车床(1)工作台上的小托板(12),小托板(12)上部设置有刀杆固定台(13);所述小托板(12)与三爪卡盘(3)位置相对应。
