Abstract

本发明是一种可变式转子内燃发动机,它利用转子和缸体的独特设计和机械运动来完成吸气、压缩、燃烧、排气,它设计为汽油机。本设计简单,无浪费空间,更重要的是它在完成同样运动过程的同时,会有二次燃烧作功输出的过程,达到了360°的动力输出角度。由于本设计为直轴旋转,所以震动更小。

Description

可变式转子内燃发动机
本发明是一款汽油内燃发动机,它设独特、简单,巧妙的运用了转子的独特运动方式完成吸气、压缩、燃烧膨胀和排气。 
一、作功原理 
1、吸气 
转子逆时针作旋转运动,进气口打开,排气口打开,吸气旋转180°,排气口关闭。 
2、压缩 
转子旋转360°压缩一次,同时变子左侧同样吸入了可燃气体,进气口关闭。 
3、燃烧膨胀 
压缩气体通过变子一侧的导流槽被压缩到变子右上方的进气处空间里,点火气体燃烧膨胀,此时转子旋转540°,同时完成另一次压缩,二次点燃,此时排气口打开,转子旋转720°,同时完成排气一次。 
4、排气 
转子继续旋转,第二次排气,吸气口打开,同时完成吸气一次。 
综上所述,转子旋转720°完成基本的四个过程,与往复式曲轴内燃机过程相同,但却有二次燃烧作功,所以它输出的动力更大,达到了360°作功,能量转换率也就更高。

Claims (2)

1.可变式转子,转子中间的变子可滑动,通过变子的往复滑动分割形成腔室,并且通过转子的整体运动改变腔室空间体积容量。
2.变子两侧设有压缩气体导流槽。
