技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温门,尤其是一种“浮开沉闭”式保温门。 
背景技术
目前,各种冷库或有温度要求的生产车间所使用的保温门多为单开平移门或双开门平移门,在货物进出时门打开,从而满足进货/出货的使用要求。 
但是,市场上的单开平移门或双开平移门没有设置“浮开沉闭”装置,导致这些门的密封胶条磨损很快,造成库内能耗的泄露。同时,经常更换密封胶条,也造成生产成本的提高和人工的损耗。 
针对这种要求,一种新型的“浮开沉闭”式保温门由我司研制成功,该门的使用改变了当前市场上普通保温门的弊端。 
发明内容
1)本发明的保温门采用了“浮开沉闭”式,替代了传统的平移式,既可以做成手动,也可以做成电动,减少了密封胶条的磨损,节约了能耗。 
1)本发明的保温门采用了“浮开沉闭”式,减少了更换密封胶条的人工和材料,从而节约了运行成本。 
3)本发明的保温门采用了“浮开沉闭”式,由于摩擦力更小,所用很小的外力即可实现门的开启和关闭。

具体实施方式
该保温门是一种“浮开沉闭”式,即打开时保温门上浮(向外及向上两个方向上浮),关闭时保温门下沉(向内及向下两个方向下沉)。 
门扇(1)与滚轮(3)通过顶托架(2)固定在一起,滚轮(3)在导轨(4)内左右方 向移动,从而使门扇(1)开启和关闭。同时,门扇(1)的底部V型导轨(7)根据门扇的上浮和下沉在后导向装置(8)内滑动,保证了门扇(1)从上到下的严密性。 
导轨(4)内装有两段导轨镶条(5)和两个浮沉装置(6),导轨镶条(5)和浮沉装置(6)在导轨(4)内成45度夹角。当滚轮(3)滚到浮沉装置(6)位置时(即B位置),受门的自重作用,滚轮(3)向下及向内滑动,带动整个门扇(1)关闭。当滚轮(3)滚到导轨镶条(5)位置时(即A位置),门扇(1)保存开启状态。 
上浮时,密封胶条(10)与底部混凝土门槛(9)及门框(12)分离,不仅减小密封胶条(10)与底部混凝土门槛(9)及门框(12)的摩擦力,也使门的开启轻松方便;同时事,因为减少了密封胶条(10)的摩擦,也减小了故障率和维修率。 
关闭时,密封胶条(10)向下及向内移动,压紧底部混凝土门槛(9)及门框(12),从而起到良好的密封效果。

1.本发明为一种”浮开沉闭”式保温门。
该保温门主要应用于冷库或有温度要求的生产车间等环境。
该保温门是一种“浮开沉闭”式,即打开时保温门上浮(向外及向上两个方向上浮),关闭时保温门下沉(向内及向下两个方向下沉)。
门扇(1)与滚轮(3)通过顶托架(2)固定在一起,滚轮(3)在导轨(4)内左右方向移动,从而使门扇(1)开启和关闭。同时,门扇(1)的底部V型导轨(7)根据门扇的上浮和下沉在后导向装置(8)内滑动,保证了门扇(1)从上到下的严密性。
导轨(4)内装有两段导轨镶条(5)和两个浮沉装置(6),导轨镶条(5)和浮沉装置(6)在导轨(4)内成45度夹角。当滚轮(3)滚到浮沉装置(6)位置时(即B位置),受门的自重作用,滚轮(3)向下及向内滑动,带动整个门扇(1)关闭。当滚轮(3)滚到导轨镶条(5)位置时(即A位置),门扇(1)保存开启状态。
上浮时,密封胶条(10)与底部混凝土门槛(9)及门框(12)分离,不仅减小密封胶条(10)与底部混凝土门槛(9)及门框(12)的摩擦力,也使门的开启轻松方便;同时事,因为减少了密封胶条(10)的摩擦,也减小了故障率和维修率。
