Abstract
本发明公开了一种双料口双螺杆挤出机,包括:筒体、两个螺杆、两个料斗及驱动装置,每个所述螺杆分别设置一个所述料斗,两个所述螺杆固定连接在驱动装置上,其特征在于,两个所述螺杆置于所述筒体内,靠近筒体出料口部分的两所述螺杆纹路相互啮合,靠近筒体进料口部分的两所述螺杆相互分离。本发明的双料口双螺杆挤出机,其设置的双螺杆能够先分别将两种不同的原料分别加工后,同时进如两螺杆啮合部分组成的双螺杆结构区域,这样能够更加精准的混料并达到更好的混合效果和塑化效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化纤纺丝领域,尤其涉及一种双料口双螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
螺杆挤出机能够将高分子粒料或片料等固体原料经进料口加入到螺杆部分,经加热和螺杆的挤压力等综合作用将高分子材料塑化为熔融状态,以备用。挤出机螺杆上不同区域能够实现的功能不同,大致分为膜口段、均化段、输送段、压缩段、挤压段和加料段等,高分子材料通常是以固体形态被送入料斗进行加工,在生产过程中经常需要将两种不同的高分子固体材料混合后同时放入料斗,这样往往无法很好的实现均匀混合,熔融态的高分子材料在混合是往往更加充分,并且混炼程度更高,目前还没有一种挤出机可以实现将熔融态物料完美混合的的先例。
发明内容
为了克服这种问题,本发明提供一种双料口双螺杆挤出机,能够在同一挤出机上实现精准的熔融态混料。
本发明的技术方案是提供一种双料口双螺杆挤出机,包括:筒体、两个螺杆、两个料斗及驱动装置,每个所述螺杆分别设置一个所述料斗,两个所述螺杆固定连接在驱动装置上,其特征在于,两个所述螺杆置于所述筒体内,靠近筒体出料口部分的两所述螺杆纹路相互啮合,靠近筒体进料口部分的两所述螺杆相互分离。
优选的,所述筒体内设有两个单筒,两个所述螺杆分别放置在所述单筒内,所述单筒靠近出料口部分相互连通,所述单筒靠近进料口部分相互封闭。
优选的,两个所述螺杆轴线相互平行,靠近所述出料口螺杆部分外径大于靠近所述进料口外径。
优选的,两个所述螺杆纹路相互啮合部分为圆锥形,两个所述螺杆轴线相互交叉,靠近所述出料口螺杆部分外径小于靠近所述进料口外径。
优选的,两个所述料斗内分别设有送料计量装置,所述送料计量装置按照物料重量匀速送入对应所述螺杆。
优选的,两个所述螺杆长度相等,两螺杆相互啮合部分纹路结构相同或轴对称。
本发明的双料口双螺杆挤出机,其设置的双螺杆能够先分别将两种不同的原料分别加工后,同时进如两螺杆啮合部分组成的双螺杆结构区域,这样能够更加精准的混料并达到更好的混合效果和塑化效果。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。
如图1、2所示,本发明包括设有两个单筒的筒体1,每个单筒内设有一个螺杆2,每一单筒一端各自设有一个料斗3,两个螺杆2由驱动装置4驱动,靠近筒体出料口6的两个单筒部分相互连通,其内两个螺杆2相互啮合,并且啮合部分螺杆纹路结构轴对称;靠近筒体进料口5的两个单筒部分相互封闭,其内两螺杆2相互分离各自工作。两料斗3内分别设有送料计量装置,其按照物料重量匀速送入对应所述螺杆2。两螺杆2在相互分离部分的纹路结构可以是不相同的,也可以是相同或轴对称的。
如图1所示,本发明的一种实施例,两个螺杆2轴线相互平行,靠近出料口6螺杆部分外径大于靠近进料口5外径。
如图2所述,本发明的另一种实施例,两个螺杆2纹路相互啮合部分为圆锥形,两个螺杆2轴线相互交叉,靠近出料口6螺杆部分外径小于靠近进料口5外径。
本发明工作时,两种不同的原料分别加入两个料斗3内,料斗3内的送料计量装置(未图示)按照一定重量匀速将原料送入各自对应的螺杆2,螺杆靠近进料口5的部分分别将两种原料初步加工,挤压熔融,此时两种原料被初步塑化形成熔融态的高聚物,同时被螺杆2输送到两螺杆2相互啮合组成的双螺杆2区域,由于双螺杆的挤压、剪切、混炼作用,两种经初步塑化的原料被充分混合,进一步塑化熔融,料斗3内的送料计量装置控制原料的送入量,两种原料在进入双螺杆2啮合区域时也按照各自的比例混合。
本发明能够实现的有益效果在于:
1)送料计量装置精确控制两种原料重量配比;
2)原料以熔融态进行混合,混合效果更好;
3)原料在同一台挤出机上分两步实现两个阶段塑化熔融,塑化效果更好;
4)相互分离的两螺杆2在纹路结构不同的情况下,挤出机能够更好的加工两种不同加工要求的原料。

Claims (6)
1.双料口双螺杆挤出机,包括:筒体、两个螺杆、两个料斗及驱动装置,每个所述螺杆分别设置一个所述料斗,两个所述螺杆固定连接在驱动装置上,其特征在于,两个所述螺杆置于所述筒体内,靠近筒体出料口部分的两所述螺杆纹路相互啮合,靠近筒体进料口部分的两所述螺杆相互分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述双料口双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述筒体内设有两个单筒,两个所述螺杆分别放置在所述单筒内,所述单筒靠近出料口部分相互连通,所述单筒靠近进料口部分相互封闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述双料口双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:两个所述螺杆轴线相互平行,靠近所述出料口螺杆部分外径大于靠近所述进料口外径。
4.根据权利要求1所述双料口双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:两个所述螺杆纹路相互啮合部分为圆锥形,两个所述螺杆轴线相互交叉,靠近所述出料口螺杆部分外径小于靠近所述进料口外径。
5.根据权利要求4所述双料口双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:两个所述料斗内分别设有送料计量装置,所述送料计量装置按照物料重量匀速送入对应所述螺杆。
6.根据权利要求1所述双料口双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:两个所述螺杆长度相等,两螺杆相互啮合部分纹路结构相同或轴对称。
