Abstract

本发明实心汽车吊钩自动墩头设备提供一种占用空间小,精确切割自动上料,自动退料和墩头的汽车吊钩生产装置,包括拉光圆,导向切断凸模,夹持盒A,夹持盒B,滑轨,定位墩头和退料顶针,能过多组拉光圆对圆钢进行拉直拉圆,通过导向切断凸模的孔洞送入夹持盒A和夹持盒B中间的凹槽,当圆钢碰到定位墩头时,液压装置推动夹持盒A和夹持盒B夹紧圆钢,导向切断凸模左侧的切割装置将圆钢切断,定位墩头开始挤压圆钢左端墩出所需要的形状,夹持盒A和夹持盒B在滑轨上移动,将墩好头的圆钢右端对准退料顶针,液压装置松开夹持盒,退料顶针将圆钢推出夹持盒。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车吊钩切割和墩头领域,具体涉及实心汽车吊钩自动墩头设备。
背景技术
汽车吊钩墩头一般先采用拉光圆装置对弯曲的圆钢进行拉直后进行等距切割,然后手动放入墩头设备中进行墩头,传统拉光圆装置需占用较大场地对圆钢进行拉直拉圆,对圆钢手动切割使得长度不够精确有较大误差,手动墩头也存在较大风险。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种能够在较小空间内有效拉直圆钢,同时能准确切割,自动墩头和自动料的设备。
本发明提供了一种实心汽车吊钩自动墩头设备:包括拉光圆,导向切断凸模,夹持盒A,夹持盒B,滑轨定位墩头,退料顶针,所述拉光圆为滑轮型,侧面有半圆形凹槽,两个拉光圆为一组,拉光圆左侧设置有导向切断凸模,所述导向切断凸模中间有圆形孔,经拉光圆拉直拉圆后的圆钢通过导向切断凸模中间的圆形孔进入夹持盒A和夹持盒B,左侧设置有切断装置,所述导向切断凸模左侧设置有滑轨,所述滑轨上设置有夹持盒A和夹持盒B,所述夹持盒A和夹持盒B相接触面分别设置有半圆形凹槽,所述滑轨右侧设置有退料顶针,所述退料顶针左端有圆柱形顶针,所述滑轨左侧设置有定位墩头。
本发明进一步改进在于:所述拉光圆共有12-18个,每两个为一组,每组拉光圆能过侧面半圆形凹槽对圆钢拉伸挤压进行拉直拉圆,通过6-7组拉圆即可将弯曲圆钢拉直拉圆,与传统方式相比占用空间较小。
本发明进一步改进在于:所述夹持盒A和夹持盒B之间用液压装置进行接触和分离,当导向切断凸模将实心圆钢送入夹持盒A和夹持盒B之间的凹槽时,液压装置推动夹持盒A和夹持盒B夹紧圆钢。
本发明进一步改进在于:所述定位墩头左侧设置有凹槽,凹槽侧面呈梯形。
本发明进一步改进在于:所述退料顶针左侧圆柱形顶针直径小于夹持盒A和夹持盒B的半圆形凹槽直径。
本发明可实现自动送料,自动墩头和自动下料过程,即保证了精确度又降低了生产安全,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
实心汽车吊钩自动墩头设备,如图1所示,其中拉光圆1侧面有半圆形凹槽,每两个拉光圆1为一组,共计6-7组拉光圆,将圆钢放入拉光圆1的凹槽内,拉光圆1通过电机驱动旋转,将弯曲的圆钢拉直拉圆,通过拉光圆1的旋转将拉直的圆钢通过导向切断凸模2的圆孔,送入夹持盒A和夹持盒B之间的凹槽,当圆钢顶端碰到定位墩头4时,液压装置推动夹持盒A和夹持盒B夹紧凹槽中的圆钢,导向切断凸模2左侧的切割装置将圆钢切断,定位墩头4对夹持住的圆钢墩头挤压出所需形状,夹持盒A和夹持盒B在滑轨3上滑动将凹槽中的圆钢滑动至退料顶针5处,液压装置松开,退料顶针5将墩好头的圆钢顶出夹持盒,夹持盒A和夹持盒B在滑轨3上滑动回原位置,拉光圆1继续转动开始送料。
本发明占用空间小,切割精确,自动上料退料有效降低生产安全风险。

1.实心汽车吊钩自动墩头设备,其特征在于:包括拉光圆(1),导向切断凸模(2),夹持盒A(01),夹持盒B(02),滑轨(3)定位墩头(4),退料顶针(5),所述拉光圆(1)为滑轮型,侧面有半圆形凹槽,两个拉光圆(1)为一组,拉光圆(1)左侧设置有导向切断凸模(2),所述导向切断凸模(2)中间有圆形孔,左侧设置有切断装置,所述导向切断凸模(2)左侧设置有滑轨(3),所述滑轨(3)上设置有夹持盒A(01)和夹持盒(02),所述夹持盒A(01)和夹持盒B(02)相接触面分别设置有半圆形凹槽,所述滑轨(3)右侧设置有退料顶针(5),所述退料顶针(5)左端有圆柱形顶针,所述滑轨(3)左侧设置有定位墩头(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实心汽车吊钩自动墩头设备,其特征在于:所述拉光圆(1)共有12-18个,每两个为一组。
