Abstract

本发明涉及一种,柴油乳化剂及其制备方法,该乳化剂由烷基苯磺酸钠、Tx-4、松香、煤油、碳酸钠和水组成。将上述组分的物质按一定的重量配比分别称重后,放入同一可加热的容器内进行加热,使其充分溶解和均匀混合后冷却至室温,即为本发明的乳化剂。将本发明的乳化剂与水和柴油按一定比例混合搅拌,即可制得乳化燃油。本发明乳化剂具有性能稳定、产品成本低、节油率高等优点。

Description

柴油乳化剂
本发明涉及一种柴油乳化剂,也涉及到用这种乳化剂生产乳化油的方法。
长期以来,燃油掺水技术一直被人们高度重视,国内外的有关科研单位,专家和技术人员对此作了大量的研究工作,以求达到省油、节能的目的。中国专利申请(申请号87106204)提供了一种柴油乳化剂,虽可节约燃油,但其所用原料价格昂贵,生产成本太高,推广使用价值不大。
本发明的目的在于发明一种价格便宜、生产方法简单、性能稳定并能在各种柴油机中都能使用的柴油乳化剂,以实现节约燃油,降低用户燃油成本,增强内燃机经济动力性和减少空气污染等目的。
本发明所提供的柴油乳化剂是由烷基苯磺酸钠、Tx-4、松香、煤油、碳酸钠和水组成,按其重量百分比为:烷基笨磺酸钠25%~30%、Tx-4~32%-38%、松香11%~14%、煤油10%~15%、碳酸钠2%~4%、水10%~15%。
本发明的柴油乳化剂的生产方法是:将烷基苯磺酸钠、Tx-4、松香、煤油、碳酸钠和水按前面所述的比例称重,然后放入可加热的容器内进行加热,使其充分溶解和均匀混合后,即得本发明的柴油乳化剂。
使用本发明的柴油乳化剂配制乳化燃油的方法是:首先以柴油∶水∶乳化剂=(60~80)∶(20~40)∶(0.5~1)的比例称重,然后将称好的水、柴油和乳化剂依次加入同一容器内搅拌,使其均匀乳化为止,即得乳化燃油。
本发明同现有技术相比,具有性能稳定、产品成本低、节油率高、内燃机经济动力性增大、内燃机排气烟度低、减少空气污染、用户节约成本率高、使用方便和易于推广应用的优点。
本发明的实施例为:用60克的烷基苯磺酸钠、70克Tx-4、24克松香、26克煤油、6克碳酸钠和14克水依次加入同一可加热的容器内进行加热,使其均匀混合后,冷却至25℃,即得200克柴油乳化剂。
使用本发明乳化剂制备乳化燃油的实施例为:用水1500克、柴油3500克、乳化剂50克,依次放入同一容器中搅拌,使其充分、均匀乳化后,即可得5050克乳化燃油。

Claims (1)

1、一种柴油乳化剂,其特征在于该乳化剂由烷基苯磺酸钠、Tx-4、松香、煤油、碳酸钠和水组成,其配比(重量百分比)是:
烷基苯磺酸钠    25%~30%
Tx-4            32%~38%
松香            11%~14%
煤油            10%~15%
碳酸钠          2%~4%
水              10%~15%
其制备方法是将上述各组份物质按所述百分比称重后加入同一容器内进行加热,使其充分溶解和均匀混合后冷却至室温,即为柴油乳化剂。
