Abstract

本发明属聚丙烯材料生产技术领域,改善聚丙烯原有的不足。生产出符合社会需求的产品。聚丙烯树脂是一种半结晶的热塑性塑料。具有较高的耐冲击性,机械性质强韧,抗多种有机溶剂和酸碱腐蚀。在工业界有广泛的应用,是平常常见的高分子材料之一。由于聚丙烯链上存在着大量不稳定的叔碳原子,在有氧的情况下,只需要很小的能量就可以将叔碳原子上的氢脱除而成为叔碳自由基。叔碳自由基非常活跃,它能造成分子链的各种反应的发生,包括链增长、链降解,从而造成PP原有性能的丧失,造成PP材料的老化。PP由于极易老化,如果不加入抗氧剂,在室外一个月,其基本物理性能将全部丧失。因此将其用于室外使用,必须想办法提高其耐老化性能。

技术领域
本发明属聚丙烯材料生产技术领域,改善聚丙烯原有耐候性的不足。生产出符合社会需求的产品。
背景技术
聚丙烯,英文名称:Polypropylene,缩写名称PP。其化学式为:(C3H6)N。结构式如下所示:

   目前,聚丙烯树脂是一种半结晶的热塑性塑料。具有较高的耐冲击性,机械性质强韧,抗多种有机溶剂和酸碱腐蚀。在工业界有广泛的应用,是平常常见的高分子材料之一。由于聚丙烯链上存在着大量不稳定的叔碳原子,在有氧的情况下,只需要很小的能量就可以将叔碳原子上的氢脱除而成为叔碳自由基。叔碳自由基非常活跃,它能造成分子链的各种反应的发生,包括链增长、链降解,从而造成PP原有性能的丧失,造成PP材料的老化。PP由于极易老化,如果不加入抗氧剂,在室外一个月,其基本物理性能将全部丧失。因此将其用于室外使用,必须想办法提高其耐老化性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改善原有易老化特点的聚丙烯改性材料及其制备方法。
  改性聚丙烯材料由下列重量比原料组成:
  聚丙烯原料:50~70
  钛白粉:1.5~3
  无机填充剂:130~190
  分散剂润滑剂:0.4~0.7
  紫外光吸收剂:5~10
  光稳定剂:5~10
  抗氧剂:8~13
  着色剂:2~7。
   本发明所述的聚丙烯原料为 EPS30R;无机填充剂为碳酸钙、云母粉、滑石粉、高岭土、二氧化硅中的一种或者多种;分散剂润滑剂为TAS-2A;抗氧剂为仲丁基对苯二胺或乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物;紫外光吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮;所述的光稳定剂为水杨酸酯类、二苯甲酮类、苯丙三唑类、三嗪类、草酰胺类、受阻胺类、有机镍化合物类和取代丙烯腈类的光稳定剂中的一种或几种。
   本发明所述的高耐候性聚丙烯材料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:先将上述各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为150-180℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为200-205℃ ;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa 。  
本发明所述的聚丙烯改性材料的力学性能得到明显的改善和提高,生产方法简便,材料易得,成本低,无污染;并且能够极大的提升聚丙烯材料的耐候抗氧性能。
具体实施方式
  下面通过具体实施方式对发明做进一步的说明,以下实施例仅是对本发明进行说明而非对其加以限定。
实施例1:
(1)按重量比分别称取各原料如下:
聚丙烯原料:55
钛白粉:1.5
无机填充剂(碳酸钙):130
分散剂润滑剂(TAS-2A):0.4
紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):5
光稳定剂:5
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):8
着色剂:2
(2)先将上述各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为150-180℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为200-205℃ ;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。
实验结果:

   上述测试结果表明,本发明所述的聚丙烯材料耐侯性能及抗氧性能得到较为显著的提升。
 
实施例2:
(1)按重量比分分别称取各原料如下:
聚丙烯原料:62
钛白粉:2.1
无机填充剂(碳酸钙):175
分散剂润滑剂(TAS-2A):0.5
紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):8.6
光稳定剂:8.6
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):11.5
着色剂:3.0
(2)先将上述各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为150-180℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为200-205℃ ;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa 。  
实验结果:
  上述测试结果表明,本发明所述的聚丙烯材料耐受性能及抗氧性能得到非常显著的提升。
 
实施例3:
(1)按重量比分分别称取各原料如下:
聚丙烯原料:68
钛白粉:2.5
无机填充剂(碳酸钙):180
分散剂润滑剂(TAS-2A):0.5
紫外光吸收剂(2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮):7.5
光稳定剂:7
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):13
着色剂:2
(2)先将上述各种原料在高速混合器中干混3-5 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为150-180℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为200-205℃ ;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa 。  
实验结果:

  上述测试结果表明,聚丙烯改性材料的耐候性能和抗氧性能得到明显的改善和提高。
 
上述实施例为本发明的举例说明,其中实施例2为最优重量比,并不用来限制本发明。通过上述实验表明,通过本方法制造的改性聚丙烯材料的熔点、热变形温度、成性收缩率和韧性等性能得到了明显改善,并且其色差在老化之后仍然变化不打大。
本发明的改性聚丙烯材料广泛应用于丙烯薄膜、聚丙烯管材等材料的制造,提高了产品尺寸的稳定性、耐候抗氧性能,改善了成性收缩率、热变形温度等性能,并且改性聚丙烯的制造方法简便、成本低,制造工艺环保。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐候聚丙烯材料,其特征是:有下列重量比原料组成:
   聚丙烯原料:50~70
   钛白粉:1.5~3
   无机填充剂:130~190
   分散剂润滑剂:0.4~0.7
   紫外光吸收剂:5~10
   光稳定剂:5~10
   抗氧剂:8~13
   着色剂:2~7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候聚丙烯材料,其特征在于:最优重量比原料组成为:  
   聚丙烯原料:62
   钛白粉:2.1
   无机填充剂:175
   分散剂润滑剂:0.5
   紫外光吸收剂:8.6
   光稳定剂:8.6
   抗氧剂:11.5
   着色剂:3.0。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改性聚丙烯材料,其特征在于:聚丙烯聚丙烯原料EPS30R;无机填充剂为碳酸钙、云母粉、滑石粉或硅灰石中的一种或者多种的混合物;扩散油为工业白油10#;抗氧剂为仲丁基对苯二胺或乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物;紫外光吸收剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮;光稳定剂为水杨酸脂类、二苯甲酮类苯并三唑类、三嗪类、取代丙烯晴类、草酰胺类、有机镍化合物类、受阻胺(HAL)类中的一种或几种。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种改性聚丙烯材料,其特征在于:加工方法为,先将权利要求1原料组成在高速混合器中干混3-5 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为90-100℃,二区为150-180℃,三区为200-210℃,四区为200-205℃ ;五区为190-200℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。
