Abstract
本发明的目的是提供一种改善ABS专用母料抗菌性的ABS抗菌母料及其制备方法。ABS(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物由于具有无毒,电绝缘性能、化学性能、力学性能及加工性能良好等特点,成为目前我国消耗量最大的工程塑料,应用范围包括家用电器、交通运输、建材、医疗器械、文教体育用品、日用品等领域。然而,ABS塑料可能受到有害微生物的玷污,从而威胁人们的健康。通过在ABS中添加抗菌剂制备抗菌塑料,是一种行之有效的方法。本发明所述的ABS抗菌专用母料,能够克服ABS原来存在的易污染的不足,对于ABS材料的应用和进一步推广,具有十分重要的意义。也使得家用电器、医疗器械、办公用品在使用时的安全系数得意提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属ABS材料生产技术领域, 具体说是一种改善ABS原有不足,使其具有抗菌性能的ABS专用母料及其制备方法。
背景技术
ABS树脂,英文名称:Acrylonitrile butadiene Styrene,缩写名称ABS。结构式如下所示:
ABS(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物由于具有无毒,电绝缘性能、化学性能、力学性能及加工性能良好等特点,成为目前我国消耗量最大的工程塑料,应用范围包括家用电器、交通运输、建材、医疗器械、文教体育用品、日用品等领域。然而,ABS塑料可能受到有害微生物的玷污,从而威胁人们的健康。通过在ABS中添加抗菌剂制备抗菌塑料,是一种行之有效的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改善ABS专用母料抗菌性能的ABS抗菌母料及其制备方法。
ABS抗菌母料由下列重量比原料组成:
ABS原料:80~120
KH-550偶联剂:1.5~2.5
载银无机抗菌剂:70.0~90.0
聚乙烯蜡分散剂:1.5~2.5
硬脂酸润滑剂:1.5~2.5
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):1.5~2.5
该ABS抗菌专用母料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:先将上述各种原料在高速混合器中干混8-10 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为150-180℃,二区为180-210℃,三区为210-230℃,四区为205-225℃ ;五区为200-220℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。
本发明所得ABS抗菌专用母料的力学性能能够达到使用标准,并且能够极大提高ABS母料的抗菌性能,使ABS材料在使用时提高安全性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明,以下实施例仅是对本发明进行说明而非对其加以限定。
实施例1:
(1)按重量比分分别称取各原料如下:
ABS原料:100
KH-550偶联剂:2.0
载银无机抗菌剂:80.0
聚乙烯蜡分散剂:2.0
硬脂酸润滑剂:2.0
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):2.0
(2)先将上述各种原料在高速混合器中干混8-10 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为150-180℃,二区为180-210℃,三区为210-230℃,四区为205-225℃ ;五区为200-220℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。

上述实验结果表明,ABS抗菌专用母料的抗菌性能得到极为明显的改善和提高,并且其余力学性能也得到提升和改善。
实施例2:
(1)按重量比分分别称取各原料如下:
ABS原料:80
KH-550偶联剂:1.5
载银无机抗菌剂:70.0
聚乙烯蜡分散剂:1.5
硬脂酸润滑剂:1.5
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):1.5

上述测试结果表明,ABS抗菌专用母料的抗菌性能得到明显的改善和提高。
实施例3:

KH-550偶联剂:2.5
载银无机抗菌剂:90.0
聚乙烯蜡分散剂:2.5
硬脂酸润滑剂:2.5
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):2.5
(2)先将上述各种原料在高速混合器中干混8-10 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为150-180℃,二区为180-210℃,三区为210-230℃,四区为205-225℃ ;五区为200-220℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。

上述实验结果表明,ABS抗菌专用母料的抗菌性能得到较为明显的改善和提高,但是相对于实施例1和实施例2的配比,其余力学性能,都存在一定差距。
上述实施例为本发明的举例说明,并不用来限制本发明。通过上述实验表明,其中实施例1为最优重量比,通过本方法制造的抗菌性ABS专用母料的熔融指数、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和断裂强度等性能得到了明显改善。
本发明所述的ABS抗菌专用母料,能够克服ABS原来存在的易污染的不足,对于ABS材料的应用和进一步推广,具有十分重要的意义。也使得家用电器 、医疗器械、办公用品在使用时的安全系数得意提高。
Claims (4)
1.ABS抗菌专用母料,其特征在于:由下列重量比原料组成,
ABS原料:80~120
KH-550偶联剂:1.5~2.5
载银无机抗菌剂:70.0~90.0
聚乙烯蜡分散剂:1.5~2.5
硬脂酸润滑剂:1.5~2.5
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):1.5~2.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ABS抗菌专用母料,其特征在于:最优重量比原料组成为:
ABS原料:100
KH-550偶联剂:2.0
载银无机抗菌剂:80.0
聚乙烯蜡分散剂:2.0
硬脂酸润滑剂:2.0
抗氧剂(乙烯- 辛烯的共聚物):2.0。
3.根据权利要求1所述的ABS抗菌专用母料,其特征在于:制备方法为,先将上述各种原料在高速混合器中干混8-10 分钟,再置于双螺杆挤出机中经熔融挤出、冷却、切粒、包装成品即可;其中,双螺杆挤出机一区温度为150-180℃,二区为180-210℃,三区为210-230℃,四区为205-225℃ ;五区为200-220℃,停留时间为1-2 分钟,压力为10-15Mpa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的ABS抗菌专用母料,其特征在于:本发明所得ABS抗菌专用母料的力学性能能够达到使用标准,并且能够极大提高ABS母料的抗菌性能,使ABS材料在使用时提高安全性能。
