Abstract

本发明公开了一种防老化PE给水管,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯95-100、膨润土6-8、三盐基硫酸铅0.1-0.3、硬脂酰胺2-3、聚丙烯酸钠2-3、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.1-0.2、N-异丙基-N'-苯基对苯二胺0.1-0.2、2-巯基苯并咪唑0.1-0.2、甘油三醋酸酯1-2、改性助剂3-4。本发明生产的PE给水管具有很好的耐腐蚀性、柔韧性、耐低温、耐高温性,耐刮痕性能、快速裂纹增长断裂韧性强,其中加入的改性助剂增加了各原料与PE聚合物的界面粘接强度,可以形成良好的物理缠结,改善了成品的柔韧性、抗压等性能。

一种防老化PE给水管
技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种PE给水管,属于管材领域。
背景技术
PE(茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯)材料由于其强度高、耐高温、抗腐蚀、无毒等特点,被广泛应用于给水管制造领域。因为它不会生锈,所以,是替代普通铁给水管的理想管材;茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯为无惰性材料,除少量强氧化剂外,可耐多种化学药品侵蚀,且不易滋生细菌。众所周知钢管、铸铁管被塑料管所取代的原因不仅是因为塑料管材比其输水能耗低、生活能耗低、重量轻、水流阻力小、安装简便迅速、造价低、寿命长、具有保温功能等,还因为塑料管耐腐蚀、不易滋生微生物等性能优于钢管及铸铁管。
随着城市建设的逐渐扩大,PE给水管也将被用于更加恶劣的环境,持续性高低温、酸碱等化学物品腐蚀、持续性高压等,因此进一步改善传统PE给水管的性能,提高产品品质,对于中国现代化建设有很好的促进作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种PE给水管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防老化PE给水管,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯95-100、膨润土6-8、三盐基硫酸铅0.1-0.3、硬脂酰胺2-3、聚丙烯酸钠2-3、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.1-0.2、N-异丙基-N'-苯基对苯二胺0.1-0.2、2-巯基苯并咪唑0.1-0.2、甘油三醋酸酯1-2、改性助剂3-4;
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯30-40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺15-20、氮化铝3-4、膨润土润滑脂1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH-5601-2、玫瑰精油1-2、过氧化钙0.1-0.2;
将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到120-130℃,加入氮化铝,保温搅拌10-15分钟,冷却至常温,得预混料;将茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯与过氧化钙、硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合,在50-60℃下恒温搅拌20-30分钟,冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合,400-500转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,造粒,粒径为2-4mm。
一种防老化PE给水管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述膨润土与异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯混合,60-70℃下搅拌反应30-40分钟,加入聚丙烯酸钠,充分搅拌后冷却至常温,与剩余各原料混合,送入捏合机,在70-80℃下进行捏合,出料冷却至常温,加入到平行同向旋转双螺杆挤出机进行挤出,在模具中成型,即得所述防老化PE给水管。
本发明的优点是:
    本发明生产的PE给水管抗老化性能强,其中加入的改性助剂增加了各原料与PE聚合物的界面粘接强度,可以形成良好的物理缠结,改善了成品的柔韧性、抗压、弯曲强度等性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防老化PE给水管,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯5000S 100、膨润土8、三盐基硫酸铅0.3、硬脂酰胺3、聚丙烯酸钠3、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.2、N-异丙基-N'-苯基对苯二胺0.2、2-巯基苯并咪唑0.2、甘油三醋酸酯1、改性助剂3;
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺20、氮化铝4、膨润土润滑脂2、硅烷偶联剂KH-5601、玫瑰精油2、过氧化钙0.2;
将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到130℃,加入氮化铝,保温搅拌15分钟,冷却至常温,得预混料;将茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯与过氧化钙、硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合,在60℃下恒温搅拌30分钟,冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合,500转/分搅拌分散5分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,造粒,粒径为4mm。
一种防老化PE给水管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述膨润土与异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯混合,70℃下搅拌反应40分钟,加入聚丙烯酸钠,充分搅拌后冷却至常温,与剩余各原料混合,送入捏合机,在80℃下进行捏合,出料冷却至常温,加入到平行同向旋转双螺杆挤出机进行挤出,在模具中成型,即得所述防老化PE给水管。
性能测试:
液压试验(80℃、5.5MPa):170小时,无脆性破坏;
纵向回缩率(110℃):1.04%;
断裂伸长率:609%;
本体拉伸屈服强度:2.59MPa;
弯曲强度:36.3PMPa。

Claims (2)

1.一种防老化PE给水管,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯95-100、膨润土6-8、三盐基硫酸铅0.1-0.3、硬脂酰胺2-3、聚丙烯酸钠2-3、异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯0.1-0.2、N-异丙基-N'-苯基对苯二胺0.1-0.2、2-巯基苯并咪唑0.1-0.2、甘油三醋酸酯1-2、改性助剂3-4;
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯30-40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺15-20、氮化铝3-4、膨润土润滑脂1-2、硅烷偶联剂KH-5601-2、玫瑰精油1-2、过氧化钙0.1-0.2;
将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到120-130℃,加入氮化铝,保温搅拌10-15分钟,冷却至常温,得预混料;将茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯与过氧化钙、硅烷偶联剂KH-560混合,在50-60℃下恒温搅拌20-30分钟,冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合,400-500转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,造粒,粒径为2-4mm。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的防老化PE给水管的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述膨润土与异丙基二油酸酰氧基(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯混合,60-70℃下搅拌反应30-40分钟,加入聚丙烯酸钠,充分搅拌后冷却至常温,与剩余各原料混合,送入捏合机,在70-80℃下进行捏合,出料冷却至常温,加入到平行同向旋转双螺杆挤出机进行挤出,在模具中成型,即得所述防老化PE给水管。
