技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种PE给水管,属于管材领域。
背景技术
PE(聚乙烯)材料由于其强度高、耐高温、抗腐蚀、无毒等特点,被广泛应用于给水管制造领域。因为它不会生锈,所以,是替代普通铁给水管的理想管材;聚乙烯为无惰性材料,除少量强氧化剂外,可耐多种化学药品侵蚀,且不易滋生细菌。众所周知钢管、铸铁管被塑料管所取代的原因不仅是因为塑料管材比其输水能耗低、生活能耗低、重量轻、水流阻力小、安装简便迅速、造价低、寿命长、具有保温功能等,还因为塑料管耐腐蚀、不易滋生微生物等性能优于钢管及铸铁管。
随着城市建设的逐渐扩大,PE给水管也将被用于更加恶劣的环境,持续性高低温、酸碱等化学物品腐蚀、持续性高压等,因此进一步改善传统PE给水管的性能,提高产品品质,对于中国现代化建设有很好的促进作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种PE给水管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种稀土PE给水管,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
高密度聚乙烯97-100、氧化铈0.2-0.4、氧化镧0.3-0.4、己二酸丙二醇聚酯1-2、硬脂酸钙0.6-0.7、液体石蜡1-2、海泡石粉6-8、三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯0.1-0.2、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.1-0.2、改性助剂3-5;
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯30-40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺15-20、氮化铝3-4、膨润土润滑脂1-2、丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、玫瑰精油1-2、过氧化钙0.1-0.2;
将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到120-130℃,加入氮化铝,保温搅拌10-15分钟,冷却至常温,得预混料;将聚乙烯与过氧化钙、丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合,在50-60℃下恒温搅拌20-30分钟,冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合,400-500转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,造粒,粒径为2-4mm。
一种稀土PE给水管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述氧化铈、氧化镧混合,加入硬脂酸钙,升高温度为90-100℃,充分搅拌后降低温度为60-70℃,滴加液体石蜡,滴加完毕后冷却至常温,加入γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,充分搅拌后与剩余各原料混合,送入捏合机,在70-80℃下进行捏合,出料冷却至常温,加入到平行同向旋转双螺杆挤出机进行挤出,在模具中成型,即得所述稀土PE给水管。
本发明的优点是:
本发明的给水管具有很高的力学性能和抗摩擦性能,通过稀土化学物与硬脂酸钙、液体石蜡等复配,提高了热稳定性和增韧效果,提高了产品的综合性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种稀土PE给水管,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
高密度聚乙烯5000S100、氧化铈0.4、氧化镧0.4、己二酸丙二醇聚酯1、硬脂酸钙0.7、液体石蜡2、海泡石粉6、三[2.4-二叔丁基苯基]亚磷酸酯0.2、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.2、改性助剂3;
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺20、氮化铝4、膨润土润滑脂2、丙基三甲氧基硅烷1、玫瑰精油2、过氧化钙0.2;
将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到130℃,加入氮化铝,保温搅拌15分钟,冷却至常温,得预混料;将聚乙烯与过氧化钙、丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合,在60℃下恒温搅拌30分钟,冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合,500转/分搅拌分散5分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,造粒,粒径为4mm。
一种稀土PE给水管的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述氧化铈、氧化镧混合,加入硬脂酸钙,升高温度为90℃,充分搅拌后降低温度为70℃,滴加液体石蜡,滴加完毕后冷却至常温,加入γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,充分搅拌后与剩余各原料混合,送入捏合机,在80℃下进行捏合,出料冷却至常温,加入到平行同向旋转双螺杆挤出机进行挤出,在模具中成型,即得所述稀土PE给水管。
性能测试:
液压试验(80℃、5.5MPa):168小时,无脆性破坏;
纵向回缩率(110℃):1.04%;
断裂伸长率:607%;
本体拉伸屈服强度:25.7MPa;
弯曲强度:34.9PMPa。

Claims (1)

1.一种稀土PE给水管,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:高密度聚乙烯97-100、氧化铈0.2-0.4、氧化镧0.3-0.4、己二酸丙二醇聚酯1-2、硬脂酸钙0.6-0.7、液体石蜡1-2、海泡石粉6-8、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯0.1-0.2、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.1-0.2、改性助剂3-5;所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:聚乙烯30-40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺15-20、氮化铝3-4、膨润土润滑脂1-2、丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、玫瑰精油1-2、过氧化钙0.1-0.2;将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到120-130℃,加入氮化铝,保温搅拌10-15分钟,冷却至常温,得预混料;将聚乙烯与过氧化钙、丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合,在50-60℃下恒温搅拌20-30分钟,冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合,400-500转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟,加入剩余各原料,搅拌均匀后烘干,造粒,粒径为2-4mm;
