技术领域
本发明主要涉及一种PE给水管，属于管材领域。
背景技术
PE（茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯）材料由于其强度高、耐高温、抗腐蚀、无毒等特点，被广泛应用于给水管制造领域。因为它不会生锈，所以，是替代普通铁给水管的理想管材；茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯为无惰性材料，除少量强氧化剂外，可耐多种化学药品侵蚀，且不易滋生细菌。众所周知钢管、铸铁管被塑料管所取代的原因不仅是因为塑料管材比其输水能耗低、生活能耗低、重量轻、水流阻力小、安装简便迅速、造价低、寿命长、具有保温功能等，还因为塑料管耐腐蚀、不易滋生微生物等性能优于钢管及铸铁管。
随着城市建设的逐渐扩大，PE给水管也将被用于更加恶劣的环境，持续性高低温、酸碱等化学物品腐蚀、持续性高压等，因此进一步改善传统PE给水管的性能，提高产品品质，对于中国现代化建设有很好的促进作用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种PE给水管。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种非开挖专用PE给水管，它是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯92-100、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐3-4、纳米二氧化硅2-3、轻质碳酸钙2-3、蓖麻油酸0.1-0.2、柠檬酸三丁酯1-2、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.1-0.2、改性助剂4-5；
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯30-40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺15-20、氮化铝3-4、膨润土润滑脂1-2、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、玫瑰精油1-2、过氧化钙0.1-0.2；
将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到120-130℃，加入氮化铝，保温搅拌10-15分钟，冷却至常温，得预混料；将茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯与过氧化钙、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合，在50-60℃下恒温搅拌20-30分钟，冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合，400-500转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟，加入剩余各原料，搅拌均匀后烘干，造粒，粒径为2-4mm。
一种非开挖专用PE给水管的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
将上述纳米二氧化硅、轻质碳酸钙与3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合，升高温度至50-60℃，300-400转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟，出料后与剩余各原料混合，送入捏合机，在70-80℃下进行捏合，出料冷却至常温，加入到平行同向旋转双螺杆挤出机进行挤出，在模具中成型，即得所述非开挖专用PE给水管。
本发明的优点是：
本发明生产的PE给水管具有很好的卫生性能，安全环保，材质无毒性，结垢层，不滋生细菌，很好地解决城市饮用水的二次污染问题，本发明的给水管还具有很好的抗拉伸、抗撕裂、耐腐蚀等性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种非开挖专用PE给水管，它是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯5000S100、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐4、纳米二氧化硅3、轻质碳酸钙2、蓖麻油酸0.2、柠檬酸三丁酯1、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.2、改性助剂4；
所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的：
茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺20、氮化铝4、膨润土润滑脂2、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1、玫瑰精油2、过氧化钙0.2；
将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到130℃，加入氮化铝，保温搅拌15分钟，冷却至常温，得预混料；将茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯与过氧化钙、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合，在60℃下恒温搅拌30分钟，冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合，500转/分搅拌分散5分钟，加入剩余各原料，搅拌均匀后烘干，造粒，粒径为2mm。
一种非开挖专用PE给水管的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
将上述纳米二氧化硅、轻质碳酸钙与3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合，升高温度至60℃，400转/分搅拌分散15分钟，出料后与剩余各原料混合，送入捏合机，在80℃下进行捏合，出料冷却至常温，加入到平行同向旋转双螺杆挤出机进行挤出，在模具中成型，即得所述非开挖专用PE给水管。
性能测试：
液压试验（80℃、5.5MPa）：172小时，无脆性破坏；
纵向回缩率（110℃）：1.01%；
断裂伸长率：605%；
本体拉伸屈服强度：26.0MPa；
焊口拉伸强度：26.2MPa
弯曲强度：35.2PMPa。

Claims (1)

1.一种非开挖专用PE给水管，其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料制成的：茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯92-100、聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐3-4、纳米二氧化硅2-3、轻质碳酸钙2-3、蓖麻油酸0.1-0.2、柠檬酸三丁酯1-2、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.1-0.2、改性助剂4-5；所述的改性助剂是由下述重量份的原料制成的：茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯30-40、聚邻苯二甲酰胺15-20、氮化铝3-4、膨润土润滑脂1-2、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、玫瑰精油1-2、过氧化钙0.1-0.2；将聚邻苯二甲酰胺加热到120-130℃，加入氮化铝，保温搅拌10-15分钟，冷却至常温，得预混料；将茂金属线性低密度聚乙烯与过氧化钙、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合，在50-60℃下恒温搅拌20-30分钟，冷却至常温后与上述预混料混合，400-500转/分搅拌分散3-5分钟，加入剩余各原料，搅拌均匀后烘干，造粒，粒径为2-4mm；所述的非开挖专用PE给水管的制备方法包括以下步骤：将上述纳米二氧化硅、轻质碳酸钙与3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷混合，升高温度至50-60℃，300-400转/分搅拌分散10-15分钟，出料后与剩余各原料混合，送入捏合机，在70-80℃下进行捏合，出料冷却至常温，加入到平行同向旋转双螺杆挤出机进行挤出，在模具中成型，即得所述非开挖专用PE给水管。
