Abstract

本发明公开了一种钢制管道防腐用胶黏剂的制备方法,原料组成按质量百分比为:聚丙烯为55~70%;功能性聚烯烃为20~25%;反应单体为5~20%;引发剂为0.1~1%;成核剂为0.5~1%;抗氧剂为0.1~2%,第一步:将上述原料加入搅拌缸中,设定搅拌速度为600~900转/分钟,搅拌2分钟;第二步:将混合好的原材料加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼和塑化;第三步:拉条水冷;第四步:风干切粒;第五步:震动包装。本发明的优点:产品具有较好的力学性能和熔体强度与环氧粉末涂层具有良好的粘结能力,有很强的适用性。

Description

一种钢质管道防腐用胶黏剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及钢质管道防腐技术领域,尤其涉及一种三层结构防腐钢质管道涂层聚丙烯胶黏剂的制备方法。
背景技术
目前所采用的石油天然气输送管道,必须采用经表面处理的防腐性钢管,确保整个管线的寿命和使用安全。3PP/3PE防腐结构是上世纪80年代中期首先由欧洲开发并成功应用,我国于90年代中期铺设陕西靖边到北京的输气管线时开始引进3PE并应用。与3PE相比,3PP具有更高的使用温度,如最高可以达到85℃,远远高于3PE的使用温度。3PE/3PP管道防腐层是世界上公认的最先进、有效的管道防腐穿防护方案,其超过50年的防护效果和经济的施工价格也是能够大面积推广的重要原因。它由熔结粉末环氧底层、胶粘剂中间层和聚乙烯/聚丙烯外层3种材料组成,体现了粉末环氧和聚乙烯/聚丙烯防腐结构的优势互补。通过在钢管表面喷涂环氧树脂,再涂覆树脂等达到防水、防汽、防酸、防碱、耐盐等各种化学腐蚀,并能防止钢管在运输、安装中的碰撞。3PE、3PP体系的施工工艺大致为,加热钢管到200℃左右温度,向其表面喷涂环氧树脂粉末,在环氧粉末未完全开环固化之前涂覆胶粘剂层,同时缠绕夹克料层,水冷、检测验收、外送安装。
由于聚丙烯的分子结构的关系,其热稳定性偏差,尤其是加入了过氧化物引发剂后这种现象尤为明显,该种现象导致聚丙烯的力学性能急速下降,一般经过过氧化物引发剂反应的聚丙烯断裂伸长率不会超过100%,而在加工过程中,聚丙烯的分解也导致了产品熔体强度的显著下降,使得聚丙烯在挤出过程中会出现熔体断裂,幅宽不稳等现象。因此,有必要开发一种高性能聚丙烯胶黏剂,从而系统地提高聚丙烯胶黏剂的拉伸性能、力学性能、热学性能以及生产加工性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钢质管道防腐用胶黏剂的制备方法,主要解决上述现有技术中所存在的技术问题,它克服了传统PE胶黏剂使用温度较低的缺陷,服役环境温度可以达到85℃以上,而且具有良好的施工性能和力学性能。
一种钢质管道防腐用胶黏剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将原料混合后搅拌均匀,设定搅拌速度为600~900转/分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼和塑化;控制螺杆挤出机的转速使混合物在整个螺杆内停留大约2分钟;
(3)拉条水冷,水冷槽中水温控制在40~60℃;
(4)风干切粒,得到所述防腐用胶黏剂;
其中,所述原料是如下重量百分比的混合物:
聚丙烯           55~70%;
功能性聚烯烃     20~25%;
反应单体          5~20%;
引发剂           0.1~1%;
成核剂           0.5~1%;
抗氧剂           0.1~2%。
步骤(2)中所述双螺杆挤出机的各区加热温度如下:

所述切粒过程中切粒机的转速设定为600~800转/分钟。
所述功能性聚烯烃选自三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的一种或几种。
所述反应单体选自马来酸酐、马来酸二丁酯或者丙烯酰胺衍生物中的一种或几种。
所述引发剂选自过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化二特丁烷、叔丁基过氧化氢或者异丙苯过氧化氢。
所述成核剂选自苄基山梨醇衍生物系列成核剂或者磷酸金属盐衍生物系列成核剂。
所述抗氧剂为主抗氧剂1010和助抗氧剂618。
藉由上述技术方案,本发明的技术效果是:
1、本发明的钢质管道防腐用胶黏剂的熔点大于160℃,具有较高的使用温度上限;
2、本发明的胶黏剂具有较高力学性能,保证了产品在使用过程中的综合性能;
3、本发明的胶黏剂适用于不同的涂敷机型和其加工温度较宽(195~245℃);
4、本发明的胶黏剂具有较好的施工性能,大大提高了生产效率。
具体实施方式
下面,用实施例来进一步说明本发明内容,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于实施例。对本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明精神和保护范围的情况下做出的其它变化和修改,仍包括在本发明保护范围之内。
实施例1
(一)原料:
聚丙烯(B8101),白色粒子
功能性聚烯烃:三元乙丙橡胶        
反应单体:马来酸酐
引发剂:叔丁基过氧化氢
成核剂:1, 3, 2, 4-二(3-甲基 4-苄基)山梨醇
抗氧剂:主抗氧剂1010,助抗氧剂168
原料配比:聚丙烯65%,功能性聚烯烃23%,反应单体10%,引发剂0.5%,成核剂1%,抗氧剂0.5% (均为质量百分比,其中主抗氧剂0.4%,助抗氧剂0.1%)。
(二)制备方法:
三层结构防腐钢质管道聚丙烯胶黏剂的制备方法:将聚丙烯、功能性聚烯烃、反应单体、引发剂、抗氧剂及成核剂按上述配比在600~900转/分钟下搅拌混合均匀,然后投入双螺杆挤出机中进行混炼和塑化,控制螺杆挤出机的转速使混合物在整个螺杆内停留大约2分钟,双螺杆挤出机温度,第一段区170℃,第二、三段区190℃,成核剂在第三段区内加入;拉条水冷,水冷槽中水温控制在40~60℃;风干切粒,得到防腐用胶黏剂,然后挤出造粒封装。
(三)性能测试:
采用示差扫描量热仪,测得熔点163℃;熔体流动速率仪(2.16kg,190℃),2.1g/10min;电子拉力机:拉伸强度≥30MPa;断裂伸长率≥400%。
实施例2
(一)原料配比:
聚丙烯70%,功能性聚烯烃15%,反应单体13%,引发剂0.5%,成核剂1%,抗氧剂0.5% (均为质量百分比,其中主抗氧剂0.4%,助抗氧剂0.1%)。
(二)制备方法:
制备方法同实施例1。
(三)性能测试
采用示差扫描量热仪,测得熔点169℃;熔体流动速率仪(2.16kg,190℃),2.5g/10min;电子拉力机:拉伸强度≥30MPa;断裂伸长率≥450%。 

Claims (8)

1.一种钢质管道防腐用胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将原料混合后搅拌均匀,设定搅拌速度为600~900转/分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)中混合好的原料加入双螺杆挤出机,进行混炼和塑化;控制螺杆挤出机的转速使混合物在整个螺杆内停留大约2分钟;
(3)拉条水冷,水冷槽中水温控制在40~60℃;
(4)风干切粒,得到所述防腐用胶黏剂;
其中,所述原料是如下重量百分比的混合物:
聚丙烯           55~70%;
功能性聚烯烃     20~25%;
反应单体          5~20%;
引发剂           0.1~1%;
成核剂           0.5~1%;
抗氧剂           0.1~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述双螺杆挤出机的各区加热温度如下:

3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述功能性聚烯烃选自三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述反应单体选自马来酸酐、马来酸二丁酯或者丙烯酰胺衍生物中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述引发剂选自过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化二特丁烷、叔丁基过氧化氢或者异丙苯过氧化氢。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成核剂选自苄基山梨醇衍生物系列成核剂或者磷酸金属盐衍生物系列成核剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为主抗氧剂1010和助抗氧剂618。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述切粒过程中切粒机的转速设定为600~800转/分钟。
