Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于提高聚乙烯瓶盖生产速度的成核母料,其组分按重量表示主要包括:95~99份PE;0.5~2.5份成核剂;0.1~0.9份水滑石;0.1~0.9份抗氧剂;0.1~0.9份分散剂。本发明采用成核剂与PE共混挤出造粒,所制备的成核母料能有效的提高聚乙烯的结晶温度,从而提高聚乙烯瓶盖的生产速度。

一种用于提高聚乙烯瓶盖生产速度的成核母料
技术领域
本发明是塑料改性处理的技术领域,特别是涉及一种提高聚乙烯结晶温度的成核母料。
背景技术
聚乙烯由于其优异的理化性能广泛的运用于注塑等领域,但其结晶温度较低,这样很大程度上限制了聚乙烯的生产加工速度。成核母料的加入可以使聚乙烯的结晶温度提高5~10℃,从而加快结晶速度,快速固化,提高产率。成核母料填补了国内提高聚乙烯结晶温度材料的空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于提高聚乙烯瓶盖生产速度的成核母料,它能提高10~20%聚乙烯瓶盖生产速度。
本发明提供的成核母料,其组分按重量份数表示主要包括:

本发明采用成核剂与PE共混挤出造粒,所制备的成核母料能有效的提高聚乙烯的结晶温度,从而提高聚乙烯瓶盖的生产速度。

以下用具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
实施例1:
将PE、成核剂、水滑石、抗氧剂和分散剂等成分,按下述组分配方将所有原料放入高速混料机进行共混:
再将该共混料加入双螺杆挤出机中混炼造粒即为成核母料,所得成核母料与聚乙烯按比例共混后注塑生产瓶盖。生产速度如下表1所示:

将HDPE、成核剂、水滑石、抗氧剂和分散剂等成分,按下述组分配方将所有原料放入高速混料机进行共混:
