Abstract
本发明公开了T23钢管和T91钢管的对焊方法,其特征在于:所述T23钢管和T91钢管的壁厚范围在4mm-8mm之间;焊接方法:1)焊缝对接后的坡口角度在58°-60°之间;2)将管子内腔充氩气保护;3)将管子焊口两侧预热到100℃-200℃;4)将管子坡口对接定位点焊;5)进行焊缝根部底层焊接,再进行焊缝填充层焊接,最后进行焊缝盖面层焊接。本发明可以减小焊接热输入,优化焊接接头韧性、提高焊接速度、保证焊接质量、延长焊接件的使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及T23钢管和T91钢管的对焊方法。
背景技术
T23钢是在T22钢的基础上,降低碳含量和杂质含量,添加微合金化元素,添加固溶强化元素钨或钼,通过强韧化的成材加工,得到优良的常温性能、焊接性能和加工性能的强韧型铁素体钢,其在600℃蠕变断裂强度为T22的1.8倍。基于T23钢优越的性能,我国许多火力发电厂亚临界和超临界机组的锅炉过热器和再热器大量使用T23钢管,替代原有的20G、12Cr1MoVG等钢管,并在替代过程中出现了大量的T23钢管和T91钢管焊接接头。
T23钢属于强韧型铁素体钢,T91钢属于高合金强韧型马氏体钢,在两种钢管焊接过程中如果选用不当的焊接方法或焊接工艺参数,会使焊缝热输入加大,降低焊接接头韧性,影响焊接件的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供T23钢管和T91钢管的对焊方法,具有减小焊接热输入,优化焊接接头韧性、提高焊接速度、保证焊接质量、延长焊接件使用寿命的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:T23钢管和T91钢管的对焊方法,其特征在于:所述T23钢管和T91钢管的壁厚范围在4mm-8mm之间;
焊接方法:
1)焊缝对接后的坡口角度在58°-60°之间;
2)将管子内腔充氩气保护;
3)将管子焊口两侧预热到100℃-200℃;
4)将管子坡口对接定位点焊;
5)进行焊缝根部底层焊接,再进行焊缝填充层焊接,最后进行焊缝盖面层焊接;
焊接设备选择手工脉冲钨极氩弧焊机,选用ER90S-G焊丝;
焊接工艺参数:焊接电流:基值电流70A/峰值电流110A,电弧电压11V,脉冲频率1.5Hz,占空比50%,焊接速度控制在2.9-4.5厘米/分钟;利用脉冲峰值电流焊接电弧产生的冲力,推动焊接熔池的钢液向焊接方向移动,提高焊接速度。
对本发明所做的进一步改进是:所述的焊缝根部底层焊接、焊缝填充层焊接和焊缝盖面层焊接均沿管子坡口的外周面分段焊接,焊接顺序为:1)第一焊段由时钟6点位置开始焊接至时钟9点位置结束焊接;2)第二焊段由时钟6点位置开始焊接至时钟3点位置结束焊接;3)第三焊段由时钟9点位置开始焊接至时钟12点位置结束焊接;4)第四焊段由时钟3点位置开始焊接至时钟12点位置结束焊接。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本发明将焊缝坡口角度由60°-70°减小为58°-60°,降低焊丝填充量,可以减小焊接热输入;利用手工脉冲钨极氩弧焊机的峰值电流焊接电弧产生的冲力,推动焊接熔池的钢液向焊接方向移动,可以提高焊接速度,保证焊接质量,优化机械性能指标,提高焊接件使用寿命。
具体实施方式
T23钢管和T91钢管的焊接试件规格分别为:Φ42×4×100mm、Φ42×6×100mm、Φ42×8×100mm。
T23钢管和T91钢管的对焊方法,其特征在于:所述T23钢管和T91钢管的壁厚范围在4mm-8mm之间;
焊接方法:
1)焊缝对接后的坡口角度在58°-60°之间;
2)将管子内腔充氩气保护;
3)将管子焊口两侧预热到100℃-200℃;
4)将管子坡口对接定位点焊;
5)进行焊缝根部底层焊接,再进行焊缝填充层焊接,最后进行焊缝盖面层焊接;
