本发明公开了一种强健筋骨保健米的及其制备方法,是由大米、蚕豆、绿豆、豌豆、紫薯、薏仁、骨粉、灵芝、冬虫夏草、鹿茸、枇杷叶、地黄花、女贞子、杜仲、山楂叶、茅栗叶等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:温补肾阳,固精益髓,补气养血、强筋健骨、通络止痛,提高机体免疫力,改善体质。

本发明涉及保健食品领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代化的快节奏生活使得人们更容易产生机体疲劳、心神倦怠,从而导致免疫力的减弱,体质较差。我们现在所面临的一个问题就是如何增强体质来应对日常的学习、工作、生活。由于大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然粗粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因其口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,因此难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种强健筋骨保健米及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:强健筋骨保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:大米500-510、蚕豆80-85、绿豆80-85、豌豆60-62、紫薯30-32、薏仁30-32、骨粉20-22、灵芝2-3、冬虫夏草1-2、鹿茸1-2、枇杷叶2-4、地黄花3-4、女贞子3-5、杜仲2-3、山楂叶1-2、茅栗叶3-4、中药添加剂4-5、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米粉30-40、覆盆子15-18、党参4-5、丁癸草6-8、大麦苗粉1-2、山楂叶6-8、牛肉冻干粉13-16、三七粉1-2、哈密瓜20-23、炒大麦粉12-15、葡萄汁12-14、糙米汤10-12、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将哈密瓜去皮取肉,切成小丁,与炒大麦粉、葡萄汁、糙米汤及适量水混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,冷却后打成糊状;将覆盆子、党参、丁癸草、山楂叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的糊状物、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
本发明的强健筋骨保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)大米、蚕豆、绿豆、豌豆洗净晾干,打磨成粉,过20目筛,得料a;
(2)灵芝、冬虫夏草、鹿茸进行超微粉碎,得料b;
(3)枇杷叶、地黄、女贞子、山楂叶加水熬煮4-5小时,提取浸液;
(4)将料a、料b、步骤(3)中药浸液与剩余其它成分加水混合均匀,送入螺杆制粒机中糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。

强健筋骨保健米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
大米500、蚕豆80、绿豆82、豌豆62、紫薯30、薏仁30、骨粉20、灵芝2、冬虫夏草1、鹿茸1、枇杷叶4、地黄花3、女贞子3、杜仲2、山楂叶2、茅栗叶3、中药添加剂4、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:玉米粉30、覆盆子15、党参4、丁癸草8、大麦苗粉1、山楂叶8、牛肉冻干粉16、三七粉2、哈密瓜20、炒大麦粉15、葡萄汁14、糙米汤12、薏仁油2;制备方法是将哈密瓜去皮取肉,切成小丁,与炒大麦粉、葡萄汁、糙米汤及适量水混合,小火煮沸10-15分钟,冷却后打成糊状;将覆盆子、党参、丁癸草、山楂叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;将其它剩余成分与所得的糊状物、煎煮液混合,继续小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。

1.一种强健筋骨保健米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:大米500-510、蚕豆80-85、绿豆80-85、豌豆60-62、骨粉20-22、灵芝2-3、冬虫夏草1-2、鹿茸1-2、枇杷叶2-4、地黄花3-4、女贞子3-5、山楂叶1-2、中药添加剂4-5、水适量;

(3)枇杷叶、地黄、女贞子、山楂叶加水熬煮4-5小时,提取浸液;
