Abstract

一种凿岩钎具钢,该钢具有较高的强度和韧性,适于用来制造大功率凿岩钎杆。该钢种是在中碳Ni-Cr-Mn-Si合金钢的基础上,加入V、Nb微合金元素,以提高其使用性能。利用此钢制成的钎杆,经热轧并控冷后,只做简单的回火、不需复杂的热处理。生产工艺简单,质量稳定,寿命高。

Description

凿岩钎具钢
本发明属于一种合金钢,该合金钢具有较高的强度和韧性,适于制造大功率液压凿岩机钎杆。
凿岩过程中,钎杆在凿岩机械与岩石之间起着传递能量的作用。服役中,钎杆承受巨大的冲击,扭转载荷,以及外部磨损和内孔应力的腐蚀,工作条件十分严苛。随着大功率凿岩机械的发展,特别需要高寿命的凿岩机钎杆,也就是需要提供高性能的钎具钢。目前使用的重型钎具钢多为低碳Cr-Ni合金钢,该合金钢的生产需要经过退火、渗碳、淬火、回火等热处理工艺,制造工艺复杂,工艺线路较长,成本高,产品质量不稳定,影响凿岩机械的生产效率。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种高品质的凿岩钎具钢,该钎具钢具有强度、韧性高,生产工艺简单,成本低的特点,利用这种钎具钢制成的钎杆比现有钎杆的使用寿命长。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:凿岩钎具钢的化学成分(重量%)为:C0.15~0.45%, Si0.50~1.50%,Mn0.50~1.50%,Cr0.30~1.00%,Ni0.80~3.50%,Mo0.10~1.00%,V0.02~0.20%和/或Nb0.01~0.15%,
其余为Fe及少量杂质。
将上述成分的微合金钢,经热轧空冷,再经过200~600℃温度回火调整硬度,制取凿岩钎杆。本钎具钢经上述加工处理后,即保留了轧制造成的变形强化效果,又可获得较细的非平衡显微组织,因而具有较高的强度和韧性。
利用本发明钢制造的试样进行疲劳试验,结果如下表:

试验结果表明,由于加入V、Nb元素,提高了钎杆的使用寿命,即提高了钎杆的强度和韧性。以同时加入V、Nb元素的试样为例,钎杆寿命比较FF710钢高89%,比较55SiMnMo钢高350%。所制实物钎杆使用寿命,与上述结果完全吻合。

1.凿岩钎具钢,其特征在于其化学成分(重量%)为:C0.15-0.45%,Si0.50-1.50%,Mn0.50-1.50%,Cr0.30-1.00%,Ni0.80-3.50%,Mo0.10-1.00%,V0.02-0.20%和/或Nb0.01-0.15%,其余为Fe及少量杂质。
