Abstract

一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆,其构造包括:阀片、活塞、油孔、拉杆组成。其特征是,活塞借助拉杆与阀片连接,在拉杆靠近阀片的位置开有数个通孔的油孔。所述的活塞安装在缸套中的气道内,弹簧一端顶住活塞,另一端顶在气道的右壁侧,有益效果,本发明具有借助进气支管或曲轴箱产生的负压,带动活塞,使阀片在导油槽和润滑孔之间滑动,实现对润滑孔的开启或关闭的控制作用。

用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆
技术领域
本发明涉及汽油四冲程发动机的汽缸润滑油控制装置的推杆,具体的讲是一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆。
背景技术
摩托车卧式发动机,其汽缸顶部后端靠近曲轴箱的位置,因润滑油喷溅不到位,导致汽缸靠近进气一侧的活塞与汽缸拉伤,严重影响汽缸的使用寿命。
申请人在2012年7月16号申请的发明专利,专利号为2012102452023的一种新型汽缸,在解决汽缸进气一侧的活塞与汽缸拉伤的问题已经得到很好的解决,由于,发动机在减速时,润滑油依然借助润滑孔进入汽缸,引起减速时活塞的运行阻力增加,导致油耗上升1%的弊端。
在上述的基础上,发明人又进一步完善了可以控制润滑孔关闭与开启的自动控制装置,本申请的部件是为了配合之前申请的两项发明专利。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆,具有达到对润滑孔的开启与关闭的可控控制,以实现节省燃油和延长汽缸的使用寿命。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆,其构造包括:阀片、活塞、油孔、拉杆组成。其特征是,活塞借助拉杆与阀片连接,在拉杆靠近阀片的位置开有数个通孔的油孔。
所述的活塞安装在缸套中的气道内,弹簧一端顶住活塞,另一端顶在气道的右壁侧,
有益效果,本发明具有借助进气支管或曲轴箱产生的负压,带动活塞,使阀片在导油槽和润滑孔之间滑动,实现对润滑孔的开启或关闭的控制作用。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明在一种‘负压控制汽缸的润滑装置’的安装示意图。
图2是本发明在一种‘活塞同步负压控制润滑孔的控制装置’的安装示意图。
图1、2是本发明安装在上述两个专利的缸套的气孔通道内的示意图。
附图3、4是本发明一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆的构造图,其构造由阀片1、活塞2、油孔3、拉杆4组成。在说明书图1、2中,活塞2借助拉杆4与阀片1连接,在拉杆4靠近阀片1的位置开有数个通孔的油孔3。
所述的油孔3的孔径为3mm。
所述的油孔3并排排列。
所述的油孔3的总长度等于阀片的长度。
图1的实施案例:
借助软管把气道与进气支管相连通,发动机工作后,
当发动机处于正常加速状态下,进气支管的负压下降,气道的负压也随之下降,弹簧的弹力大于负压的压力,活塞2带动拉杆4,阀片1被顶出,从连杆喷出来的润滑油由导油槽引入润滑孔到达活塞的进气侧一面,活塞带动润滑油使汽缸和活塞的进气一侧均覆盖一层油膜,有效保证了润滑油的浓度,达到了改进摩托车汽缸润滑系统的功能。
当发动机处于减速状态下,进气支管的负压上升,气道的负压也随之上升,弹簧的弹力小于负压的压力,活塞2被吸,阀片1关闭润滑孔,有效保证发动机减速时有多的润滑油对发动机运行造成的阻力,达到了节省燃油的功能。
图2的实施案例:
当发动机的活塞上行时,曲轴箱内产生负压,随着发动机的活塞的上行,负压随着增加,当发动机的活塞的裙部走完气孔,气孔内的气体被带出,活塞2克服弹簧的弹力向右移动,润滑孔被阀片1关闭;
当发动机的活塞下行时,曲轴箱内的负压消失,弹簧把气孔内的活塞2顶回左边,阀片1离开润滑孔,从连杆喷出来的润滑油由导油槽引入润滑孔到达发动机的活塞的进气侧一面,发动机的活塞带动润滑油使汽缸和发动机的活塞的进气一侧均覆盖一层油膜;
如此循环,借助发动机的活塞的往复运动,实现对润滑孔的开启与关闭的控制,从而保证发动机的活塞在做功时的润滑油浓度,达到延长大排量汽缸使用寿命的功能。

1. 一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆,其构造包括:阀片、活塞、油孔、拉杆组成,其特征是,活塞借助拉杆与阀片连接,在拉杆靠近阀片的位置开有数个通孔的油孔,
所述的活塞安装在缸套中的气道内,弹簧一端顶住活塞,另一端顶在气道的右壁侧,
达到借助进气支管或曲轴箱产生的负压,带动活塞,使阀片在导油槽和润滑孔之间滑动,实现对润滑孔的开启或关闭的控制作用。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆,其特征是,所述的油孔的孔径为3mm。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆,其特征是,所述的油孔并排排列。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆,其特征是,所述的油孔的总长度等于阀片的长度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于负压控制汽缸润滑装置的推杆,其特征是,所述的油孔的总长度等于阀片的长度。
