Abstract

一种活塞同步控制润滑孔的控制装置的运行方法,当活塞上行活塞裙部脱离阀球时,弹簧把阀球顶住油池的出油孔,出油孔被封死,从连杆喷出来的润滑油由导油槽引入油池内蓄存;当活塞下行活塞的裙部顶开阀球时,油池内的润滑油由出油孔到达活塞的进气侧一面,活塞带动润滑油使汽缸和活塞的进气一侧均覆盖一层油膜,如此循环。有益效果是,本发明具有达到了改进摩托车汽缸润滑系统,并有效减少过多的润滑油对发动机运行造成的阻力,达到了节省燃油和延长汽缸使用寿命的功能。

本发明涉及汽油四冲程发动机的汽缸润滑油控制装置,具体的讲是一种活塞同步控制润滑孔的控制装置。
背景技术
摩托车卧式发动机,其汽缸顶部后端靠近曲轴箱的位置,因润滑油喷溅不到位,导致汽缸靠近进气一侧的活塞与汽缸拉伤,严重影响汽缸的使用寿命。
申请人在2012年7月16号申请的发明专利,专利号为2012102452023的一种新型汽缸,在解决汽缸进气一侧的活塞与汽缸拉伤的问题已经得到很好的解决,由于,活塞在上行过程中,润滑油依然借助润滑孔进入汽缸,引起活塞下行时的运行阻力增加,导致油耗上升1%的弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种活塞同步控制润滑孔的控制装置,具有达到对润滑孔的开启与关闭的可控控制,以实现节省燃油和延长汽缸的使用寿命。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:本一种活塞同步控制润滑孔的控制装置,其构造包括:散热片、缸套、缸壁、紧固孔、油池、导油槽、阀球、弹簧。其特征是,在缸套上开有一个通孔的油池,油池内放置一个阀球,弹簧一端顶住阀球,另一端顶住缸套。
当活塞上行活塞的裙部脱离阀球时,弹簧把阀球顶住油池的出油孔,出油孔被封死,从连杆喷出来的润滑油由导油槽引入油池内蓄存;
当活塞下行活塞的裙部顶开阀球时,油池内的润滑油由出油孔到达活塞的进气侧一面,活塞带动润滑油使汽缸和活塞的进气一侧均覆盖一层油膜,
如此循环,从而有效保证活塞上行时的润滑油浓度,和减少活塞下行时的运行阻力。
有益效果是,本发明具有达到了改进摩托车汽缸润滑系统,并有效减少过多的润滑油对发动机运行造成的阻力,达到了节省燃油和延长汽缸使用寿命的功能。

具体实施方式
说明书附图是一种活塞同步控制润滑孔的控制装置的构造图,其构造由散热片1、缸套2、缸壁3、紧固孔4、油池5、导油槽6、阀球8、弹簧9组成。在说明书图1、2中,在缸套上开有一个通孔的油池,油池内放置一个阀球,弹簧一端顶住阀球,另一端顶住缸套。
油池5至缸套的左侧顶端开有一条导油槽6。
所述的油池5呈锥度,下小上大。
所述的油池5的底部有一个出油孔。
导油槽6左端的宽度比润滑孔5的内径宽一倍。导油槽6的整体宽度也可与润滑孔5的内径一致。
导油槽6的深度为缸套2厚度的三分之二。

1.一种活塞同步控制润滑孔的控制装置的运行方法,其结构:在缸套上开有一个通孔的油池,油池内放置一个阀球,弹簧一端顶住阀球,另一端顶住缸套,其特征是,
当活塞上行活塞裙部脱离阀球时,弹簧把阀球顶住油池(5)的出油孔,出油孔被封死,从连杆喷出来的润滑油由导油槽(6)引入油池内蓄存;
当活塞下行活塞的裙部顶开阀球时,油池内的润滑油由出油孔到达活塞的进气侧一面,活塞带动润滑油使汽缸和活塞的进气一侧均覆盖一层油膜,
如此循环,从而有效保证活塞上行时的润滑油浓度,和减少活塞下行时的运行阻力,
达到了改进摩托车汽缸润滑系统,并有效减少过多的润滑油对发动机运行造成的阻力,达到了节省燃油和延长汽缸使用寿命的功能。
