一种具有增强免疫力作用的功能食品的制备方法,其营养因子食品补充剂的组合物为天然富硒大豆低聚肽、乳铁蛋白、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌、维生素C、维生素A、糊精、冰糖。上述物质均具有增强免疫力的功效,通过合理的科学配比和先进制作工艺,将上述组份制成功能食品,可单独食用,也可加入其他食品中食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有增强免疫力作用的功能食品的制备方法。
背景技术
 免疫,既是人体对疾病的抵抗力,亦是机体的一种保护性功能。众所周知,人体的主要防线是由数以百亿计的免疫细胞所组成,担负着防止病原微生物(指细菌、病毒等)侵入,识别和清除衰老及死亡的细胞,监视可能发生染色体畸变或基因突变细胞的任务,一旦发现这些异常现象,就能及时清除以防病变。免疫力低下的身体易于被感染或患癌症,在此情况下,极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染,因此免疫力低下最直接的表现就是容易生病。因经常患病,加重了机体的消耗,所以一般有体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等表现,生病、打针吃药便成了家常便饭。每次生病都要很长时间才能恢复,而且常常反复发作。
在经过了传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)、禽流感H7N9之后,如何通过食品或保健品来增强人体自身免疫力,是当前人们迫切需要解决的问题--本文来自益生康健网(yeecare.com)。因此,市场上出现了五花八门的相关产品,如中国专利CN101491334就提供了“一种具有增强免疫力功能的保健食品”,其特点是选用猴头菇、金针菇、香菇、茯苓、银耳、桑椹、菊花、枸杞子、党参为原料制成的保健品,这种保健食品对免疫力低下,易感人群具有整体调理,增进健康状况的作用,但所选用的配方中党参、桑椹,不适宜于婴幼儿服用,因而,产品的应用范围受到了一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于根据现代营养学理论,采用全新的合理科学配方,配制具有增强免疫力作用的功能食品。给人体补充天然富硒大豆低聚肽、乳铁蛋白、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌、维生素C、维生素A,可以起到增强免疫力作用。
硒能增强免疫系统对进入体内的病毒、异物及体内病变的识别能力,提高免疫系统细胞增殖、抗体合成以及血液中抗体的水平,提高免疫系统细胞吞噬、杀菌的能力,从而提高机体免疫功能,从根本上提高对疾病的抵抗能力。本配方的硒源来源于江西省丰城市和高安市天然富硒土壤中所栽培的天然富硒大豆低聚肽中,产品中硒形态为有机态,有利于人体吸收利用,其生物功效远高于人工喷施获得的硒农作物,或在食物添加的硒化合物。
乳铁蛋白,是一种可以结合铁离子传输的蛋白质,可以调节铁的平衡,促进人体细胞的生长,增强机体抗病能力,被誉为“健康的第一道防线”。乳铁蛋白具有调节巨噬细胞活性和刺激淋巴细胞合成的能力。而且嗜中性粒细胞是含乳铁蛋白最多的细胞,当机体受感染时就可将乳铁蛋白释放出来,释放出的乳铁蛋白夺取致病菌的铁离子致使后者死亡。由脂多糖组成的微生物细胞膜结合在乳铁蛋白上,因此乳铁蛋白可以防止细胞膜免疫失控的发生,体外模拟实验和对鼠类动物和小猪的体内实验都证实了乳铁蛋白具有调节免疫的功能。
维生素A是维持上皮组织正常机能的必须物质,可以促进呼吸道等表皮细胞的分化和修复,保证表皮的完整性,从而抵抗病菌入侵;维生素A有“抗感染维生素”之称。
维生素C可以干扰病毒侵害白血球,激活全身的白细胞,增强白细胞对病毒的吞噬能力,杀灭病菌,从而增强人体的免疫力,使人体免受病毒侵害。感冒病人的白细胞中维生素C的含量明显下降。锌是人体重要的微量元素之一,人体微量元素中锌的含量仅次于铁。锌在人体内被融合在蛋白质、核酸、细胞膜之中,尤其是人体内100多种酶都含有锌,称之为含锌酶。含锌酶是人体代谢的重要物质,参与免疫功能,对免疫功能具有营养和调节作用,故缺锌后可致细胞免疫功能下降,身体抵抗能力减弱。锌可提升胸腺释放胸腺素,改进或提升T淋巴细胞的攻击、歼灭病源微生物的行动,从而使机体少染多种感染性疾病。
上述物质可在多条途径、多个层面对免疫系统发挥调节作用,如激活网状内皮系统(RES)的吞噬功能,促进白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肿瘤坏死因子-γ(INF-γ)等生成,增强天然杀伤性细胞(NK)的活性,诱导免疫调节因子的表达,调节机体抗体和补体的形成,还能升高血清溶血数和脾脏内抗体形成细胞数,提高血清免疫球蛋白IgG水平,促进淋巴细胞的增殖,抵抗大肠杆菌等微生物,降低病毒引起的腹泻等婴儿常见疾病,构筑起人生的第一道防线。
本发明的实现方案是以天然富硒大豆低聚肽、乳铁蛋白、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌、维生素C、维生素A为主要原料,配以糊精、冰糖为辅料,采取少量多次分级混合搅拌技术制成具有增强婴幼儿免疫力营养食品补充剂。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下工艺步骤实现的:
(1)每100.0kg组合物中包括天然富硒大豆低聚肽7.0~11.0kg、乳铁蛋白500~1000g、牛磺酸115.0~140.0g、葡萄糖酸锌75.0~100.0g、维生素A0.9~1.2g、维生素C105.0~200.0g、糊精78.0~85.0kg、冰糖8.0~10.0kg,其中1kg大豆低聚肽中硒的含量为240-300;
(2)按步骤(1)的重量比例将冰糖粉碎;
(3)按步骤(1)的重量比例将天然富硒大豆低聚肽、乳铁蛋白、牛磺酸、葡萄糖酸锌、维生素C、维生素A和粉碎后的冰糖、糊精按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得到具有增强免疫力作用的功能食品。
本发明的有益效果是,制备具有增强免疫力作用的功能食品的原料易得,价格便宜,无不良毒副作用。该营养食品补充剂粉剂为淡黄色粉末,清香,酸甜适口,无异味,直接食用,也可加入牛奶粉和其他食品中,起到增强免疫力的功效。

实施例1
取天然富硒大豆低聚肽7.5kg、乳铁蛋白700.0g、牛磺酸120.0g、葡萄糖酸锌80.0g、维生素A1.0g、维生素C150.0g与8.5kg粉碎过80目筛后的冰糖及糊精82.949kg,按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得具有增强免疫力作用的功能的产品。
实施例2
取天然富硒大豆低聚肽10.0kg、乳铁蛋白800.0g、牛磺酸130.0g、葡萄糖酸锌90.0g、维生素A1.1g、维生素C180.0g与9.0kg粉碎过80目筛后的冰糖及糊精79.789kg,按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得具有增强免疫力作用的功能的产品。
实施例3
取天然富硒大豆低聚肽11.0kg、乳铁蛋白900.0g、牛磺酸120.0g、葡萄糖酸锌100.0g、维生素A0.9g、维生素C120.0g与10.0kg粉碎过80目筛后的冰糖及糊精77.759kg,按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得具有增强免疫力作用的功能的产品。
实施例4
取天然富硒大豆低聚肽10.5kg、乳铁蛋白1000.0g、牛磺酸135.0g、葡萄糖酸锌85.0g、维生素A1.2g、维生素C200.0g与9.5kg粉碎过80目筛后的冰糖及糊精78.579kg,按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得具有增强免疫力作用的功能的产品。
实施例5
取天然富硒大豆低聚肽9.0kg、乳铁蛋白950.0g、牛磺酸140.0g、葡萄糖酸锌90.0g、维生素A1.0g、维生素C170.0g与8.0kg粉碎过80目筛后的冰糖及糊精81.649kg,按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得具有增强免疫力作用的功能的产品。

取天然富硒大豆低聚肽7.5kg、乳铁蛋白700.0g、牛磺酸120.0g、葡萄糖酸锌80.0g、维生素A1.0g、维生素C150.0g与8.5kg经粉碎并过80目筛后的冰糖及糊精82.949kg,按少量多次分级法充分搅拌均匀,得具有增强免疫力作用的功能的产品。
