Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及适于盛装高压内容物(如气溶胶混合物)容器的领域;本发明尤其涉及一种具有末端部分的吹塑成形的塑料气溶胶容器,该部分构造并设置为在内部高压下具有最大的变形抗性和应力断裂抗性。
背景技术
气溶胶容器通常是由金属制造且通常结构为具有上下端头封盖的柱形管。下端盖一般为凹球顶形状,上端盖一般包括用于分配容器的压缩气溶胶内容物的可手动调节的阀。
金属容器具有某些固有的缺陷,如一段时间后会生锈,会刮损容器可能会接触的表面。
此前,人们已致力于改进塑料气溶胶容器,所遇到的主要难题是如何控制由于气溶胶容器所必须的内部强增压而产生的塑料材料的变形。气溶胶容器一般需要内部压力大小为50-300磅/平方英寸,这明显高于塑料材料用于其他包装(如碳酸饮料包装)时惯常用到的压力。因此,塑料气溶胶容器的设计要点与较低压力包装应用(如塑料饮料容器)的设计要点有很大区别。
一种普通类型的塑料容器是由诸如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)等材料制造,通过再热拉伸吹塑工艺由具有螺纹状末端部分的注塑预型坯制成。虽然这类容器也可能用于气溶胶,但它们的末端部分在增压时容易发生应力断裂。此外,这类容器承压时,其末端部分容易变形,可能导致容器和气溶胶分配封盖之间的密封完整性受损。
人们需要一种改进的吹塑成形塑料气溶胶容器,相较于传统的吹塑成形塑料容器,其末端部位比较不容易发生应力断裂和变形。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的吹塑成形塑料气溶胶容器,相较于传统的吹塑成形塑料容器,其末端部位比较不容易发生应力断裂和变形。
为了实现本发明的上述及其它目的,根据本发明第一方面的塑料气溶胶容器包括主体部分,该主体部分构造并设置成可承受气溶胶的加压范围为约50-约300磅/平方英寸。塑料气溶胶容器进一步包括与主体部分构成一体的末端部分。末端部分具有侧壁,上密封面和支撑突部。塑料气溶胶容器进一步包括置于支撑突部下方的加固结构,用于加强末端部分对加压所致变形的抗性。

具体实施方式
参照附图,所有图示中的同一标号表示对应的结构。特别参照图1,根据本发明一较优实施方案构造的气溶胶容器组件10包括具有主体部分12的塑料气溶胶容器,该主体部分12构造且设置成可承受气溶胶加压的范围为约50-约300磅/平方英寸。较优地,该主体部分12构造且设置成可承受气溶胶加压的范围为约90-约180磅/平方英寸。
较优地,塑料气溶胶容器10是由塑料材料(如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、酸乙二酯(PEN)、丙烯腈(AN)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚酰胺(尼龙))或包含与塑料预型坯的组合材料相同的混合物利用传统的吹塑工艺(如再热拉伸吹塑工艺)制成。

如图7所示,本发明的另一实施方案中,吹塑成型的气溶胶容器30包括一螺纹状末端部分32,该螺纹状末端部分32具有支撑突部34和第二凸缘36。在该实施方案中,加固结构即为第二凸缘36,它在吹塑工艺中通过使用模具38装配在主体部分12的上部,而并非用于制造容器30的预型坯的一部分。
本发明的又一实施方案中,在不设置第二凸缘的情况下,抗旋转特征可并入末端部分的支撑突部。例如,支撑突部可设有两个或多个平面,在支撑突部的下侧设置凹槽或凹口或者在其上面设置一个或多个凸耳或凹口。
较优地,第二凸缘20构造成具有第二最大外直径DS,其大体上不大于支撑突部18的第一最大外直径DL。较优地,第二凸缘20的第二最大外直径DS与支撑突部18的第一最大外直径DL大致相等。

图12表示根据本发明还一实施方案的气溶胶分配容器60。气溶胶分配容器60包括具有支撑突部18和第二凸缘20的非螺纹状末端部分62,较优地,其二者的结构与上述实施方案的支撑壁架和第二凸缘相同。非螺纹状末端部分62还包括确定容器60上边缘的上凸圆64和位于末端部分62外表面上的底切边66。气溶胶阀组件68具有凸缘部分70,通过将凸缘部分70的外周边缘卷压至上凸圆64和底切边66而将其安装在末端部分62上。

Claims (17)
1.一种塑料气溶胶容器,包括:
一主体部分,该主体部分构造并设置成承受气溶胶加压的范围为约50-300磅/平方英寸;
一末端部分,该末端部分与所述主体部分构成一体,该末端部分具有一侧壁,一上密封面和一支撑突部;以及
加固结构,该加固结构置于所述支撑突部下方,以加强末端部分对由加压所导致变形的抗性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料气溶胶容器,其中所述加固结构置于所述末端部分上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑料气溶胶容器,其中所述加固结构包括一第二凸缘,该第二凸缘与所述末端部分的侧壁构成一体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的塑料气溶胶容器,其中所述第二凸缘是由注塑成型法制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料气溶胶容器,其中所述加固结构是由吹塑成型法制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑料气溶胶容器,进一步包括一安装于所述末端部分的气溶胶分配封盖。
7.根据权利要求6所述的塑料气溶胶容器,进一步包括将所述气溶胶分配封盖固定于所述末端部分的固定装置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的塑料气溶胶容器,其中所述螺纹状末端部分和所述主体部分是由包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的材料制成。
9.根据权利要求3所述的塑料气溶胶容器,其中所述支撑突部和所述第二凸缘之间确定一空隙;其中所述空隙的最小垂直距离是至少约1mm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的塑料气溶胶容器,其中所述最小垂直距离是至少约1.5mm。
11.一种稳固塑料气溶胶容器的方法,该塑料气溶胶容器具有一带有一侧壁、一上密封面和一支撑突部的末端部分,该方法包括以下步骤:
在所述支撑突部的下方形成加固结构,用于加强末端部分对由加压所导致变形的抗性;
将一气溶胶分配封盖安装至所述末端部分上;以及
用气溶胶混合物对所述容器加压,所述气溶胶混合物的受压范围是约50-300磅/平方英寸。
12.根据权利要求11所述的稳固塑料气溶胶容器的方法,其中通过将所述加固结构成形于所述末端部分上完成所述形成加固结构的步骤。
13.根据权利要求12所述的稳固塑料气溶胶容器的方法,其中所述加固结构包括一第二凸缘,该第二凸缘与所述末端部分的侧壁构成一体。
14.根据权利要求13所述的稳固塑料气溶胶容器的方法,其中所述第二凸缘是由注塑成型法制成。
15.根据权利要求11所述的稳固塑料气溶胶容器的方法,其中所述加固结构是由吹塑成型法制成。
16.根据权利要求15所述的稳固塑料气溶胶容器的方法,进一步包括利用固定结构将所述气溶胶分配封盖固定于所述末端部分。
17.根据权利要求11所述的稳固塑料气溶胶容器的方法,其中所述末端部分和所述主体部分是由包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的材料制成。
