Abstract

本发明涉及智能手机玻璃薄膜用保护膜的制造方法,该方法能够简化生产工艺,并且可容易地制造产品。本发明在PET(26)上涂敷粘着剂(25),并使其经过分别具有50-70℃的不同温度的多个腔(20),在经过所述多个腔(20)的PET(26)和粘着剂(25)上转移镀膜PVC(27),在由所述PET(26)、粘着剂(25)、PVC(27)合成的结合体(28)的PVC(27)上层合PE(29)而制成产品(10),最后去除所述产品(10)的PET(26),并在粘着剂(25)上粘贴智能手机玻璃(15)而完成产品的制造。

Description

智能手机玻璃薄膜用保护膜的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及智能手机玻璃薄膜用保护膜的制造方法,尤其涉及在制造保护膜时,最后涂敷PE,从而,简化了智能手机屏幕玻璃的生产工艺,并能够容易地制造。
背景技术
最近,智能手机被广泛使用,此类智能手机的正面安装有薄膜玻璃(LED),使用者在打电话、上网或者看电影时,可通过透明玻璃容易地观看LED玻璃画面显示的所有内容。
以往,为制造玻璃薄膜用保护膜,如图1所示,在PET(2)上涂硅胶粘着剂(1),并在所述粘着剂(1)上粘贴智能手机玻璃(3)之后,将所述玻璃(3)以例如1mm蚀刻(etching)至0.7mm的厚度进行蚀刻,并薄薄地研磨之后使用。
以往,由于此类PE、PVC、PET等分别具有不同的特性,因此存在各种问题,例如,制成为成品时,在保护膜上出现褶皱等问题。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明为了解决上述问题而研发,本发明的目的为提供一种智能手机玻璃薄膜用保护膜的制造方法,首先在PET上涂敷粘着剂,并在粘着剂上转移镀膜PVC之后,在所述PVC上层合PE而制造成保护膜。
本发明的目的为提供一种智能手机玻璃薄膜用保护膜的制造方法,可防止在洗涤蚀刻智能手机玻璃之后产品上残留的氢氟酸时,因PVC之间的张力而相互黏着,从而使生产工艺简单。
技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明的特征为包括以下4道工序:
第1工序,在PET上涂敷粘着剂,经过分别具有50-70℃不同温度的多个腔,而去除粘着剂的挥发性,使其稳定化(熟成);第2工序,在PET上涂敷粘着剂后转移镀膜PVC;第3工序,在所述PVC上层合PE而制造产品;第4工序,去除所述产品的PET,并在粘着剂上粘贴智能手机玻璃。
有利效果
如上所述,本发明具有如下效果:在制造智能手机玻璃薄膜用保护膜时,在PVC上层合PE并蚀刻玻璃之后,在去除氢氟酸的洗涤工序中,通过PE聚乙烯可以防止因PVC的张力而使PVC相互黏着的问题,因此在制造时可提高生产率。
并且,还具有如下效果:在所述PET上涂敷粘着剂,并在粘着剂上转移镀膜PVC的情况下,不在PVC上层合PE即可使用。

具体实施方式
如下,参考附图详细说明本发明的实施例。
图2显示在PET(26)上涂敷粘着剂(6),经过分别具有50-70℃的不同温度的多个腔(20),之后转移镀膜PVC(27),图3显示所述结合体(28)经过腔(20)之后,与PE层合(29)的工序,图4显示产品的剖面图。
但,所述PVC(27)转移镀膜在粘着剂(25)上。
下面说明如上所述的本发明的作用。
首先,本发明在PET(26)上涂敷粘着剂(25),然后经过分别具有50-70℃不同温度的多个腔(20),之后与PVC(27)层合。
此时,所述腔(20)分别具有例如50-70℃之间的不同的温度,并按温度逐渐上升后再下降的顺序排列。
即,在PET(26)上涂敷粘着剂(25)的情况下,粘着剂经过腔(20)之后将熟化,此处的熟化意味着去除粘着剂(25)挥发性而使其稳定化的步骤。
之后在经过腔(20)变得稳定化的粘着剂(25)上转移镀膜PVC(27),制造如图3的一个结合体(28)。
而且,如图3,使得在所述PET(26)上涂敷粘着剂(25)并在所述粘着剂(25)上转移镀膜PVC(27)的结合体(28),经过多个腔(20)之后,在最后步骤与PE(29)层合,即形成一个产品(10)。
图4为如上述制造的产品(10)的剖面图,从下往上依次为PET(26)、粘着剂(25)、PVC(27)、PE(29)。
图5为将根据如上述的图3和图4制造的产品(10)粘贴在玻璃(15)上的工序示意图,当玻璃(15)借助于电机的驱动顺着传送带被传送时,产品(10)进行旋转并与玻璃(15)结合,此时产品(10)下部的PET(26)被剥离去除,而在粘着剂(25)面上粘贴玻璃(15),被剥离的PET(26)通过其它的滚轴再被卷曲,之后将粘贴有玻璃(15)的产品(10)根据所需大小截断而使用。
图6为将本发明的产品(10)放入洗涤槽(16)进行洗涤的工序说明图,由于洗涤时洗涤槽(16)内放入的PVC(27)之间相互黏着,因此洗涤时存在许多困难,但本发明,因在所述PVC(27)的外侧层合PE(29),使得PE(29)之间互不黏着,从而,容易进行洗涤工序,也可防止因PVC(27)的张力而使得智能手机玻璃(15)被破碎。
另外,本发明的其它实施例,在所述PVC(27)上不涂敷PE(29),而只通过PVC(27)、粘着剂(25)、PET(26)的结合体也可以制造,使用时去除PET(26)即可。

Claims (2)

1.一种智能手机玻璃薄膜用保护膜的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下4道工序:
第1工序,在PET(26)上涂敷粘着剂(25),经过分别具有50-70℃的不同温度的多个腔(20),而去除粘着剂(25)的挥发性,使其稳定化;
第2工序,在经过所述腔(20)的PET(26)和粘着剂(25)上转移镀膜PVC(27);
第3工序,使得由所述PET(26)、粘着剂(25)、PVC(27)合成的结合体(28)经过多个腔(20),之后层合PE(29)而制造产品(10);
第4工序,去除所述产品(10)的PET(26),并在粘着剂(25)上粘贴智能手机玻璃(15)。
2.一种智能手机玻璃薄膜用保护膜制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下3道工序:
第1道工序,在PET(26)上涂敷粘着剂(25),经过分别具有50-70℃的不同温度的多个腔(20);
第2道工序,在经过所述多个腔(20)的PET(26)和粘着剂(25)上转移镀膜PVC(27);
第3道工序,去除所述PET(26),并在粘着剂(25)上粘贴智能手机玻璃(15)。
