本发明涉及一种装袋机,它具有可将条带或标签附在通过的袋底部的机构,它包括带有夹具的贴附鼓,该夹具可被激励打开和闭合,并有切刀与该夹具互相作用。
从德国DE6609637U号专利中已知这种装袋机。在现有技术的这种装袋机中,当袋工件数量不足时会产生将条带或标签自动贴到移开机构的传送部分的结果。在这种情况下移开机构由检测元件控制,检测元件按周期检测袋工件的进料。在贴附鼓上形成一夹具,该夹具夹住要贴附到袋底部的条带部分的前部。在这种操作中,切刀把标签的前部推入到夹具中,然后该夹具闭合以夹住标签的前部。接着贴附鼓把标签传送贴附到袋工件。如果这时没有袋工件送入这个位置,那么贴附鼓就不应该传送标签,夹具不闭合,相反由移出转向器从下面取出供应的条带或标签,移出转向器转入该位置并移出标签。这种移出的方法在实践中证明是不成功的,因为要移出的标签并不正好放在这个区域。因此在移出转向器区可能产生阻塞,造成操作故障。
本发明的目的是进一步改进现有技术的装袋机,使得在需要时条带或标签的移出能可靠地执行,每次不会产生中断。
根据本发明的装袋机,它带有将条带或标签附在通过的袋底部的机构,它包括带有夹具的贴附鼓,该夹具可被激励打开和闭合,并有切刀与该夹具互相作用,其特征在于,切刀布置在与贴附鼓平行运行的第二鼓上,且第二鼓也装有夹具,该夹具与安装在贴附鼓上的切刀互相作用。
本发明的装袋机保证要传送的条带或标签属必然能被接触,从而总是被传送过去。在要将标签由贴附鼓传送到相应的通过的袋工件的情况下,该标签的前缘与装在与贴附鼓平行运行的第二鼓上的切刀接触,将标签的前部推入到贴附鼓上打开的夹具内,  当传送操作继续进行时,贴附鼓上的夹具闭合,从而将条带或标签传送到袋工件上然后粘贴到袋上。另一方面,如果条带或标签要被移出,因为例如没有袋工件被及时送入贴附位置,那么在贴附鼓上的切刀将把条带或标签的前缘送入到第二鼓上打开的夹具内。然后夹具闭合,这样条带或标签就碰到第二鼓,接着被传送走。因此可以将标签可靠地移去。
各个刀可以靠活塞汽缸单元缩进到各自的鼓内。
传送带和相应的引导板可以布置在第二鼓的下游,以接纳和移去由第二鼓传送来的丢弃的条带或标签。
穿孔单元和夹持滚轮对可放在各个鼓之前,以便从连续进料的标签带形成各个标签。
贴附鼓上可以装设固定的凸轮,滚轮在该凸轮上滚动,滚轮安装在一根杆上,该杆可围绕枢轴点转动,夹具与该杆相连。这有利于控制贴附鼓上夹具简单的打开和闭合。

该图显示装袋机条带贴附站实施例的侧向示意图。
在这个图中固定的凸轮2安装在贴附鼓1上。滚轮3在这凸轮上滚动,这个滚轮3安装在一根杆上,该杆可围绕枢轴点5转动。夹具6也与该杆相连,从而通过杆4的转动使夹具可以打开和闭合。在显示的实施例中,夹具6是打开的。从旋转的方向看,活塞汽缸单元7位于夹具6的下游,一把插入的刀8固定在活塞上。布置在贴附鼓1下面的是第二鼓9,并带有相同的活塞汽缸单元10,从鼓9的运动方向看,在其下游还有一个活塞汽缸单元12,通过该单元夹具13可以围绕枢轴点14转动以使该夹具打开或闭合。
如图中所示还有穿孔单元15和夹持滚筒对16。在穿孔单元15中进行的标签带17按预先确定的间隙进行穿孔。下游的夹持滚筒对16对标签带起减速作用,因为鼓1和9的圆周速度大于夹持滚筒对16的圆周速度,从而使鼓1和9可以将各个标签沿穿孔线撕下。由插入刀11将标签18的前缘推入到贴附鼓1的打开的夹具6中,夹具6与鼓1固定的边缘互相作用。随着贴附鼓1的继续转动,杆4转动的方向使夹具6闭合,从而夹具6将标签16牢牢地夹持在贴附鼓1上。贴附鼓1进一步转动约180度之后,标签18就粘贴到图中未示出的袋底部上,袋沿着袋通道19移动。
如果在操作中没有袋子通过袋通道19,那么很清楚从标签带17撕下的标签18必须移去。为了达到这个目的,必须缩进刀11,并伸出贴附鼓1上的刀8。通过伸出刀8的作用,标签18被夹到夹具13中,夹具13与鼓9固定的边缘互相作用。随着鼓9继续转动,这样夹持的标签18以反时针方向转动,然后被传送到传送带20和相应的导板21。这就保证不需要的标签18从贴附鼓1的区域完全移去,消除可能发生的阻塞现象。

Claims (9)

切刀(11)布置在与贴附鼓(1)平行运行的第二鼓(9)上,
第二鼓(9)也装有夹具,该夹具与安装在贴附鼓(1)上的切刀(8)互相作用。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装袋机,其特征在于,切刀(8,11)可以靠活塞气缸单元(7,10)缩进到鼓(1,9)之内。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的装袋机,其特征在于,传送带(20)和相应的引导板(21)排列在第二鼓(9)的下游。
4.按照权利要求1或2所述的装袋机,其特征在于,在鼓(1,9)的前面布置有穿孔单元(15)和夹持滚筒对(16)以形成这些标签。
5.按照权利要求3所述的装袋机,其特征在于,在鼓(1,9)的前面布置有穿孔单元(15)和夹持滚筒对(16)以形成这些标签。
