一种罐盖上直接拉伸指压盖口承坐装置，属于指压盖口承坐的拉伸模具。包括上模和与上模连接的凸模、上橡胶垫、上压紧板、导模架模柄，与凸模相对的底部位置设有凹模，与凹模相连接有下橡胶垫和下压紧板。以上所述导模架模柄与压力机相连接，实现上模的上下运动。其效果是：可以直接在桶罐盖子上直接拉伸出口承坐，密封效果好，没有铆接时口承坐内填充物对桶内物料造成的污染，节约了成本。

技术领域
本发明属于指压盖口承坐的拉伸模具。
背景技术
包装桶罐的生产过程中，传统的工艺均采用采购指压盖口承盖和口承坐(其结构参见附图2)，并把口承坐铆接在桶罐盖上的方法。这容易造成铆接部位渗漏或其他填充物污染桶内物料。
发明内容
本发明正是为了解决现有技术的问题，而提供一种罐盖上直接拉伸指压盖口承坐装置，可以直接在桶罐盖上冲压口承坐，简单经济，避免了口承坐渗漏对桶内物料造成的污染。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种罐盖上直接拉伸指压盖口承坐装置，其特征是：包括上模和与上模连接的凸模、上橡胶垫、上压紧板、导模架模柄，与凸模相对的底部位置设有凹模，与凹模相连接有下橡胶垫和下压紧板。
以上所述导模架模柄与压力机相连接，实现上模的上下运动。
本发明特点和效果是：可以直接在桶罐盖子上直接拉伸出口承坐，密封效果好，没有铆接时口承坐内填充物对桶内物料造成的污染，节约了成本。

具体实施方式
如图所示，本发明包括上模1和与上模1连接的凸模2、上橡胶垫3、上压紧板4、导模架模柄5，与凸模2相对的底部位置设有凹模7，与凹模7相连接有下橡胶垫8和下压紧板6。
本发明通过导模架模柄5把模具安装在压力机上，实现上模1的上下运动，下压时，上压紧板4和下压紧板6将冲压材料压紧，并通过凸模2和凹模7将需要冲压的口承坐内圈部位定位，继续下压，使上橡胶垫3和下橡胶垫8收缩，凸模2和凹模7相接触，在桶罐盖上冲压出需要的口承坐，满足指压盖需要。

1.一种罐盖上直接拉伸指压盖口承坐装置，其特征是：包括上模和与上模连接的凸模、上橡胶垫、上压紧板、导模架模柄，与凸模相对的底部位置设有凹模，与凹模相连接有下橡胶垫和下压紧板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罐盖上直接拉伸指压盖口承坐装置，其特征是：所述导模架模柄与压力机相连接，实现上模的上下运动。
