Abstract
排气管路。本发明涉及一种用于内燃机的排气管路(10),所述排气管路具有内金属壁(11)和外金属壁(12),其中在所述内金属壁(11)和所述外金属壁(12)之间定位有由纤维制成的热绝缘体(13),其中所述内金属壁(11)和所述外金属壁(12)由一体的铸造构件(14)提供,并且其中所述热绝缘体(13)由玻璃纤维连续纤维(15)提供。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排气管路。此外,本发明还涉及一种用于制造用于内燃机的排气管路的方法。
背景技术
由DE 10 2009 052 834 A1已知一种用于内燃机的排气管路,所述排气管路包括内金属管和外金属管,其中在所述内金属管和所述外金属管之间定位有热绝缘体。所述排气管路的、定位在所述金属管之间的热绝缘体根据DE 10 2009 052 834 A1由纤维构成、也就是由无次序的金属纤维构成。
发明内容
据此,本发明的任务在于,提出一种新型的排气管路和一种用于制造这种排气管路的方法。
该任务通过下述排气管路解决:所述排气管路具有内金属壁和外金属壁,其中在所述内金属壁和所述外金属壁之间定位有由纤维制成的热绝缘体,其中根据本发明,所述内金属壁和所述外金属壁由一体的铸造构件提供,其中所述热绝缘体由玻璃纤维连续纤维提供。
在根据本发明的排气管路中,所述内金属壁和所述外金属壁由一体的铸造构件提供。在所述铸造构件的内金属壁和外金属壁之间定位有热绝缘体,所述热绝缘体由玻璃纤维连续纤维提供。这样的排气管路能够特别有利地制造。
按照一种有利的改进方案,将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维引入、优选吹入到在所述内金属壁与所述外金属壁之间的至少一个空腔中。将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维吹入到在所述内金属壁与所述外金属壁之间的所述空腔或者每个空腔中,在制造技术方面特别有利。
用于制造用于内燃机的排气管路的、根据本发明的方法具有下列步骤:
提供具有所述内金属壁和所述外金属壁的铸造构件;
将玻璃纤维连续纤维作为热绝缘体引入到所述铸造构件的所述内金属壁与所述外金属壁之间。

图1示出用于内燃机的排气管路10的优选的实施例,其中所述排气管路10包括内金属壁11和外金属壁12。
所述内金属壁11规定了用于排气的流动通道。所述外金属壁12向外相对于周围环境限定排气管路10。
所述内金属壁11和所述外金属壁12在根据本发明的排气管路10中由一体的铸造构件14提供,所述铸造构件通过铸造工艺制造。
在所述内金属壁11和所述外金属壁12之间定位有由纤维制成的热绝缘体13,其中所述热绝缘体13由玻璃纤维连续纤维15提供。
将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维15引入、尤其吹入到构造在所述内金属壁11和所述外金属壁12之间的至少一个空腔中。将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维15吹入到在所述内金属壁11与所述外金属壁12之间的所述空腔或者每个空腔中是特别有利的,此外能够将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维15以任意密度引入到所述空腔或者每个空腔中。

所述排气管路10是用于内燃机、尤其用于大型柴油发动机如船用柴油内燃机的排气管路。在此,所述铸造构件14的所述空腔或者每个空腔的体积尤其在20000到30000dm3的尺寸等级中,将玻璃纤维连续纤维15以任意密度引入到所述空腔中。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于内燃机的排气管路(10),所述排气管路具有内金属壁(11)和外金属壁(12),其中在所述内金属壁(11)和所述外金属壁(12)之间定位有由纤维制成的热绝缘体(13),其特征在于,所述内金属壁(11)和所述外金属壁(12)由一体的铸造构件(14)提供,并且所述热绝缘体(13)由玻璃纤维连续纤维(15)提供,其中所述排气管路具有带有一个输入管路(16)和两个输出管路(17、18)的T形轮廓或者所述排气管路具有带有一个输出管路(16)和两个输入管路(17、18)的T形轮廓。
2.按照权利要求1所述的排气管路,其特征在于,将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维(15)引入到在所述铸造构件(14)的所述内金属壁(11)与所述外金属壁(12)之间的至少一个空腔中。
3.按照权利要求2所述的排气管路,其特征在于,将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维(15)吹入到所述空腔或者每个空腔中。
4.按照权利要求1所述的排气管路,其特征在于,所述内燃机是大型柴油发动机。
5.按照权利要求4所述的排气管路,其特征在于,所述大型柴油发动机是船用柴油内燃。
6.一种用于制造按照权利要求1到5中任一项所述的用于内燃机的排气管路的方法,所述方法具有下列步骤:
提供具有所述内金属壁(11)和所述外金属壁(12)的铸造构件(14);
将玻璃纤维连续纤维(15)作为热绝缘体(13)引入到所述铸造构件(14)的所述内金属壁(11)与所述外金属壁(12)之间。
7.按照权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维(15)引入到在所述内金属壁(11)与所述外金属壁(12)之间的至少一个空腔中。
8.按照权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述玻璃纤维连续纤维(15)吹入到所述空腔或者每个空腔中。
