[0003] STP板现多应用在现场施工薄抹灰系统中,由于其高效保温性,能达到建筑节能75%要求,但该种施工工艺只能全手工作业,无法进行自动化、工业化的大规模生产,由此存在以下几方面缺陷:手工作业劳力及材料资源大量浪费;由于STP板的外层高阻气薄膜易破损,一旦破损,真空腔就漏气,失去保温效果,故如果将其直接黏贴在建筑外墙上,外层的破损率很高。复合型STP真空保温装饰一体化系统克服了上述工艺落后、工期及质量差等缺点,其中复合型STP真空保温装饰一体化板是将硅酸钙板与STP板复合而成,其中硅酸钙板表面经氟碳喷涂处理并采用电脑配色。复合型STP真空保温装饰一体化系统具有高效保温隔热,装饰性强,自重轻,施工便捷,节约人工成本等特点。但由于复合型STP真空保温装饰一体化板尺寸较小,在施工中整面墙体的保温装饰工程,需要多个STP真空保温装饰一体化板拼接而成,为保证墙体表面平整度、缝格平直度、接缝高低偏差、板材立面垂直度等指标,对STP真空保温装饰一体化系统的施工工艺和STP真空保温装饰一体化板的生产工艺要求较高。
[0004] 我国从20世纪五六十年代开始设计预制保温混凝土墙板,预制保温混凝土板节能体系是集外墙内保温和外墙外保温技术两者优点于一体的新型保温形式,即在墙体中间添加保温夹层来实现墙体的彻底保温一一复合墙体系。目前应用的预制夹芯板材采用的保温材料依然为传统的模塑聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板及聚氨酯硬泡等,若达到75%节能要求,所需的传统保温材料是STP板的5〜6倍,由于传统保温材料厚度的影响,导致对内叶墙连接系统的抗拉和抗剪切性能提出了较高的要求。
发明内容
[0005]鉴于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是如何改善超薄绝热保温板自身缺陷,并实现工厂化预制墙体。
[0006]为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板,包括外叶墙板、多块超薄绝热保温板、内叶墙板以及多个连接件,多块所述超薄绝热保温板平铺在所述外叶墙板和内叶墙板之间,所述连接件设置在多块所述超薄绝热保温板的板缝之间,用于连接所述外叶墙板和内叶墙板,所述外叶墙板内设置有外层支撑骨架,所述内叶墙板内设置有内层支撑骨架。
[0007]作为优选,多块所述超薄绝热保温板的板缝之间还填充有保温材料。
[0008]作为优选,所述外层支撑骨架为钢筋或钢筋网架,所述内层支撑骨架为双层钢筋或者钢筋网架。
[0009]作为优选,所述连接件为针状连接件或者U型卡夹和桶状连接件的组合。
[0010]作为优选,所述外层支撑骨架为带斜插丝的钢丝网架,所述内层支撑骨架为钢丝网架,所述斜插丝为所述连接件。
[0011]作为优选,所述外叶墙板和所述内叶墙板由细石混凝土浇筑而成。
[0012]作为优选,所述保温材料为聚氨酯或者保温砂浆。
[0013]作为优选,多块所述超薄绝热保温板朝向所述内叶墙板的一面设置有复合层,所述复合层为耐碱网格布和抹面砂浆的复合。
[0014]本发明还提供一种超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板的预制方法,包括如下步骤:
[0015]步骤一:在涂抹有隔离剂的模板的底板上设置用于限位的第一垫块;
[0016]步骤二:将所述外层支撑骨架放置在所述第一垫块上;
[0017]步骤三:在所述外层支撑骨架的范围内浇注形成所述外叶墙板;
[0018]步骤四:在所述外叶墙板上铺设多块所述超薄绝热保温板;
[0019]步骤五:在多块所述超薄绝热保温板的板缝间插入所述连接件;
[0020]步骤六:在多块所述超薄绝热保温板上设置用于限位的第二垫块;
[0021 ]步骤七:将所述内层支撑骨架放置在所述第二垫块上;
[0022]步骤八:在所述内层支撑骨架的范围内浇注形成所述内叶墙板。
[0023]作为优选,步骤五与步骤六之间进一步包括:在多块所述超薄绝热保温板的板缝间填充保温材料。
[0024]作为优选,多块所述超薄绝热保温板朝向所述内叶墙板的一面复合耐碱网格布和抹面砂浆复合层。
[0025]作为优选,进一步包括步骤九:在预制完成的所述超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板的所述外叶墙板外侧黏贴装饰层。
[0026]本发明提供的另一种超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板的预制方法,包括如下步骤:

[0031]步骤五:在所述多块所述超薄绝热保温板上设置用于限位的第二垫块;
[0032]步骤六:将所述内层支撑骨架放置在所述第二垫块上,并将所述连接件的另一端与所述内层支撑骨架固定连接;
[0033]步骤七:在所述内层支撑骨架的范围内浇注形成所述内叶墙板。
[0034]作为优选,所述步骤四与步骤五之间进一步包括:在所述连接件所在的多块所述超薄绝热保温板的板缝间填充保温材料。
[0035]本发明的有益效果在于:通过将超薄绝热保温板完成工厂化预制成复合墙板,改善了超薄绝热保温板的自身缺陷,提高了预制复合墙板的力学性能,使其可作为承重结构或者维护结构墙体,本发明的超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板保温性能好,工艺简单,施工便捷,节省材料和人力。

[0045]如图1〜图4所示,本发明提供的超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板10,包括外叶墙板
1、多块超薄绝热保温板2、内叶墙板3、多个连接件4以及保温材料5。多块超薄绝热保温板2平铺在外叶墙板I和内叶墙板3之间,连接件4设置在多块超薄绝热保温板2的板缝之间,用于连接外叶墙板I和内叶墙板3,整合墙体,以实现内、外叶墙板的可靠连接,从而抵抗在未裂的正常重量混凝土中的静态和短暂的拉力和剪切荷载,实现墙板的保温及防水要求。保温材料5也填充在多块超薄绝热保温板2的板缝之间,以防止热桥现象,保温材料5可为聚氨酯或者保温砂浆。外叶墙板I内设置有外层支撑骨架6,内叶墙板3内设置有内层支撑骨架7。此外,超薄绝热保温板2朝向内叶墙板3的一面可设置有复合层8,复合层8可为耐碱网格布和抹面砂浆的复合,从而增强超薄绝热保温板2的防护能力,抵抗混凝土浇筑时的冲击力和振捣棒异常靠近超薄绝热保温板2时造成的破坏。为了美观,还可在外叶墙板I外侧黏贴装饰层9。

[0047]如图1、图2所示,在本实施例中,外层支撑骨架6为钢筋或钢筋网架,内层支撑骨架7为双层钢筋或者钢筋网架。外叶墙板I和内叶墙板3均由普通混凝土浇筑而成。连接件4为针状连接件或者U型卡夹和桶状连接件的组合。连接件4的设置数量按照连接件4的抗弯、抗剪、抗扭性能及墙体要求计算,并参考超薄绝热保温板2之间的板缝位置确定。连接件4的间距确定,是按照超薄绝热保温板2板缝位置,连接件4自身力学性能和墙板整体热工要求最优化为依据。

[0049]如图3、图4所示,在本实施例中,外层支撑骨架6为带斜插丝的钢丝网架,优选为镀锌钢丝。内层支撑骨架7为钢丝网架,所述斜插丝即为连接件4。外叶墙板I和内叶墙板3均由细石混凝土浇筑而成。
[0050]图5为本发明的超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板的使用示意图。如图5所示,在现场作业中,可将多块本发明的超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板10拼接,遇阳角则布置阳角型超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板,遇阴角则布置阴角型超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板。如果在施工中遇到门、窗等洞口,则改变原超薄绝热保温板的布置方案,依据洞口尺寸,优化布置窗间墙及连梁,实现超薄绝热保温板满布保温层的保温效果。

[0052]本发明还提供一种超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板的预制方法,如图6所示,包括如下步骤:在涂抹有隔离剂的模板的底板上设置用于限位的第一垫块(步骤S101)。将外层支撑骨架6放置在所述第一垫块上(步骤S102),本实施例中,外层支撑骨架6为钢筋或钢筋网架。在外层支撑骨架6的范围内浇注混凝土形成外叶墙板1(步骤S103)。在外叶墙板I上铺设多块在朝向内叶墙板3的一面复合有耐碱网格布和抹面砂浆复合层8的超薄绝热保温板2(步骤S104)。在多块超薄绝热保温板的板缝间插入连接件4(步骤S105),本实施例中,连接件4为针状连接件或者U型卡夹和桶状连接件的组合,连接件4的设置数量按照连接件4的抗弯、抗剪、抗扭性能及墙体要求计算,并参考超薄绝热保温板2之间的板缝位置确定。连接件4的间距确定,是按照超薄绝热保温板2板缝位置,连接件4自身力学性能和墙板整体热工要求最优化为依据。而后,在多块超薄绝热保温板2的板缝间填充保温材料5(步骤S106),保温材料5可为聚氨酯或者保温砂浆。在多块超薄绝热保温板2上设置用于限位的第二垫块(步骤S107)。将内层支撑骨架7放置在所述第二垫块上(步骤S108),本实施例中,内层支撑骨架7为双层钢筋或者钢筋网架。在内层支撑骨架7的范围内浇注混凝土形成内叶墙板3(步骤S109)。在预制完成的所述超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板10的外叶墙板I外侧黏贴装饰层9(步骤 S110)。

[0054]本发明提供的另一种超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板的预制方法,如图7所示,包括如下步骤:在涂抹有隔离剂的模板的底板上设置用于限位的第一垫块(步骤S201)。将具有连接件4的外层支撑骨架6放置在所述第一垫块上(步骤S202),本实施例中,所述具有连接件4的外层支撑骨架6为带斜插丝的钢丝网架,所述斜插丝即为连接件4。在外层支撑骨架6的范围内浇注混凝土形成外叶墙板I (步骤S203)。在外叶墙板I上铺设多块朝向内叶墙板3的一面复合有耐碱网格布和抹面砂浆复合层8的超薄绝热保温板2(步骤S204)。在连接件4所在的多块超薄绝热保温板2的板缝间填充保温材料5(步骤S205),保温材料5可为聚氨酯或者保温砂浆。在多块所述超薄绝热保温板2上设置用于限位的第二垫块(步骤S206)。将内层支撑骨架7放置在所述第二垫块上,并将连接件4的另一端与内层支撑骨架7固定连接(步骤S207),本实施例中,内层支撑骨架7为钢丝网架。在内层支撑骨架7的范围内浇注混凝土形成内叶墙板3(步骤S208)。在预制完成的所述超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板10的外叶墙板I外侧黏贴装饰层9(步骤S209)。
[0055]综上所述,如此形成的超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板,具有如下有益效果:

[0059]所述超薄绝热保温板受到内、外叶墙体挤压作用,由于混凝土的低透气性,降低长时间作用下气体进入超薄绝热保温板的可能,有效保护了超薄绝热保温板的真空度。

[0061]本发明的超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板完全工厂化预制,现场只需进行简单安装,施工过程更加简单、快捷。

[0063]与外墙薄抹灰保温系统相比,本发明的超薄绝热保温板预制复合墙板省去了基层找平、抹面、挂网等工序,极大地节省了人工与材料。
