Abstract

Description

鹤嘴锄
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的鹤嘴锄。
这种鹤嘴锄由EP1329554A1已知。鹤嘴锄板的整个板正面和板背面被硬金属薄板覆盖。在板侧面的区域内设置有圆柱形的硬金属衬垫,其定位在鹤嘴锄板的相应的钻孔内。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种如前述类型的鹤嘴锄,其可以被有效率地制造,同时具有更高的抗磨强度。
所述技术问题按照本发明通过具有如权利要求1的特征部分所述的技术特征的此类鹤嘴锄得以解决。
这种硬盖面层在硬金属盖板的端部区域形成对硬金属盖板的优良的保护。在焊接时,可以使用不同的电焊条,由此可以涂覆不同耐磨性的材料。即便在很长时间地使用鹤嘴锄后而可能进行的对硬盖面层的维护和修理也能够简单地实施。由此使鹤嘴锄的使用寿命总体上明显提高。较之通过钎焊硬金属盖板构成的铠装层,堆焊是更廉价的,从而明显降低了鹤嘴锄的总成本。

以下结合附图中示出的实施例详细阐述本发明。在附图中:
图1示出捣固机械的侧视图,图2和3示出鹤嘴锄的正面和背面的立体图,图4和5示出俯视图,图6示出沿图4中的箭头VI观察的视图,并且图7示出鹤嘴锄的变型方案的侧视图。
图1所示的捣固机械1基本上由通过钢轨行走机构2支承在轨道3上的机械框架4构成。在所述机械框架4上安置有配备鹤嘴锄5的捣固机组6,用于捣固轨道3的轨枕7。
在图2和3中详细示出的鹤嘴锄5由鹤嘴锄柄杆8和位于其下端的鹤嘴锄板9构成。所述鹤嘴锄板9具有远离鹤嘴锄柄杆8的板下边缘10。鹤嘴锄板9还具有沿板下边缘10的方向相互间隔的并且垂直于板下边缘10延伸的板侧面11。板侧面11分别将鹤嘴锄板9的板正面12与板背面13相连接。在板正面12和板背面13上固定有用于提高抗磨强度的硬金属盖板14。沿着板下边缘10并排设置的硬金属盖板14既在板正面12上,也在板背面13上形成共同的分界线15。与每条分界线15相连地设有从板正面和板背面12、13上突出的作为硬盖面层17的堆焊层。硬盖面层17被设计为平行于分界线15延伸的焊珠或焊道18的形式。每条分界线15和每条焊道18分别平行于板下边缘10延伸。
每条焊道18都具有与板正面12或板背面13保持一定距离的、平行于板正面12或板背面13的分界面19。该分界面19通过对焊道18的铣削产生,并且分界面19构成由硬金属盖板14形成的碎石道碴接触面20的延长段。与板正面12结合的硬盖面层17相对于板高度h大约位于中间(图4)。与板背面13结合的硬盖面层17位于与板下边缘10紧邻相连的部段21上(图3)。
图4至7示出鹤嘴锄5,安置在板正面12和板背面13的鹤嘴锄的硬盖面层17通过分别与板侧面11结合的侧面的硬盖面层22相连接。侧面的硬盖面层22也在与板侧面11邻接的板正面12和板背面13的区域23上延伸。同样由焊道24构成的侧面硬盖面层22被如此铣削,使得该侧面硬盖面层22与硬金属盖板14的侧面25构成共同的平面26。处于区域23内的焊道24被如此有利地铣削,使得该焊道24位于分界面19内。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于捣固轨道(3)的捣固机械(1)的捣固机组(6)的鹤嘴锄(5),其由鹤嘴锄柄杆(8)和位于其下端的、具有远离所述鹤嘴锄柄杆(8)的板下边缘(10)的鹤嘴锄板(9)构成,所述鹤嘴锄板(9)具有沿所述板下边缘(10)的方向相互间隔的并且垂直于所述板下边缘(10)延伸的板侧面(11),所述板侧面(11)分别将所述鹤嘴锄板(9)的板正面(12)与板背面(13)相连接,其中,在所述鹤嘴锄板(9)上固定有用于提高抗磨强度的硬金属盖板(14),其特征在于,
a)沿着所述板下边缘(10)并排设置的所述硬金属盖板(14)既在所述板正面(12)上,也在所述板背面(13)上形成共同的分界线(15),
b)从所述板正面(12)或板背面(13)上突出的以堆焊形式设置的硬盖面层(17)分别连接着所述分界线(15)。
2.如权利要求1所述的鹤嘴锄,其特征在于,所述硬盖面层(17)被设计为平行于所述分界线(15)延伸的焊道(18)的形式。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的鹤嘴锄,其特征在于,每条分界线(15)和每条焊道(18)分别平行于所述板下边缘(10)延伸设置。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的鹤嘴锄,其特征在于,所述焊道(18)具有与所述板正面(12)或所述板背面(13)保持一定距离的、通过铣削产生的分界面(19),所述分界面(19)构成由所述硬金属盖板(14)形成的碎石道碴接触面(20)的延长段。
5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的鹤嘴锄,其特征在于,与所述板背面(13)结合的所述硬盖面层(17)定位在与所述板下边缘(10)紧邻相连的部段(21)上。
6.如权利要求1至5之一所述的鹤嘴锄,其特征在于,与所述板正面(12)结合的所述硬盖面层(17)相对于板高度(h)大约位于中间位置。
7.如权利要求1至6之一所述的鹤嘴锄,其特征在于,安置在所述板正面(12)和板背面(13)的硬盖面层(17)通过分别与所述板侧面(11)连接的侧面硬盖面层(22)相连接。
