Abstract

一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,具体为:(1)墙体基层经处理后,涂覆砂浆层,将墙体基层找平;(2)在找平的墙体外侧涂覆粘结剂层,并粘贴STP真空绝热板,所述STP真空绝热板接缝部位用无机保温砂浆处理;(3)在所述STP真空绝热板外侧涂覆抹面层并立即压入耐碱玻纤网;(4)经整体检查验收合格后,在所述玻纤网外侧进行涂料饰面层施工。经本施工工艺建造的内墙保温薄抹灰墙体,能很好的减少热桥的出现,杜绝结露现象,使保温综合性能更优越。

一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,具体涉及一种STP超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,属建筑领域。
技术背景
外墙内保温墙体,是在外墙结构的内部加做保温层,具有造价低、施工简便的优点。但是传统施工工艺建造的内墙保温墙体不是全覆盖的保温层,保温效果差,而且通常会因为墙体与保温层的内外温差形成冷凝水,导致内墙面发霉等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保温综合性能优越的超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺。
本发明的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,具体为:(1)墙体基层经处理后,涂覆砂浆层,将墙体基层找平;
(2)在找平的墙体外侧涂覆粘结剂层,并粘贴STP真空绝热板,所述STP真空绝热板接缝部位用无机保温砂浆处理;
(3)在所述STP真空绝热板外侧涂覆抹面层并立即压入耐碱玻纤网;
(4)经整体检查验收合格后,在所述玻纤网外侧进行涂料饰面层施工。
进一步的,本施工工艺还可以增加墙体的防水性,具体是所述墙体基层经处理后,涂覆聚合物水泥防水涂层,然后涂覆砂浆层,将墙体基层找平,再进行后续施工。
进一步的,所述砂浆层为聚合物水泥砂浆或界面剂与水泥砂浆的混合物。
进一步的,所述粘结剂层为粘结石膏或粘结砂浆。
进一步的,所述抹面层为粉刷石膏或抹面胶浆。
本发明产生的有益效果是,经本发明的施工工艺建造的超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体保温效果良好,本发明在施工过程中使用STP真空绝热板,并其接缝部位填充无机保温砂浆,可以降低内墙不同部位的温差,减小热桥的出现,杜绝了结露现象,使保温综合性能更优越。
实施例
实施例1:
一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,具体为:(1)墙体基层经处理后,涂覆聚合物水泥砂浆,将墙体基层找平;(2)在找平的墙体外侧涂覆粘结石膏,并粘贴STP真空绝热板,并在其接缝部位用无机保温砂浆处理;(3)在STP真空绝热板外侧涂覆粉刷石膏并立即压入耐碱玻纤网;(4)经整体检查验收合格后,在所述玻纤网外侧进行涂料饰面层施工。
实施例2:
一种带防水的真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,具体为:(1)墙体基层经处理后,涂覆聚合物水泥防水涂层;(2)在聚合物水泥防水涂层外侧涂覆界面剂与水泥砂浆的混合物,将墙体基层找平;(3)在找平的墙体外侧涂覆粘结砂浆,并粘贴STP真空绝热板,并在其接缝部位用无机保温砂浆处理;(4)在STP真空绝热板外侧涂覆抹面胶浆并立即压入耐碱玻纤网;(5)经整体检查验收合格后,在所述玻纤网外侧进行涂料饰面层施工。

Claims (5)

1.一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,其特征在于:
墙体基层经处理后,涂覆砂浆层,将墙体基层找平;
在找平的墙体外侧涂覆粘结剂层,并粘贴STP真空绝热板,所述STP真空绝热板接缝部位用无机保温砂浆处理;
在所述STP真空绝热板外侧涂覆抹面层并立即压入耐碱玻纤网;
经整体检查验收合格后,在所述玻纤网外侧进行涂料饰面层施工。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,其特征在于:所述墙体基层经处理后,涂覆聚合物水泥防水涂层,然后涂覆砂浆层,将墙体基层找平。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,其特征在于:所述砂浆层为聚合物水泥砂浆或界面剂与水泥砂浆的混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,其特征在于:所述粘结剂层为粘结石膏或粘结砂浆。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温薄抹灰墙体的施工工艺,其特征在于:所述抹面层为粉刷石膏或抹面胶浆。
