技术背景
外墙内保温墙体,是在外墙结构的内部加做保温层,具有造价低、施工简便的优点。但是传统的内墙保温墙体不是全覆盖的保温层,保温效果差,而且通常会因为墙体与保温层的内外温差形成冷凝水,导致内墙面发霉等现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种保温综合性能优越的超薄真空绝热板内墙保温墙体。
本实用新型的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温墙体,由内向外依次为墙体,保温层,保护层,所述墙体基层外表面设置有砂浆找平层,所述砂浆找平层外表面设置木线条框,所述砂浆找平层外表面且在木线条框内设置有粘结剂层,所述粘结剂层外表面且在木线条框内设置STP真空绝热板,所述STP真空绝热板接缝部位填充无机保温砂浆,所述木线条框外侧设置石膏板。
进一步的,所述石膏板为有纸石膏板。
进一步的,所述石膏板外侧还设置有饰面层。
进一步的,所述砂浆找平层为聚合物水泥砂浆或界面剂与水泥砂浆的混合物。
进一步的,所述粘结剂层为粘结石膏或粘接砂浆。
本实用新型产生的有益效果为,本实用新型所使用的STP真空绝热板的保温性能良好,其接缝部位填充无机保温砂浆,具有很低的导热系数,降低了内墙不同部位的温差,能很好的减小热桥的出现,杜绝了结露现象,使保温综合性能更优越。

一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温墙体,由墙体,保温层,保护层三部分组成,其基本构造为:墙体基层(1)经处理后,在其外表面涂覆界面剂和水泥砂浆的混合物作为砂浆找平层(2);然后在找平的墙体外侧安装木线条框(3),在砂浆找平层外表面且在木线条框内涂覆粘接砂浆作为粘结剂层(4),所述粘结剂层外表面且在木线条框内粘贴STP真空绝热板(5),其接缝部位用无机保温砂浆处理;在木线条框外侧安装有纸石膏板(6),经整体检查验收合格后,在有纸石膏板外侧进行饰面层(7)施工。
实施例2:
一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温墙体,由墙体,保温层,保护层三部分组成,其基本构造为:墙体基层(1)经处理后,在其外表面涂覆聚合物水泥砂浆作为砂浆找平层(2);然后在找平的墙体外侧安装木线条框(3),在砂浆找平层外表面且在木线条框内涂覆粘结石膏作为粘结剂层(4),所述粘结剂层外表面且在木线条框内粘贴STP真空绝热板(5),其接缝部位用无机保温砂浆处理;在木线条框外侧安装有纸石膏板(6),经整体检查验收合格后,在有纸石膏板外侧进行饰面层(7)施工。

1.一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温墙体,由内向外依次为墙体,保温层,保护层,其特征在于:所述墙体基层外表面设置有砂浆找平层,所述砂浆找平层外表面设置木线条框,所述砂浆找平层外表面且在木线条框内设置有粘结剂层,所述粘结剂层外表面且在木线条框内设置STP真空绝热板,所述STP真空绝热板接缝部位填充无机保温砂浆,所述木线条框外侧设置石膏板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温墙体,其特征在于:所述石膏板为有纸石膏板。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温墙体,其特征在于:所述石膏板外侧还设置有饰面层。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种超薄真空绝热板内墙保温墙体,其特征在于:所述砂浆找平层为聚合物水泥砂浆。
