本发明公开了一种复合真空隔热板,包括石膏板基层,石膏板基层下表面设有热反射隔热涂层,热反射隔热涂层厚度为石膏板基层厚度的三分之一,热反射隔热涂层上表面及石膏板基层下表面均开有匹配的条形槽,热反射隔热涂层下表面设有水溶性胶层,水溶性胶层与热反射隔热涂层之间通过粘接剂连接,水溶性胶层下表面设有挤塑板保温层,挤塑板保温层通过固定卡与水溶性胶层连接,且挤塑板保温层上开设有通孔,挤塑板保温层下表面设有芯板,芯板上开有与挤塑板保温层匹配的通孔。本复合真空隔热板隔热性能良好,具有一定的保温作用,且具有良好的透气性能,施工后的墙体结构稳固,还能在一定程度上起到隔音避振作用,使得居住起来更加安全放心。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热板,特别涉及一种复合真空隔热板。
背景技术
能源危机的降临和建筑节能政策的实施,推动了墙体保温材料的快速发展。目前,随着我国建筑节能工作的不断深入,在学习和引进国外先进技术的基础上,我国也加强了墙体保温技术的研发与推广工作,因此出现了多种新型节能保温体系,其保温材料主要为泡沫塑料。其中包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板及聚氨酯泡沫塑料等,由于其具有质轻、防水及保温隔热性好的特点,近几年来在我国建筑节能领域取得了很快的发展。但有的复合保温石膏板强度差,粘接强度低,附着力差,在搬运和安装过程中很容易脱离。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服上述问题,提供一种隔热性能良好,具有一定的保温作用,且具有良好的透气性能,施工后的墙体结构稳固,还能在一定程度上起到隔音避振作用的复合真空隔热板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是这样的:本发明的复合真空隔热板,包括石膏板基层,石膏板基层下表面设有热反射隔热涂层,热反射隔热涂层厚度为石膏板基层厚度的三分之一,热反射隔热涂层上表面及石膏板基层下表面均开有匹配的条形槽,热反射隔热涂层下表面设有水溶性胶层,水溶性胶层与热反射隔热涂层之间通过粘接剂连接,水溶性胶层下表面设有挤塑板保温层,挤塑板保温层通过固定卡与水溶性胶层连接,且挤塑板保温层上开设有通孔,挤塑板保温层下表面设有芯板,芯板上开有与挤塑板保温层匹配的通孔,芯板下表面设有层状吸气板,层状吸气板分为上层吸气板、下层吸气板及中层吸气板,层状吸气板下表面设有聚苯板,聚苯板与层状吸气板之间通过缓冲弹簧连接,聚苯板下表面设有玻纤网格布层,玻纤网格布层下表面设有石膏板底层,石膏板底层与玻纤网格布层之间固定连接。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述挤塑板保温层上表面设有防护层。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述挤塑板保温层的厚度在一至五厘米之间。
进一步的,作为一种具体的结构形式,本发明所述通孔内贯穿有砂浆粘接装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本复合真空隔热板隔热性能良好,具有一定的保温作用,且具有良好的透气性能,施工后的墙体结构稳固,还能在一定程度上起到隔音避振作用,使得居住起来更加安全放心。

如图1所示的本发明复合真空隔热板的优选实施例,包括石膏板基层1,石膏板基层1下表面设有热反射隔热涂层2,热反射隔热涂层2厚度为石膏板基层1厚度的三分之一,热反射隔热涂层2上表面及石膏板基层1下表面均开有匹配的条形槽,热反射隔热涂层2下表面设有水溶性胶层3,水溶性胶层3与热反射隔热涂层2之间通过粘接剂连接,水溶性胶层3下表面设有挤塑板保温层4,挤塑板保温层4通过固定卡与水溶性胶层3连接,且挤塑板保温层4上开设有通孔,挤塑板保温层4下表面设有芯板5,芯板5上开有与挤塑板保温层4匹配的通孔,芯板5下表面设有层状吸气板6,层状吸气板6分为上层吸气板、下层吸气板及中层吸气板,层状吸气板6下表面设有聚苯板7,聚苯板7与层状吸气板6之间通过缓冲弹簧连接,聚苯板7下表面设有玻纤网格布层8,玻纤网格布层8下表面设有石膏板底层9,石膏板底层9与玻纤网格布层8之间固定连接,所述挤塑板保温层4上表面设有防护层,所述挤塑板保温层4的厚度在一至五厘米之间,所述通孔内贯穿有砂浆粘接装置。
本发明的复合真空隔热板隔热性能良好,具有一定的保温作用,且具有良好的透气性能,施工后的墙体结构稳固,还能在一定程度上起到隔音避振作用,使得居住起来更加安全放心。所述挤塑板保温层4上表面设有防护层,能起到一定的防护作用;所述挤塑板保温层4的厚度在一至五厘米之间,厚度适中,使用性更加良好;所述通孔内贯穿有砂浆粘接装置,连接紧密性强,不易产生脱落现象。

1.一种复合真空隔热板,包括石膏板基层,其特征在于:石膏板基层下表面设有热反射隔热涂层,热反射隔热涂层厚度为石膏板基层厚度的三分之一,热反射隔热涂层上表面及石膏板基层下表面均开有匹配的条形槽,热反射隔热涂层下表面设有水溶性胶层,水溶性胶层与热反射隔热涂层之间通过粘接剂连接,水溶性胶层下表面设有挤塑板保温层,挤塑板保温层通过固定卡与水溶性胶层连接,且挤塑板保温层上开设有通孔,挤塑板保温层下表面设有芯板,芯板上开有与挤塑板保温层匹配的通孔,芯板下表面设有层状吸气板,层状吸气板分为上层吸气板、下层吸气板及中层吸气板,层状吸气板下表面设有聚苯板,聚苯板与层状吸气板之间通过缓冲弹簧连接,聚苯板下表面设有玻纤网格布层,玻纤网格布层下表面设有石膏板底层,石膏板底层与玻纤网格布层之间固定连接;所述挤塑板保温层上表面设有防护层;所述挤塑板保温层的厚度在一至五厘米之间。
