本发明涉及防堵连续卸料机，可广泛用于粮食、食品、饮料、化工等行业连续卸料工段，特别适用于发酵料等高水分高粘性物料的防堵连续卸料。它包括机壳和安装在该机壳内的螺旋输送机，还有机座和行走机构；所述机座上部安装机壳，下部安装行走机构；所述机壳一个侧面敞开，另三个侧面围拢，顶面封闭，螺旋输送机位于敞开的侧面内，且该螺旋输送机的出料口敞开。本发明优点是：能连续送料、无间歇时间、运行速度快、效率高、能灵活控制卸料量、应用适应性强、对发酵料等高水分和高粘性物料不堵塞、自动化程度高、工作人员劳动强度小。

技术领域
本发明涉及防堵连续卸料机，可广泛用于粮食、食品、饮料、化工等行业连续卸料工段，特别适用于发酵料等高水分高粘性物料的防堵连续卸料。
背景技术
现有的用于粮食、食品、饮料、化工等行业配料混合机是间歇式配料混合。缺点在于：其一、不能连续送料，其间歇时间影响效率；其二、运行速度太慢，效率低；其三、不能灵活控制卸料量，应用适应性差；其四、对发酵料等高水分和高粘性物料容易堵塞；其五、自动化程度低，工作人员劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种能连续送料、无间歇时间、运行速度快、效率高、能灵活控制卸料量、应用适应性强、对发酵料等高水分和高粘性物料不堵塞和自动化程度高、工作人员劳动强度小的防堵连续卸料机。
本发明的技术方案是：
防堵连续卸料机，它包括机壳和安装在该机壳内的螺旋输送机，还有机座和行走机构；所述机座上部安装机壳，下部安装行走机构；所述机壳一个侧面敞开，另三个侧面围拢，顶面封闭，螺旋输送机位于敞开的侧面内，且该螺旋输送机的出料口敞开。
进一步的技术方案是：
所述的防堵连续卸料机，其螺旋输送机包括送料叶片和安装送料叶片的主轴。
所述的防堵连续卸料机，其送料叶片为桨螺结构。
所述的防堵连续卸料机，其螺旋输送机的出料口设有2～8只T字形破拱杆。
所述的防堵连续卸料机，其行走机构为电动行走机构，包括电动机，自锁减速器。
所述的防堵连续卸料机，其T字形破拱杆由直杆和横杆组成，直杆一端与横杆固定连接，另一端与主轴固定连接。
所述的防堵连续卸料机，其自锁减速器选自江苏耐力减速机。
所述的防堵连续卸料机，其行走机构的行走速度≤2米／分钟。
所述的防堵连续卸料机，其螺旋输送机的出料口设有2只T字形破拱杆5。

本发明的技术效果是：
采用本发明防堵连续卸料机能大大减少工人劳动强度、实现卸料连续自动、无间歇时间、运行速度快、效率高、能灵活控制卸料量、应用适应性强、对发酵料等高水分和高粘性物料不堵塞，自动化程度高。可广泛用于粮食、食品、饮料、化工等行业连续卸料工段，特别适用于发酵料等高水分高粘性物料的防堵连续卸料。

实施例1、是本发明的一个基本实施例。如图所示，防堵连续卸料机，它包括机壳1和安装在该机壳1内的螺旋输送机2，还有机座3和行走机构4；物料从进料口9进入；所述机座3上部安装机壳1，下部安装行走机构4；所述机壳1一个侧面敞开，另三个侧面围拢，顶面封闭，螺旋输送机2位于敞开的侧面内，且该螺旋输送机2的出料口2.4敞开。图中导轨墙壁7，用于拦住物料8和作为导轨6的安装座。螺旋输送机2由输送机电机2.3驱动。
实施例2、是本发明的进一步实施例。如图所示，与实施例1不同的是，其螺旋输送机2包括送料叶片2.1和安装送料叶片2.1的主轴2.2。送料叶片2.1为桨螺结构。所述的螺旋输送机2的出料口2.4设有2～8只T字形破拱杆5。所述的行走机构4为电动行走机构，包括电动机4.1，自锁减速器4.2。
