Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置,包括收、放卷机构、印刷机构、打码机构、纤维铺布装置与覆膜装置;所述纤维铺布装置具有纤维载体层输入输出口,所述纤维铺布装置在所述纤维载体层上设置有丝网滚筒,所述覆膜装置包括放膜轴以及将膜与所述纤维载体层压合的一对相向运转的辊筒。本发明实施例还公开了一种在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作方法。采用本发明,将纤维铺布装置与覆膜装置设置于工序线上,一次完成整套工序,将生产效率提高两倍以上,应用无毒无害的覆膜方式避免产生有害挥发物,通过独有的纤维铺布装置的转速和网纱目数来控制掉落纤维的密度,避免了原工艺中纤维分布密度难控制的缺陷。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种防伪标签制作装置及方法,尤其涉及一种在线连续加纤维并覆膜的防伪标签制作装置及方法。
背景技术
[0002]目前,结合计算机技术的纹理纤维防伪方法得到广泛应用,其具有随机性、单一性好,又具有手感和视觉,既可用手感和眼睛判别,又可结合计算机进行查询。含有随机纤维丝的防伪标签制作工艺一种是标签印刷后进入另一加工工序,即通过离线覆膜的方式撒上随机纤维经并覆盖上带有随机纤维丝的透明膜,这一工序通常是将纤维置于胶水中并搅拌均匀,再涂布在印刷层上或透明膜上,再通过覆膜方式将印刷层和透明膜压紧粘合,不仅工序复杂,并需要大型设备及需要胶水带动纤维,而胶水选用的是溶济型的油性胶水,其生产速度慢,胶水的厚度不易精确控制,带动的纤维的密度也无法预期,导致废品率相对偏高,在生产过程中其还散发有害的挥发物质,对人体产生巨大的危害,并对环境产生污染。另一种是采用在造纸过程中,将纤维丝与纸浆进行混合,使制作成的纸面含有纤维丝,此种方式需耗费大量的纤维丝,又不适合小批量生产,且形成的纤维丝被纸基掩埋,纹理结构不理雄

[0003] 本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置及方法。可均匀将纤维丝加载到纤维载体层上,并通过覆膜装置进行无害的覆膜。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置,包括收、放卷机构、印刷机构、打码机构,还包括安装于所述印刷机构、打码机构的工位之后的纤维铺布装置、覆膜装置、模切机构及连线图像采集机构;所述纤维铺布装置具有纤维载体层的输入输出口,所述纤维铺布装置在所述纤维载体层上端设置装有纤维的丝网滚筒,所述覆膜装置包括放膜轴以及将膜与所述纤维载体层压合的一对相向运转的辊筒,所述模切机构对经覆膜的纤维载体层进行模切,并经过所述连线图像采集机构进行图样采集保存。

[0015] 进一步地,所述步骤(2)中的覆膜装置的膜为预涂有压敏胶层的涂膜,并通过覆膜装置进行压合固定。
[0016] 更进一步地,所述步骤(I)的纤维载体层完成印刷打码后通过网纹辊进行涂布UV复合胶或粘合胶。

[0023] 本发明的在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置,是在收、放卷机构10、20、印刷机构30、打码机构40组成的制作装置的基础上增加在线的纤维铺布装置50、覆膜装置60、模切机构70及连线图像采集机构80,将现有技术中需要离线完成的加纤维和覆膜的工艺在线一次性完成,提升生产效率。
[0024] 纤维载体层11通过收机构10、放卷机构20的放卷轴、收卷轴进行放卷和收卷。基间通过若干组合辊先后经过印刷机构30、打码机构40进行防伪标签前期的印刷打码工序,并通过上胶装置进行UV胶的涂布,为了使胶水量可控制,上胶装置设置有网纹辊41对纤维载体层进行上胶,如图2所示结构示意图。
[0025] 需要进行说明的是,使用上胶装置的网纹辊41上的胶可以为UV胶或是粘合胶,而在发明实施例中优选为使用无挥发有害气体的UV胶。
[0026] 纤维铺布装置50具有纤维载体层11的输入及输出口,为了在线将纤维丝加载到纤维载体层11上,纤维铺布装置50在纤维载体层11的上方设置了丝网滚筒51,其内腔装有纤维丝,控制丝网滚筒51的网眼数量以及转速度即可控制加载到纤维载体层11上的纤维丝的密度。
[0027] 丝网滚筒51的网眼密度最佳范围为60〜200目/英寸,在本实施例中优选为80
目/英寸。
[0028] 覆膜装置60为加载纤维丝的纤维载体层11提供膜61,通过一对相向运转的辊筒62将膜61与纤维载体层11进行压合,并通过UV灯63将纤维载体层11与膜61相复合。膜61选择BOPP膜或PET膜,另外可以根据情况选择透明复合膜或透明单层膜,本实施例优选为单层PET膜。

1.一种在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置,包括收、放卷机构、印刷机构、打码机构,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述印刷机构、打码机构的工位之后的纤维铺布装置、覆膜装置、模切机构及连线图像采集机构;所述纤维铺布装置具有纤维载体层的输入输出口,所述纤维铺布装置在所述纤维载体层上端设置装有纤维的丝网滚筒,所述覆膜装置包括放膜轴以及将膜与所述纤维载体层压合的一对相向运转的辊筒,所述模切机构对经覆膜的纤维载体层进行模切,并经过所述连线图像采集机构进行图样采集保存,所述丝网滚筒的网眼密度为10目/英寸〜200目/英寸,还包括设置于所述纤维铺布装置工位前的上胶装置,所述上胶装置具有为所述纤维载体层涂布胶层的网纹辊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置,其特征在于,所述上胶装置为所述纤维载体层涂布UV胶层或粘合胶层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置,其特征在于,所述覆膜装置还包括将所述UV胶固化的UV灯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置,其特征在于,所述膜为透明复合膜或透明单层膜,包括预涂布有压敏胶的BOPP膜或PET膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作装置,其特征在于,所述纤维载体层为纸基层或塑膜基层。
6.一种在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 步骤(I)将经印刷、打码工序后的纤维载体层通过在线的纤维铺布装置将纤维丝随机加载在所述纤维载体层上,所述纤维铺布装置包括用于撒纤维丝的丝网滚筒,所选用的丝网滚筒的网眼密度为10目/英寸〜200目/英寸,所述纤维载体层预先通过网纹辊进行涂布胶层; 步骤(2)将带有纤维丝的纤维载体层通过在线的覆膜装置进行覆膜,将纤维丝固定于所述纤维载体层上; 步骤(3 )将覆上好膜的半成品进行模切成品,并将成品进行图像采集保存。
7.根据权利要求6所述的在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的覆膜装置的膜为预涂有压敏胶层的涂膜,并通过覆膜装置进行压合固定。
8.根据权利要求6所述的在线加纤维覆膜的防伪标签制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(I)的纤维载体层完成印刷打码后通过网纹辊进行涂布UV复合胶或粘合胶。
