本发明涉及一种香水，是一种含有榴莲果壳成分的香水。它包含以下以质量百分比计的组分：榴莲果壳15.00%-30.00%；95%的药用酒精30.00%-60.00%；聚乙二醇6000？3.50%-8.00%；聚乙二醇400？？7.00%—15.00%；碱化滴定液0.50%—5.00%；纯化水30%-60%。所述的碱化滴定液为：3%-35%氢氧化钠水溶液。对榴莲果壳用酒精进行渗滤提取后，溶液加入碱化滴定液碱化至pH值为8-9，加热，收集馏分，馏分与其它成分按质量百分比混合，制得香水。碱化滴定液为3%-35%氢氧化钠水溶液。本发明最大限度地减少了人们厌恶的酸性气味成分，制成的香水气味独特，醇厚，可以作为香薰及精油理疗时的辅助用品。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于日化品领域，特指是一种含有榴莲果壳成分的香水，用于香薰及精油理疗时的辅助用品，释放的气味独特，在一定的群体里有广泛的应用。
背景技术
气味是一种独特的信息因子，不同的气味在嗅觉上呈现不同反应，从而给人带来不同的感受。另外，人们对不同的气味的喜好程度有着非常大的差异。尤其当人们对待榴莲的气味方面，显得更加突出。有的人非常喜欢榴莲的味道，而有人却非常厌恶。根据对榴莲气味的甑别可以发现，其存在一种酸性成分，可以逸散出来酸腐的味道。如何将榴莲中的成分进行区分取舍，最大限度获得人们所期望的气味，是决定榴莲气味能否作为香水香源的关键。另外，由于榴莲本身价格较高，如果采用果实本身进行生产则会存在原料价格过高，大生产不易实现的问题。
发明内容
针对上述不足，本发明通过使用废弃的果壳来进行提取榴莲香味成分，充分利用剩余价值。考虑到榴莲造成人们厌恶的气味为酸性物质，本发明通过碱化处理榴莲果壳，使酸性物质生成溶解与水的盐类成分，再通过蒸馏进行分离而得。
本发明是这样实现的：
1、一种含有榴莲果壳成分的香水，其特征在于它包含以下以重量百分比计的组分：它包含以下以质量百分比计的组分：榴莲果壳15.00%-30.00%；95%的药用酒精30.00%-60.00%；聚乙二醇6000 3.50%-8.00%；聚乙二醇400  7.00%—15.00%；碱化滴定液0.50%—5.00%；纯化水30%-60%。对榴莲果壳用酒精进行渗滤提取后，溶液加入碱化滴定液碱化至pH值为8-9，加热，收集馏分，馏分与其它成分按质量百分比混合。所述的碱化滴定液为：3%-35%氢氧化钠水溶液。
具体的实施方式：
实施例1
1、按质量百分比计将榴莲果壳15.00%粉碎，与95%的药用酒精50.00%一并放入渗滤罐，酒精充分浸没榴莲壳，在20℃以下浸泡24小时，渗滤流速为100ml/h，渗滤液加入10%氢氧化钠水溶液碱化至pH值为8-9，加热，收集馏分，馏分与聚乙二醇6000 3.50；聚乙二醇400  8.00%；纯化水40%按质量百分比混合，得溶液1备用。
2、溶液1用孔径为0.5um的PP过滤器过滤，灌装入10ml玻璃瓶中。
实施例2
1、按质量百分比计将榴莲果壳25.00%粉碎，与95%的药用酒精40.00%一并放入渗滤罐，酒精充分浸没榴莲壳，在20℃以下浸泡15小时，渗滤流速为50ml/h，渗滤液加入5%氢氧化钠水溶液碱化至pH值为8-9，加热，收集馏分，馏分与聚乙二醇6000 3.50；聚乙二醇400  8.00%；纯化水50%按质量百分比混合，得溶液1备用。
2、溶液1离心，收集上清液，灌装入5ml玻璃瓶中。
本发明采用榴莲果壳作为原料，主要考虑到榴莲果壳和果肉均具有相同的气味，在使用果肉后，果壳价值较低，作为原料成本低廉易得。通过碱化工艺将酸性成分的物质生成盐分分离，去除了酸性成分造成的酸腐味道，通过加热收集馏分，有效获得其香味成分。发明所用设备为常用设备，初期生产投入较低，香味成分能有效分离。制成的香水气味独特，醇厚，可以作为香薰及精油理疗时的辅助用品。

Claims (2)

1. 一种含有榴莲果壳成分的香水，其特征在于由以下以重量百分比计的组分制成：榴莲果壳15.00%-30.00%；95%的药用酒精30.00%-60.00%；聚乙二醇6000 3.50%-8.00%；聚乙二醇400  7.00%—15.00%；碱化滴定液0.50%—5.00%；纯化水30%-60%，且各组分的重量百分比之和为100%，其制备方法如下：对榴莲果壳用酒精进行渗滤提取后，溶液加入碱化滴定液碱化至pH值为8-9，加热，收集馏分，馏分与其它成分按质量百分比混合。
2. 根据权利要求1所述一种含有榴莲果壳成分的香水，其特征在于所述的碱化滴定液为：3%-35%氢氧化钠水溶液。
