Abstract

Description

用于包装的层压制品、制备可重复闭合的层压制品的方法及其用途
本发明涉及用于包装的层压制品,其包括基础层和焊接层,以及夹在它们之间的粘合剂层。
本发明还涉及制备可重复闭合的层压制品,例如用于包装的盖膜材的方法,以及该层压制品的用途。
现有技术
WO 02/055300 A1描述了层压制品,在该层压制品中压敏粘合剂(PSA)夹在基材层和聚丙烯(PP)密封剂层之间。在其中公开层压制品的现有技术中,在密封剂层中使用聚乙烯(PE)代替PP。当将密封剂层与PSA层分开时,这种已知的层压制品趋于在PSA层和PE密封剂层之间分层,这引起在该膜材上形成裂纹或所谓的“卷边(piping)”。
EP 2108507 A1中所描述的已知方法包括使基础片材前进(advancing)到凹版印刷辊并且在该过程中,向粘合剂层施加重复闭合的层。该粘合剂层通常是水基粘合剂,从而在施加层的形式的下一个工序能够进行之前必须使水干燥。
这种最后的施加包括将焊接层沉积在粘合剂层上,其部分为了使层压制品得到储存用于后面的使用,部分为了保护粘合剂层。

另一种已知的制备可重复闭合的层压制品的方法是在所谓的吹塑挤出中的制造,其中在挤出机挤出膜材和压敏粘合剂(PSA)的粘合剂层。
该方法需要所使用的材料是最高达约250℃下可挤出的,并且该方法也在多层挤出机中进行。
该方法的缺点是其相对较慢,这是因为在制造中需要另外的工序,一方面必须挤出具有重复闭合层的膜材,另一方面必须接下来将该重复闭合的膜材层压成基础膜材。为此,应该另外指出,必须能够与之连接的这种层压制品的材料即包装部件本身,被限制为这样的能够与层压制品焊接在一起的材料。
发明目的
本发明的目的是提供用于显著降低其中的裂纹或引起所谓的“卷边”趋势的包装的可重复闭合的层压制品。这个目的根据本发明通过权利要求1中所公开的层压制品实现,其中粘合剂层是热熔体或压敏粘合剂(PSA),其在12.5mm×25mm的测试面积上在40℃使用1000g的载荷下剪切速率为40℃下10-150分钟,并且其中焊接层包括聚乙烯(PE)均聚物或共聚物层。已经令人意外地发现,当使用具有上述剪切速率的热熔体或PSA时,在使用该可重复闭合层压制品时,裂纹或“卷边”的形成显著降低或消除。甚至当热熔体或压敏粘合剂与非常薄的PE均聚物或共聚物的焊接层结合使用时,以及当含有PE均聚物或共聚物的焊接层施加直接与粘合剂层接触时,依然发生形成裂缝或“卷边”降低的趋势。
如权利要求2中所述,当粘合剂层在12.5mm×25mm的测试面积上,在40℃使用1000g的载荷下,剪切速率为40℃下30-70分钟时,形成裂缝或卷边的风险甚至进一步降低。在有利的实施方案中,如在权利要求3中所公开的,粘合剂层具有6-35μm的厚度,并且优选约15-23μm的厚度,相当于12-18g/m2
如权利要求4中所公开的,焊接层中的(PE)均聚物或共聚物有利地是PE的均聚物或共聚物,例如LDPE的均聚物或共聚物。
如权利要求5所公开的,当焊接层进一步包括PET、PE,例如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和/或PP附加外层时,确保了将层压制品合适地焊接到由PET、PE或PP层制得或者用PET、PE或PP层覆盖的片材或容器上。如权利要求6所公开的,当焊接层具有8-20μm的厚度,或相当于约10-20g/m2时是有利的。
本发明的另一个目的是简化并因此降低制备这样的可重复闭合的层压制品的方法的成本,这是根据权利要求7、通过其中在供料期间首先将热熔体/PSA粘合剂层施加于这个基础层,接下来将焊接层挤出到粘合剂层上的方法实现。
以这种方式,当使用热熔体作为粘合剂时,能够节省干燥时间,因为对于待施加的覆盖层而言该粘合剂更快速和充分地冷却,其中制造可以在一个工序中进行,并因此层压制品制造得比之前已知的方法更快速和容易。为此,应该另外指出,在选择可以制备的包装部件本身-下部腹隔(web)-的材料以使焊接至层压制品将具有更少的限制。
如权利要求8所述,当通过经提供加热的从而形成液体的粘合剂,或者通过直接施加或者通过喷涂工序将粘合剂层直接施加到基础层时,施加可以直接在前进的基础片材上发生。
如权利要求9所述,当使用在表面上自由滑动(slip-free)的辊来施加粘合剂层时,可以获得粘合剂的非常精确的计量以及完全均匀的分布和尺寸。
如权利要求10所公开的,焊接层优选包括两个共挤出到粘合剂层上的亚层,并且,如权利要求11中所述,当在前进的基础层上进行一体化施加工序时,相对于已知的方法可以降低生产成本。

示例性实施方案的描述
当包装食品等时,使用盖膜材是常规实施,该盖膜材通过加热密封至第二片材或者通过加热密封至容器例如盘形容器的边缘区域。
如图3所示,根据本发明的盖膜材是可重复闭合的层压制品膜材9,其包括基础层3、焊接层1和基础层3和焊接层1之间的粘合剂层2。
基础层3的组成完全取决于最终产品-可重复闭合层压制品9-所要满足的需求,以保护包装产品例如食品。

以6-35μm的厚度,相当于约5-30g/m2施加粘合剂层2中的热熔体/PSA,并且优选以约15-23μm的厚度,相当于12-18g/m2施加。
为了确保适当地粘合至可重复闭合层压制品9中的其它层,特别是焊接层1的含PE的表面,已经发现特别优选为根据压敏带的剪切粘合力国际标准方法(PSTC 107),所使用的热熔体或PSA在12.5mm×25mm的测试面积上在40℃使用1000g的载荷下的剪切速率为40℃下约10-150分钟。优选的剪切速率为在40℃下30-70分钟。当使用具有如刚刚所述的剪切速率的热熔体/PSA粘合剂层2时,令人惊讶地发现,如上所述的层压制品中的裂纹或“卷边”的形成显著降低或者甚至消除,在其中热熔体或PSA与焊接层的含PE的表面直接接触的可重复闭合层压制品9中也是如此。

在可重复闭合层压制品9的一个优选的实施方案中,焊接层1由下列组合之一构成:
-PE共聚物/PET;焊接层的总厚度为约10μm或者相当于12g/m2,PET亚层具有3-4μm的厚度或者4-6g/m2
-PE共聚物/PP;焊接层的总厚度为约10μm或者相当于12g/m2,PP亚层具有3-4μm的厚度或者4-6g/m2
-PE共聚物/LDPE;焊接层的总厚度为约10μm或者相当于12g/m2,LDPE亚层具有3-4μm的厚度或者4-6g/m2,或
-LDPE均聚物或共聚物作为一个与PSA或热熔体接触的单一层并且作为焊接层存在;焊接层的总厚度为约10μm或者相当于12g/m2
PE共聚物的组成对于获得其中形成的裂纹或卷边减少或消除的层压制品不是那么重要。因此,PE均聚物,例如但不限于LDPE,对于获得层压制品中所希望的卷边的降低或消除也是有用的。显示为,用于降低层压制品中的卷边的最重要的参数是上文所描述的热熔体或PSA的剪切速率,特别是对于施加于热熔体或PSA层上的具有含PE聚合物薄层的焊接层的可重复闭合层压制品。

然后如图1所示,借助于施加器装置6施加粘合剂层2,将粘合剂层2施加到前进的基础层3上并且处于热熔体或压敏粘合剂(PSA)的液体形式。
施加器装置6可以包括通常所知的施加器喷嘴,其通过直接接触,或者将粘合剂喷涂到基础层3上来施加热熔体/PSA粘合剂。
由于热熔体粘合剂层2将在基础层3上快速冷却,在此后可以立即通过共挤出机7将焊接层1共挤出,其中将焊接层1的PE均聚物或共聚物亚层直接施加到粘合层2的表面。从而焊接层1还作为粘合剂层2的保护层。
图2显示了另一种方法,通过该方法将热熔体/PSA从施加器辊11的喷嘴6施加于基础层3。通过施加硅酮层12,将辊的表面制成不粘合性。从而能够确保完全均匀和精确分布的粘合剂层2。
该方法确保了根据本发明的可重复闭合层压制品9可以在单一程序中制造,并且使用快速熔化和冷却的热熔体使其恢复其粘合能力,这对于确保粘合效果并因此确保可重复闭合效果最佳是必要的。
现在将参照图3和图4描述通过所述方法制得的可重复闭合层压制品9的用途。
如图4所示,在所示的实例中,将可重复闭合层压制品9焊接到下部腹隔5上,其可以是容器4例如盘的边缘区域。这种可重复闭合层压制品9作为盖而覆盖包装。图4中表示的拐角8显示当被拉掉时该膜材可以被夹紧并提起。
如图3右边所示,当打开包装时,其中基础层3还作为阻隔层的可重复闭合层压制品9将分离:焊接层1将保留在基础层3和粘合剂层2上,除了可重复闭合层压制品9已经被焊接到下部腹隔5的区域之外。在该区域,焊接层1将保留在下部腹隔5上。
当打开包装后,如所示的,使包装能够可重复闭合的粘合剂层2,即热熔体/PSA将保留在基础层3上,或者作为替换而没有显示的,其也可以保留在下部腹隔5例如片材、或者容器或盘的边缘上的焊接层1上。
从而暴露出粘合剂层2,并且通过使粘合剂层2的这部分与层压制品的剩余部分结合可以再次闭合该可重复闭合的盖。
以这种方式,该层压制品可以作为可重复闭合的层,例如盖膜材,并且由于粘合剂是完整的并且受保护的,因此该可重复闭合对于包装的整个使用寿命都将起作用。

Claims (12)

1.用于包装的层压制品,其包括基础层和焊接层,以及夹在其间的粘合剂层,其特征在于:粘合剂层(2)是热熔体或压敏粘合剂(PSA),其在12.5mm×25mm的测试面积上在40℃使用1000g的载荷下的剪切速率为40℃下10-150分钟,并且焊接层(1)包括聚乙烯(PE)均聚物或共聚物层。
2.根据权利要求1的层压制品,其特征在于粘合剂层(2)在12.5mm×25mm的测试面积上,在40℃使用1000g的载荷下的剪切速率为40℃下30-70分钟。
3.根据权利要求1的层压制品,其特征在于粘合剂层(2)的厚度为6-35μm,并且优选厚度为约15-23μm的厚度,相当于12-18g/m2
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项的层压制品,其特征在于焊接层(1)中的(PE)均聚物或共聚物是PE的均聚物或共聚物,例如LDPE的均聚物或共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项的层压制品,其特征在于焊接层(1)进一步包括PET、PE,例如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和/或PP的附加层。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一项的层压制品,其特征在于焊接层(1)优选厚度为8-20μm,相当于约10-20g/m2
7.制备可重复闭合层压制品,例如用于包装盖膜材的方法,所述层压制品包括基础层,其特征在于,在供料(10)期间将热熔体/PSA粘合剂层(2)施加于基础层(3),接下来将焊接层(1)挤出在粘合剂层(2)上。
8.根据权利要求7的方法,其特征在于,直接将粘合剂层(2)施加于基础层(3)。
9.根据权利要求7的方法,其特征在于,通过辊(11)将粘合剂层(2)施加于基础层(3)。
10.根据权利要求7-9任一项的方法,其特征在于,焊接层(1)包括两个共挤出到粘合剂层(2)上的亚层。
11.根据权利要求7-10任一项的方法,其特征在于,在基础层(3)的供料(10)期间,在一个工序中进行热熔体或PSA(2)和焊接层(1)的施加。
12.权利要求1-6任一项的层压制品的用途,其特征在于:将层压制品(9)的焊接层(1)牢固地焊接到下部腹隔(5),例如包装中的容器或另一片材的边缘区域(5)上,以使当打开包装时且当将层压制品(9)撕开时,这个层(1)破裂,从而使粘合剂层(2)暴露,当打开包装时,粘合剂层(2)保留在下部腹隔(5)上所保留的焊接层(1)的一部分上或者保留在基础层(3)上,接下来可以将层压制品(9)放置在一起以便闭合该包装。
