Abstract

本发明提供了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及若干电源端子,所述绝缘本体上开设有若干端子收容槽用以收容所述若干电源端子,其中所述电源端子包括两片接触部及连接所述两片接触部的连接部,所述电源端子呈一体成型的U型结构,这样不仅能够分散本发明电连接器在使用时所受到的插拔力,同时还能降低成本并简化工艺流程。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种安装到电路板上的电连接器。
背景技术
电源连接器广泛应用于电子领域中,其具有内、外两层端子并分别充当电源的正极和负极,电源连接器就是通过端子的正、负极来为电子元件提供工作电压。现有电源连接器通常包括绝缘本体、用于传输电力的若干导电端子及用于传输信号的若干信号端子,其中所述若干导电端子包括可充当电源正极的导电端子与可充当电源负极的导电端子。然而,在电源连接器与对接连接器对接时,导电端子经常会受到较大的插拔力,从而造成导电端子容易损坏,进而导致电源连接器损坏,使得成本增加。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有的电源连接器予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电连接器,该电连接器可以分散使用时所受到的插拔力,从而降低成本。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及若干电源端子,所述绝缘本体上开设有若干端子收容槽用以收容所述若干电源端子,其中所述电源端子包括两片接触部及连接所述两片接触部的连接部,所述电源端子呈一体成型的U型结构。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述电源端子的两片接触部上,邻近所述连接部一处分别定义一过渡区以连接所述接触部与所述连接部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述过渡区与所述连接部的交接处形成有通槽,且所述通槽贯通所述过渡区。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述端子收容槽的前端设有用以抵持所述两片接触部的挡块。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述接触部的至少一侧边设有弹性悬伸于所述接触部外表面上的悬臂,且所述悬臂朝向所述连接部延伸。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述端子收容槽包括用以收容所述悬臂的槽道,所述悬臂收容于所述槽道内以防止沿前后方向脱离所述绝缘本体。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述连接部上设有孔洞及自所述孔洞朝向所述接触部方向延伸形成的收容腔,所述电连接器包括固定于所述收容腔内以将所述电源端子稳固于所述端子收容槽中的固定件。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述端子收容槽的内壁上设有若干导引块,所述导引块具有倾斜的导引面,所述电源端子抵顶于所述导引块上,使得所述电源端子与所述端子收容槽的邻近所述导引块的内壁之间形成空隙以供散热。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述电连接器还包括若干信号端子。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述若干信号端子包括基部、自所述基部一端向外延伸的接触部以及自所述基部另一端向外延伸的引脚。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明电连接器的电源端子为一体成型的U型结构,且所述电源端子包括呈镜像对称排列的两片接触部与连接所述两片接触部的连接部,从而不仅能够分散本发明电连接器在使用时所受到的插拔力,同时还能降低成本并简化工艺流程。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
请参阅图1与图2所示,本发明的电连接器100包括绝缘本体10及收容于所述绝缘本体10内的若干电源端子20与若干信号端子30。
请参阅图3与图4所示,所述绝缘本体10上开设有若干端子收容槽,即第一端子收容槽11以及第二端子收容槽12以分别收容所述若干电源端子20与若干信号端子30 (请参考图2)。本实施方式中,由于所述若干电源端子20与所述若干信号端子30的形状不尽相同,因此所述第一、第二端子收容槽11、12也呈匹配设计。
所述绝缘本体10的第一端子收容槽11的前端设有挡块13,所述第一端子收容槽11的内壁上设有沿其中心轴位置上下对称的两个导引块14。所述导引块14具有倾斜的导引面141,使得所述导引块14抵顶于所述电源端子20上,从而使得所述电源端子20与所述第一端子收容槽11的邻近所述导引块14的内壁之间形成较大的空隙。所述第一端子收容槽11的内壁上还设有若干槽道15,借由所述空隙与所述槽道15的配合,可使所述电源端子20于所述第一端子收容槽11内产生的热量散发出去。
请参阅图5并结合图2与图3所示,所述每一个电源端子20均包括两片接触部21及连接所述两片接触部21的连接部22,故所述电源端子20呈一体成型的U型结构。所述两片接触部21上,邻近所述连接部22一处分别定义一过渡区220以连接所述接触部21与所述连接部22,且所述过渡区220使所述接触部21与所述连接部22大致垂直设置。所述过渡区220与所述连接部22的交接处形成有通槽23,且所述通槽23贯通所述过渡区220。所述两片接触部21的两侧边均设有弹性悬伸于所述接触部21外表面上的悬臂25,且所述悬臂25朝向所述连接部22延伸。所述挡块13用以抵持所述两片接触部21,所述槽道15用以收容所述悬臂25,从而防止所述悬臂25沿前后方向脱离所述绝缘本体10,借由所述接触部21与所述挡块13的配合、所述悬臂25与所述槽道15的配合,可限位所述电源端子20。所述连接部22上设有孔洞26及自所述孔洞26朝向所述接触部21方向延伸形成的收容腔27,所述电连接器100还包括可螺锁于所述收容腔27内的固定件28及与所述固定件28相配合的卡片29 (请参考图2),借由所述固定件28与所述收容腔27的配合及所述固定件28与所述卡片29的配合,以将所述电源端子20稳固于所述第一端子收容槽11内。
请参阅图6并结合图4所示,所述若干信号端子30包括收容于所述第二端子收容槽12中并呈平板状的基部31、自所述基部31一端向外延伸的接触部32以及自所述基部31另一端向外延伸的引脚33。本发明的电连接器100还包括用以收容所述引脚33的收容空间34。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及若干电源端子,所述绝缘本体上开设有若干端子收容槽用以收容所述若干电源端子,其特征在于:所述电源端子包括两片接触部及连接所述两片接触部的连接部,所述电源端子呈一体成型的U型结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电源端子的两片接触部上,邻近所述连接部一处分别定义一过渡区以连接所述接触部与所述连接部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述过渡区与所述连接部的交接处形成有通槽,且所述通槽贯通所述过渡区。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子收容槽的前端设有用以抵持所述两片接触部的挡块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述接触部的至少一侧边设有弹性悬伸于所述接触部外表面上的悬臂,且所述悬臂朝向所述连接部延伸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子收容槽包括用以收容所述悬臂的槽道,所述悬臂收容于所述槽道内以防止沿前后方向脱离所述绝缘本体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述连接部上设有孔洞及自所述孔洞朝向所述接触部方向延伸形成的收容腔,所述电连接器包括固定于所述收容腔内以将所述电源端子稳固于所述端子收容槽中的固定件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子收容槽的内壁上设有若干导引块,所述导引块具有倾斜的导引面,所述电源端子抵顶于所述导引块上,使得所述电源端子与所述端子收容槽的邻近所述导引块的内壁之间形成空隙以供散热。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括若干信号端子。
10.根据权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述若干信号端子包括基部、自所述基部一端向外延伸的接触部以及自所述基部另一端向外延伸的引脚。
