技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于皮带轮的盒式密封系统,其包括密封环以及沿轴向设置在该密封环之前的环形经过盘(Ablaufscheibe),其中,密封环和经过盘能够一起放在可彼此相对转动的元件之间的径向间隙中,方式是:密封环能够通过联接部与径向外置的元件相连并且以至少一个密封唇与径向内置的元件接触,而经过盘能够以空心圆柱体形部段安放在径向内置的元件上,并且其中,密封环反卡经过盘的连结在空心圆柱体形部段上的、径向定向的部段,方式是:密封环的至少一个部段沿轴向凸出于经过盘的径向定向的部段的端部,并且以至少一个联接在其上的弹性唇径向向内凸出于该端部。
背景技术
由DE19853187A1得知一种盒式密封系统,其由密封环和经过盘组成。密封环在此具有L形金属环,在其上施加有构成多个密封唇的弹性体材料。经过盘同样由L形金属环构成,其在此沿轴向设置在密封环之前。在这里,密封环利用第一密封唇沿轴向与经过盘的径向定向的部段接触,而第二密封唇还沿径向贴合经过盘的空心圆柱体形部段。由密封环和经过盘构成的盒式密封系统现在可以放在以滚动轴承内圈和外圈形式的、可彼此相对转动的元件之间的径向间隙中。在此,密封环与径向外置的元件相连,其方法是:密封环以其金属环的轴向定向的侧边被置于外圈的内周边上,其中,密封环通过另一密封唇与内圈接触,经过盘以其空心圆柱体形部段放置在该内圈的外周边上。为了在此能够使得盒式密封系统在放入径向间隙之前已经组成组件,则密封环设有多个弹性凸鼻,其分别由各一个轴向的部段和各一个联接在该部段上的唇构成。这些弹性凸鼻在此分别反卡经过盘的径向定向的部段,从而阻止盒式密封系统分离,其中,在安装好的状态下,盒式密封系统在弹性凸鼻与经过盘的径向定向的部段之间不存在接触。
从上述现有技术出发,现在本发明的任务是提供一种盒式密封系统,其除了简单安装在相应的径向间隙之间外,还可以在完成安装之后具有摩擦较小的特征。
发明内容
该任务通过本发明的盒式密封系统来解决。
本发明包含如下技术指导,即,密封环在密封环和经过盘放入径向间隙中之后既不通过至少一个部段和联接在该部段上的唇也不通过其他密封唇与经过盘接触。换而言之,即,密封环和经过盘能够彼此完全无接触地放入径向间隙中。在此,盒式密封系统的这种实施方式的优点在于,密封环和经过盘可以作为预装的组件无问题地放入相应的径向间隙中,然而在放入之后同时在盒式密封系统内部无摩擦出现。于是在盒式密封系统放入径向间隙中之前,经过盘利用至少一个部段和联接在其上的、至少一个唇防丢失地保持,然而在安装在间隙中之后,两个构件彼此保持间隔,从而不会出现摩擦和由此导致的温度升高。
根据本发明的有利实施方式,至少一个部段和/或至少一个唇设计成环绕的。由此,在安装根据本发明的盒式密封系统之前可以在密封环上可靠地沿轴向和径向容纳经过盘。另选地也可以设置有多个沿周边分布的部段,这些部段具有分别与其联接的唇,或者具有单独的、沿周边分布的且构造在环绕的部段上的唇,从而使得经过盘通过各保持凸鼻防丢失地保持在密封环上。
在本发明改进方式中,沿轴向在密封环与经过盘之间施加有润滑介质。由此降低污物进入的危险。在此,润滑介质尤其可以作为润滑脂环存在,其施加在经过盘的径向定向的部段的面对密封环的内侧上。
根据本发明另一实施方式,密封环具有轴向密封唇,其朝向经过盘的方向延伸。借此可以改善盒式密封系统的密封效果。

唯一的附图示出皮带轮1的细节剖面图,其中,应用根据本发明的盒式密封系统2。在此,皮带轮1由径向外置的转动滚子3和径向内置的固定构件4组成,牵引传动装置的皮带通过该转动滚子3被引导,其中,转动滚子3可通过位于中间的滚动轴承5相对于构件4转动,该滚动轴承5设置在转动滚子3与构件4之间的径向间隙6中。根据本发明的盒式密封系统2在此同样放在径向间隙6中并且相对于皮带轮1的周边密封该间隙并且尤其是密封滚动轴承5。
如在唯一的附图中可以看到,根据本发明的盒式密封系统由密封环7和沿轴向设置在该密封环7之前的环形经过盘8组成。在此,密封环7由金属环9构成,在其上施加有弹性体材料。该弹性体材料相对于金属环9径向外置地限定密封环7的联接部10,密封环7通过该联接部10固定在转动滚子3的与密封环7对应设计的容纳部位上。此外,弹性体材料构成第一密封唇11和第二密封唇12,其中,第一密封唇11与径向内置的构件4接触,而第二密封唇12在轴向上朝向经过盘8的方向延伸,但在此没有与经过盘8贴合。
经过盘8同样由L形金属环构成,其中,经过盘8在此以空心圆柱体形部段13安放在径向内置的构件4的外直径14上并且从这里出发以径向定向的部段15朝向转动滚子3的方向延伸。在此,经过盘8尤其使得来自皮带轮1周边的污物很难到达密封环7的第一密封唇11前,其方法是:经过盘8连同密封环7一起限定沿轴向位于中间的迷宫式空间16。在此,附加地通过润滑介质17使污物进入空间16变得困难,该润滑介质17作为润滑脂施加在径向定向的侧边15的面对空间16的一侧上。

因而利用盒式密封系统2的根据本发明的设计方式可以设计出可预装的盒式密封系统,其在安装到各自的间隙6中之后还具有摩擦较小的特征。
