Abstract

本发明涉及一种立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统及其应用工艺。上述立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统包含立式超导磁体,给料系统,清洗系统和高梯度分选系统。在物料处理阶段,待选物料通过给料系统均匀进入超导磁场中,其中有磁颗粒在高梯度分选系统中富集,无磁颗粒可因重力自由落体进而收集。其后在高梯度介质清洗阶段,高梯度分选系统移出超导磁体,通过高压气或气水混合系统进行清洗,并进行收集。最终进而实现有磁颗粒与无磁颗粒的分离。本发明可用于石英砂、钾长石、钠长石等材料的干法除铁以及煤粉脱硫,铁矿、镍矿等磁性矿物富集。

一种立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统及其应用工艺
技术领域
本发明属于磁分离技术领域,涉及一种立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统及其应用工艺,特别是一种在超导磁场中利用高梯度介质实现磁性物料和非磁性物料分离的干法高梯度磁分离系统,可用于高岭土、石英砂、钾长石等除杂,煤粉脱硫,铁矿、镍矿等磁性矿物富集等领域的强磁分离系统及其应用工艺。
背景技术
磁分离是一种基于磁性物质在磁场中受力原理,实现磁性物质与非磁性物质分离的技术。磁颗粒在磁场中的受力可由公式(1)进行描述:
Fm=V·χ·M(H)·dH/dx(1)
式中,Fm为颗粒所受磁力,V为颗粒体积,χ为颗粒的比磁化系数,M(H)为磁场强度,dH/dx为磁梯度。根据该公式,颗粒受磁力Fm而发生运动轨迹偏转,从而实现磁性颗粒与非磁性颗粒的分离。其中,磁性颗粒受磁力大小受颗粒大小(V)磁场强度(M(H))和磁场梯度(dH/dx)的影响。
磁分离技术的最早应用可追溯至19世纪,磁分离技术较为成熟的应用始于20世纪70年代,磁分离技术作为物理处理技术已在高岭土的脱色增白、煤的脱硫、矿石的精选、生物工程、酶反应工程等领域得到了广泛的应用。在磁分离技术中,由(1)式可得,当待分离磁颗粒性质一定时,增大磁场强度M(H)和磁场梯度dH/dx均可提高待分选颗粒所受磁力。传统的磁分离技术由于受到永磁体或电磁体磁场强度较低,有效磁区域较小等因素的影响,对磁选的工业化应用有较大制约。
超导磁体依据超导线圈的工作温度可分为高温超导和低温超导两种,目前具工业化应用前景的为地位超导磁体磁体,其利用铌钛、铌三锡等低温超导线材,其临界电流密度高达104-105A/cm2,比铜线材的最高允许电流高几百倍至上千倍。超导磁体可在数米的工作口径内产生几万高斯以上的磁感应强度。由于低温超导线圈的0电阻特性,超导磁体的工作维护费用理论上仅为维持低温的少量制冷费用。超导磁体由于其上述优势,在20世纪即被广泛关注,并尝试于工业推广使用。
高梯度超导磁分离技术为将高梯度磁分离技术中的常规磁铁替换为超导磁体后产生的一种新型磁分离技术。高梯度超导磁分离技术可提供极大的磁力Fm,可有效分选介质中的弱磁性颗粒或小粒径颗粒。磁场中增加磁梯度可通过填塞软磁材料实现,软磁材料是指具有低的矫顽力,高的磁导率的磁性材料。软磁材料在外加磁场环境下迅速被磁化,退出磁场后磁性迅速消失。软磁材料加入磁场后可扰乱磁感线,造成局部区域磁场梯度成倍增加。
超导磁体的外形和有效磁区域受现有磁体建造技术制约,目前在磁选领域已实现工业化应用的超导磁体多数为圆筒形,其有效磁场区域在内筒及端部。超导磁体的工业化应用拓展了高梯度磁分离技术的应用领域。由于超导磁体中线圈的大电流属性,超导磁体实现短时间励磁和退磁比较常规电磁体更为困难。因此,研发一种不需频繁升降磁的连续型高梯度超导磁分离设备对推广超导磁分离技术的工业化应用具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于现有传统电磁或永磁体产生磁场强度较低,有效磁场区域较小,不利于弱磁性或细粒磁性物料分选,且目前关于干式超导高梯度磁选设备的报道较少,本发明专利的目的在于提出一种立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统及其应用工艺,可实现磁性物料与非磁物料的连续高效分离,其处理量大,物料分离效果好,具有一定的工业应用价值。
具体说明如下:
本发明专利涉及一种立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统及其应用工艺,由进料系统,高梯度介质系统,超导磁体系统和物料清洗系统组成。超导磁体2外形为立式圆柱型,磁体的有效磁场区域位于超导磁体的内圆柱区域,超导磁体上下端部设置磁屏蔽罩3,其可将超导磁体的磁场约束于圆柱体内腔。
高梯度分选腔6置于外壳1中,高梯度分选腔6内包含高梯度介质7,高梯度介质7为生铁、导磁不锈钢等软磁材料,所述高梯度分选腔6分为工作区和平衡区两个部分,其可通过机械作用在超导磁体轴线方向上下往复运动。
进料系统由给料管道5和振动筛网4组成,进料系统位于超导磁体2的垂直上方,进料系统包括给料管道5和振动筛网4,上述进料系统可使待选物料在超导磁体内腔中均匀分布,其振动筛网4尺寸可根据物料属性进行调节。
物料清洗系统包含鼓气口8和挡板9,清洗系统包括鼓气口8和挡板9,所述清洗系统中的鼓气口8可提供定向清洗用高压气或气水混合物,其鼓气区域覆盖高梯度分选腔的工作区。
待选物料通过振动筛4均匀进入高梯度分选腔6,无磁物料穿过高梯度介质7并在超导磁体2下端收集,有磁物料附着于高梯度分选腔6内。附着有磁物料的高梯度分选腔6吸附饱和后可通过机械作用移出磁场,通过鼓气口8进行清洗,精矿在挡板9下方收集。
本发明专利的有益效果是:利用超导磁体的端部磁场实现待选物料的连续给料,利用连续转动的磁性转盘实现连续的磁性物料在磁场中吸附和在磁场外脱附,本发明对磁性物料选别能力强,连续作业,具有较大的物料处理能力。

具体实施方式:
待选物料通过给料管道5和振动筛网4,均匀进入立式超导磁体2中的高梯度分选腔6,待选物料中的有磁颗粒在物料自由落体过程中吸附在高梯度介质7中,而无磁颗粒受重力呈自由落体运动,并在超导磁体下端进行收集。在物料清洗阶段,吸附有磁颗粒的高梯度介质7随高梯度分选腔6移出超导磁体,高梯度介质网移出磁场后,有磁颗粒在鼓风口8和挡板9的作用下与高梯度介质网分离,并收集。
本实施例中:磁屏蔽罩3可使超导磁体的端部磁场迅速衰减。
本实施例中:所述给料系统包括给料管道5和振动筛网4,所述振动筛网4尺寸可根据物料属性进行调节,所述给料系统可使待选物料进入磁场前颗粒充分分散,并沿平行超导磁体轴线方向穿过超导磁场。
本实施例中:所述清洗系统包括鼓气口8和挡板9,所述鼓气口8可提供定向清洗用高压气或气水混合物,其鼓气区域覆盖高梯度分选腔的工作区,所述清洗系统可使有磁颗粒与高梯度介质网分离,进而实现有磁颗粒与无磁颗粒的分离。
本实施例中:所述高梯度分选系统包括高梯度介质7和高梯度分选腔6,所述高梯度分选腔6中设置高梯度分选介质7,高梯度分选介质为生铁、导磁不锈钢等软磁材料,所述高梯度分选腔6分为工作区和平衡区两个部分,其可通过机械作用在超导磁体轴线方向上下往复运动,所述高梯度分选系统可将自由落下的有磁颗粒吸附,进而实现有磁颗粒和无磁颗粒的分离。

Claims (3)

1.一种立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统,由进料系统,高梯度介质系统,超导磁体系统和物料清洗系统组成,分为物料分选阶段和物料清洗阶段,有磁颗粒在物料分选阶段吸附在高梯度介质系统中,其后在物料清洗阶段进行收集,其特征在于:超导磁体外设置外壳(1)和磁屏蔽罩(3),高梯度分选腔(6)置于外壳(1)中,进料系统由给料管道(5)和振动筛网(4)组成,高梯度分选腔(6)内包含高梯度介质(7),进料系统位于超导磁体(2)的垂直上方,待选物料通过振动筛网(4)均匀进入高梯度分选腔(6),无磁物料穿过高梯度介质(7)并在超导磁体(2)下端收集,有磁物料附着于高梯度分选腔(6)内,高梯度介质吸附饱和后,附着有磁物料的高梯度分选腔(6)通过机械作用移出磁场,通过鼓气口(8)进行清洗,精矿在挡板(9)下方收集;
超导磁体(2)外形为立式圆柱型,磁体的有效磁场区域位于超导磁体的内圆柱区域,超导磁体上下端部设置磁屏蔽罩(3),其可使超导磁体的端部磁场迅速衰减;
高梯度介质系统包括高梯度分选腔(6)和高梯度介质(7),在所述高梯度分选腔(6)中设置高梯度介质(7),高梯度介质(7)为生铁或导磁不锈钢,所述高梯度分选腔(6)分为工作区和平衡区两个部分,其可通过机械作用在超导磁体轴线方向上下往复运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统,其特征在于:
进料系统包括给料管道(5)和振动筛网(4),所述给料系统可使待选物料在超导磁体内腔中均匀分布,其振动筛网(4)尺寸可根据物料属性进行调节。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种立式干法高梯度超导磁分离系统,其特征在于:清洗系统包括鼓气口(8)和挡板(9),所述清洗系统中的鼓气口(8)可提供定向清洗用高压气或气水混合物,其鼓气区域覆盖高梯度分选腔的工作区。
