Abstract

本发明提供了一种灵芝孢子粉的生物破壁方法，所述方法是以无菌的灵芝孢子粉中加入蛹虫草进行固体发酵，使灵芝孢子粉破壁。本发明利用可分泌几丁质酶的蛹虫草作为溶壁菌，可对灵芝孢子进行有效、安全的破壁，使灵芝孢子粉的活性物质得到最大程度的保留和保护，有利于人体吸收利用；本发明中蛹虫草发酵过程不仅能使灵芝孢子破壁，作为一种有益微生物，蛹虫草菌丝体不必去除，而且其产生的虫草多糖、虫草酸、虫草素等活性物质可协同强化灵芝孢子粉的功效。
