Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于将流动性介质(5)涂布到连续输送的幅材(4)上的装置,其中,可以通过连续旋转的转移辊、例如通过在圆周上设置有网纹槽(12)的网纹辊(11)将所述介质(5)转移到幅材(4)上;其中,设置有涂布头(10),以便将流动性介质(5)转移到网纹辊(11)的圆周上;其中,所述涂布头(10)具有朝向网纹辊(11)的圆周敞开的腔室(13),所述腔室具有用于待涂布的介质(5)的入口(14)和出口(15);其中,腔室(13)在其沿旋转方向观察前面的外侧被前刮刀(16)限定,并且在其沿旋转方向观察的后面的外侧被后刮刀(18)限定,这两个刮刀均紧贴在网纹辊(11)的圆周上。所述装置的特征在于,可以通过压紧体(24)以可调的压紧力将前刮刀(16)压紧在网纹辊(11)的圆周上。
Description
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的装置。
EP 1 117 488 B1就公开了一种此类装置,但该装置在涂布头中具有两个腔室,这些腔室可以被施加以不同的压力。在前腔室中产生压力p0,而在主腔室中可调节压力p1,确切的方式为,在前腔室和主腔室之间有一个将两个腔室分开的密封元件。通过朝向相应网纹辊压紧的刮刀将每个腔室对外密封。此外,无论主腔室还是前腔室均设有用于待涂布到幅材上的流动性介质的入口。
本发明的目的在于,进一步改进已知的装置,使其制造更加简单,进而成本更加低廉。
具有权利要求1的特征的装置即可实现这一目的。
从属权利要求所述均为本发明的有益设计。
现在将根据附图对本发明进行详细解释。其中:
附图1为本发明的装置的示意图
附图2a~2c示出在根据附图1的装置中使用的压紧件的不同压紧程度。
附图中相同的部件均标有相同的附图标记。
附图1所示为网纹辊11的横断面,网纹辊在其圆周上设有网纹槽12,并且在运行过程中沿箭头方向顺时针旋转。待涂布的幅材4在网纹辊11上方运动,网纹槽12将借助涂布头10提供的流动性介质5转移到幅材底面上。
在所示的实施方式中,将涂布头10布置在网纹辊11下方,进而布置在幅材4对面。横梁样式的涂布头在网纹辊11的全长范围内平行于网纹辊,以使得所有网纹槽12均充满要用来对幅材4进行涂布的流动性介质5。
涂布头10具有一个横梁状的基体25,在基体的左侧安装一个用于流动性介质5的收集槽27,稍后还将对该收集槽进行详细讨论。在旋转方向观察,涂布头10的底面在左侧有一个用于腔室13的入口14,而在涂布头10的沿旋转方向观察的右侧底面上设有一个可供流动性介质5流过腔室13的出口15。压缩空气管路21在入口14和出口15之间向上朝向网纹辊11延伸到涂布头10之中,并且终止于气囊22之中,可以移动的压紧件23位于气囊上方。压紧件23本身作用于可压缩的压紧体24。压紧体24由一种弹性材料构成,以规定的方式吹胀气囊22即可将该材料压缩,如附图2a~2c中所示。
需指出的是,也可以选择使用其它可作用于压紧件23的结构来替代压缩空气管路21与气囊22,例如选用冲头杆与冲头或类似构件。
第一刮刀或者前刮刀16位于压紧体24上方,由安装在腔室13中的前刮刀支架17固定该刮刀。本领域技术人员通常均知道这类结构,故在此不必对其予以详述。前刮刀16在运行过程中接触腔室13,并且以规定的方式封闭该腔室正面。
以类似方式通过第二刮刀或者后刮刀18封闭腔室13的后面,同样由一个后刮刀支架19固定该刮刀。通过与高度可调的后刮刀支架19相连的涂布头10上的刚性支座28形成后刮刀18对网纹辊11的压紧力,如附图所示。
迄今为止没有提及窗口20,将该窗口可取下地布置在涂布头10右侧,以便能够观察无法再被网纹槽12吸纳的从腔室13流出的流动性介质5的自由流出情况。
最后需指出的是,可以根据涂布头10的宽度设置1~5个入口14,以便实现均匀的压力分布,而作为出口15,一个出口就够了。
现在,附图2a~2c说明了本发明的实质,即:便于调整唯一一个腔室13中的压力,进而能够以没有气泡的方式使得网纹槽12充满用于涂层的流动性介质5。
在附图2a中,压紧件23没有压缩压紧体24,使得前刮刀16仅仅处在压紧体24上,并且仅仅呈线状地接触网纹辊11,这以虚线A表示。这就是零位或者初始位置,其相当于腔室13中的压力为p0。
但是当压紧件23压缩压紧体24时,压紧体就会以更大的力量朝向网纹辊11压迫前刮刀16,从附图2a所示的线状接触A变成附图2b所示的平面接触,其中以虚线B表示平面接触区的宽度。为了让流动性介质5在这些条件下从腔室13中流出,必须将腔室13中的压力从p0提高到p1。
当压紧件23以更大的力量压紧时,就会使得压紧体24更大幅度压缩,平面接触区的宽度进一步从附图2b中的B变大到附图2c中的C,这意味着,必须将腔室13中的压力提高到P2,才会从出口15流出。
通过腔室13中的压力,将实现根据平面接触区B或C的宽度使得或多或少的流动性介质5在后刮刀18上从腔室13流出,因为后刮刀18与网纹辊11只有线接触。在旋转方向观察,从腔室13后面流出的介质分布到网纹槽12上,剩余的介质流入收集槽27之中。

1.一种用于将流动性介质(5)涂布到连续输送的幅材(4)上的装置,其中,可以通过连续旋转的转移辊、例如通过在圆周上设置有网纹槽(12)的网纹辊(11)将所述介质(5)转移到幅材(4)上;其中,设置有涂布头(10),以便将流动性介质(5)转移到网纹辊(11)的圆周上;其中,所述涂布头(10)具有朝向网纹辊(11)的圆周敞开的腔室(13),所述腔室具有用于待涂布的介质(5)的入口(14)和出口(15);其中,腔室(13)在其沿旋转方向观察的前面的外侧被前刮刀(16)限定,并且在其沿旋转方向观察的后面的外侧被后刮刀(18)限定,这两个刮刀均紧贴在网纹辊(11)的圆周上;其特征在于,可以通过压紧体(24)以可调的压紧力将前刮刀(16)压紧在网纹辊(11)的圆周上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,可以通过压紧件(23)由气囊(22)将压紧体(24)压紧。
