本发明提供一种电连接器,其可安装于电路板上,所述电路板设有若干导电孔,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、装设于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体设有安装于电路板上的安装面,端子模组包括若干导电端子,该等导电端子设有可与导电孔电性连接且延伸出前述安装面的接脚端,接脚端设有针眼部,所述电连接器还包括设有若干通孔的固持片,前述接脚端收容在固持片的通孔内,所述针眼部包括靠近电路板的一端及远离电路板的另一端,当电连接器未安装到电路板上时,固持片设置在靠近电路板的一端,当电连接器安装到电路板上时,固持片可受力穿过针眼部移动到针眼部的另一端。

Description

电连接器、电连接器组件及其装配方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种电连接器、电连接器组件及其装配方法,尤其涉及该电连接器的导电端子与电路板的定位结构设计。
【背景技术】
2010年6月2日公告的公告号为CN201498790的中国专利揭示了一种电连接器,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、装设于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及设于绝缘本体上的安装面,所述导电端子包括电性连接且延伸出前述安装面的接地端子,该等接地端子可焊接至一子电路板。
如此设计易导致端子插不进及产品制造过程中因治具及人为原因导致的歪斜。因此有必要提供一种导电端子与电路板间定位更牢靠、更稳定以及产品合格率更高的结构设计。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电连接器,实现该电连接器的导电端子与电路板间定位更稳定的效果。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其可安装于电路板上,所述电路板设有若干导电孔,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、装设于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体设有安装于电路板上的安装面,端子模组包括若干导电端子,该等导电端子设有可与导电孔电性连接且延伸出前述安装面的接脚端,接脚端设有针眼部,所述电连接器还包括设有若干通孔的固持片,前述接脚端收容在固持片的通孔内,所述针眼部包括靠近电路板的一端及远离电路板的另一端,当电连接器未安装到电路板上时,固持片设置在靠近电路板的一端,当电连接器安装到电路板上时,固持片可受力穿过针眼部移动到针眼部的另一端。
相较于现有技术,本发明中设有一固持片,所述导电端子的接脚端设有与固持片弹性配合的针眼部,如此设计解决了导电端子与电路板连接时插不进的问题,定位更加稳定,产品合格率也更高。
具体实施结构如下:
所述绝缘本体设有若干向前开口以供对接连接器插入配合的对接插口,所述安装面为朝向电路板设置,该等对接插口所在的平面与所述安装面垂直。
所述固持片平行设置于安装面与电路板之间,前述导电端子的接脚端垂直于固持片延伸。
所述绝缘本体包括自向电路板方向凸伸的可安装到电路板上的定位柱。
所述针眼部可与导电孔弹性干涉配合。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电连接器组件,实现该电连接器组件的导电端子与电路板间定位更稳定的效果。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明还可以采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括电路板及安装于电路板上的电连接器,所述电路板设有若干导电孔,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、装设于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体设有安装于电路板上的安装面,端子模组包括若干导电端子,该等导电端子设有可与导电孔电性连接且延伸出前述安装面的接脚端,接脚端设有针眼部,所述电连接器还包括设有若干通孔的固持片,前述接脚端收容在固持片的通孔内,所述针眼部包括靠近电路板的一端及远离电路板的另一端,当电连接器未安装到电路板上时,固持片设置在靠近电路板的一端,当电连接器安装到电路板上时,固持片可受力穿过针眼部移动到针眼部的另一端。
相较于现有技术,本发明设有一固持片,所述导电端子的接脚端设有与固持片弹性配合的针眼部,如此设计解决了端子与电路板连接时插不进的问题,定位更加稳定,产品合格率也更高。

提供一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体设有端子模组以及朝向电路板的安装面,所述端子模组包括若干导电端子,该等导电端子包括可与电路板电性连接的接脚端,所述接脚端设有针眼部,所述针眼部设有靠近电路板的一端及远离电路板的另一端;
提供一固持片,所述固持片设有若干与前述接脚端相配合的通孔;
将导电端子的接脚端插接至固持片的通孔,使得固持片设置在针眼部靠近电路板的一端;
通过外力按压,使得固持片受力穿过针眼部移动到针眼部的另一端。
相较于现有技术,本发明中设有一固持片,所述导电端子的接脚端设有与固持片弹性配合的针眼部,如此设计解决了导电端子与电路板连接时插不进的问题,定位更加稳定,产品合格率也更高。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至图4所示,本发明揭示了一种电连接器组件,其包括电路板(未图示)及安装于电路板上的电连接器10,所述电连接器10包括设有若干对接插口22的绝缘本体200、装设于绝缘本体200内的端子模组400以及包覆于绝缘本体200外的屏蔽壳体500,所述屏蔽壳体500包括包覆于绝缘本体200的前屏蔽壳体501与后屏蔽壳体503。
绝缘本体200设有若干向前开口以供对接连接器(未图示)插入配合的对接插口22及安装于电路板上的安装面12,其中对接插口22所在的平面为对接面24,所述对接面24与安装面12垂直,该绝缘本体200的安装面12还设有若干与电路板相配合的定位柱14,使得电连接器10与电路板连接更加的稳定。
如图4至图8所示,电连接器10的端子模组400进一步包括定位件401及若干嵌入定位件401的导电端子403,所述导电端子403可与设于电路板上的导电孔(未图示)电性连接,该等导电端子403设有延伸出前述安装面12的接脚端405,所述接脚端405设有针眼部407,所述针眼部407包括靠近电路板的一端4071及远离电路板的另一端4073,所述电路板设有若干导电孔,前述针眼部407可与导电孔弹性干涉配合。
该电连接器10还包括设有若干通孔301的固持片300,所述固持片300为塑料板状,该固持片300平行设置于安装面12与电路板之间,前述接脚端405收容在固持片300的通孔301内并垂直于固持片300延伸。如图7所示,当电连接器10未安装到电路板上时,固持片300设置在靠近电路板的一端4071;如图8所示,当电连接器10安装到电路板上时,固持片300受力穿过针眼部407移动到针眼部407的另一端4073。如此设计,解决了传统技术中导电端子与电路板连接时易产生的端子插不进问题,降低了产品的不良率。
前述电连接器组件的装配方法主要涉及到以下步骤:
提供一电路板,所述电路板设有若干导电孔;
提供一绝缘本体200,所述绝缘本体200设有端子模组400以及朝向电路板的安装面12,所述端子模组400包括若干导电端子403,该等导电端子403包括可与电路板电性连接的接脚端405,所述接脚端405设有针眼部407,所述针眼部407设有靠近电路板的一端4071及远离电路板的另一端4073;
提供一固持片300,所述固持片300设有若干与前述接脚端405相配合的通孔301;
将导电端子403的接脚端405插接至固持片300的通孔301,使得固持片300设置在针眼部407靠近电路板的一端4071;
通过外力按压,使得固持片300受力穿过针眼部407移动到针眼部的另一端4073。
本发明不仅解决了导电端子403与电路板连接时插不进的问题,也保证了定位结构的稳定,提高了产品的合格率。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其可安装于电路板上,所述电路板设有若干导电孔,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、装设于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体设有安装于电路板上的安装面,端子模组包括若干导电端子,该等导电端子设有可与导电孔电性连接且延伸出前述安装面的接脚端,接脚端设有针眼部,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括设有若干通孔的固持片,前述接脚端收容在固持片的通孔内,所述针眼部包括靠近电路板的一端及远离电路板的另一端,当电连接器未安装到电路板上时,固持片设置在靠近电路板的一端,当电连接器安装到电路板上时,固持片可受力穿过针眼部移动到针眼部的另一端。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体设有若干向前开口以供对接连接器插入配合的对接插口,所述安装面为朝向电路板设置,该等对接插口所在的平面与所述安装面垂直。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固持片平行设置于安装面与电路板之间,前述导电端子的接脚端垂直于固持片延伸。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括自向电路板方向凸伸的可安装到电路板上的定位柱。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述针眼部可与导电孔弹性干涉配合。
6.一种电连接器组件,其包括电路板及安装于电路板上的电连接器,所述电路板设有若干导电孔,所述电连接器包括绝缘本体、装设于绝缘本体内的端子模组,所述绝缘本体设有安装于电路板上的安装面,端子模组包括若干导电端子,该等导电端子设有可与导电孔电性连接且延伸出前述安装面的接脚端,接脚端设有针眼部,其特征在于:所述电连接器还包括设有若干通孔的固持片,前述接脚端收容在固持片的通孔内,所述针眼部包括靠近电路板的一端及远离电路板的另一端,当电连接器未安装到电路板上时,固持片设置在靠近电路板的一端,当电连接器安装到电路板上时,固持片可受力穿过针眼部移动到针眼部的另一端。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述固持片平行设置于安装面与电路板之间,前述导电端子的接脚端垂直于固持片延伸。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述针眼部可与导电孔弹性干涉配合。
9.一种电连接器组件的装配方法,其特征在于:该装配方法包括以下步骤:
提供一电路板,所述电路板设有若干导电孔;
提供一绝缘本体,所述绝缘本体设有端子模组以及朝向电路板的安装面,所述端子模组包括若干导电端子,该等导电端子包括可与电路板电性连接的接脚端,所述接脚端设有针眼部,所述针眼部设有靠近电路板的一端及远离电路板的另一端;
提供一固持片,所述固持片设有若干与前述接脚端相配合的通孔;
将导电端子的接脚端插接至固持片的通孔,使得固持片设置在针眼部靠近电路板的一端;
通过外力按压,使得固持片受力穿过针眼部移动到针眼部的另一端。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器组件的装配方法,其特征在于:所述固持片平行设置于安装面与电路板之间,前述导电端子的接脚端垂直于固持片延伸。
