本发明公开了一种木杆端面倒角装置，包括基架，基架的上部倾斜设置，倾斜设置的基架的上、下端均通过转轴安装有链轮并连接动力源，链轮上通过链板安装有输送槽板，输送槽板上开有U型槽；其中上端的转轴两端安装有一组对称设置的偏心切刀，基架的上端连接有弧形支撑板，弧形支撑板内壁上安装有呈弧线设置的一组挤压辊，弧形支撑板的下方基架上通过导料板连接输送轨道。本发明结构设计合理、巧妙，待加工的木杆通过斜置的输送轨道输送、通过弧形的压力结构径向固定，利用偏心设置的切刀来完成对圆木杆的倒角工作，极大的提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及木材的加工装置领域，具体的是一种木杆端面倒角装置。
背景技术
    目前市场上有很多工艺品是由木材制成的，而工艺品的市场也越来越大，人们对工艺品的需求越来越多，这就促使生产企业无比增加自己的产量和提高生产的效率了，但是传统的工艺和生产方式已经远远达不到现有市场的需求了。对木杆的批量加工中，倒角一直是个麻烦的问题，按照工艺需求，不同的产品木材需要的倒角角度不同、大小不同，这就给日常的生产带来了很大的麻烦和不便。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构设计合理巧妙，加工效率高的木杆端面倒角装置。
本发明的技术方案：
    木杆端面倒角装置，包括基架，基架的上部倾斜设置，其特征在于：所述的倾斜设置的基架的上、下端均通过转轴安装有链轮并连接动力源，链轮上通过链板安装有输送槽板，输送槽板上开有U型槽；其中上端的转轴两端安装有一组对称设置的偏心切刀，所述的基架的上端连接有弧形支撑板，弧形支撑板内壁上安装有呈弧线设置的一组挤压辊，弧形支撑板的下方基架上通过导料板连接输送轨道。
所述的木杆端面倒角装置，其特征在于：所述的弧形支撑板、挤压辊所在的弧线与所述的基架上端的转轴同心设置。
本发明的优点：
本发明结构设计合理、巧妙，待加工的木杆通过斜置的输送轨道输送、通过弧形的压力结构径向固定，利用偏心设置的切刀来完成对圆木杆的倒角工作，极大的提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
参见附图，木杆端面倒角装置，包括基架1，基架1的上部倾斜设置，倾斜设置的基架的上、下端2、3均通过转轴安装有链轮并连接动力源，链轮上通过链板安装有输送槽板4，输送槽板4上开有U型槽；其中上端的转轴两端安装有一组对称设置的偏心切刀5，基架1的上端连接有弧形支撑板6，弧形支撑板6内壁上安装有呈弧线设置的一组挤压辊7，弧形支撑板6的下方基架1上通过导料板8连接输送轨道9。
弧形支撑板6、挤压辊7所在的弧线与基架1上端的转轴同心设置。

1.木杆端面倒角装置，包括基架，基架的上部倾斜设置，其特征在于：所述的倾斜设置的基架的上、下端均通过转轴安装有链轮并连接动力源，链轮上通过链板安装有输送槽板，输送槽板上开有U型槽；其中上端的转轴两端安装有一组对称设置的偏心切刀，所述的基架的上端连接有弧形支撑板，弧形支撑板内壁上安装有呈弧线设置的一组挤压辊，弧形支撑板的下方基架上通过导料板连接输送轨道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木杆端面倒角装置，其特征在于：所述的弧形支撑板、挤压辊所在的弧线与所述的基架上端的转轴同心设置。
