通过卷管机支撑的钢管要送入钢管抛光机里进行抛光处理，目前使用的送料架设计不合理，送料过程摩擦阻力大，导致抛光时间长，影响工作效率，增加工作人员的劳动时间，企业的生产成本增加。

本实用新型的提供一种用于运送钢管抛光的送料架，设计合理，制作简单，能够加快钢管进入抛光机的的速度，提高了工作效率，减少企业的生产成本。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种用于运送钢管抛光的送料架，包括支架、滚轮、导向轮、支撑杆，所述支撑杆沿横向依次通过若干个带座轴承固定在所述支架的一侧上，每个带座轴承旁均设置滚轮且每个滚轮转动固定在所述支撑杆上，所述支架的另一侧设置若干个导向轮。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进在于：每个导向轮和每个滚轮之间交错排列。
本实用新型的工作原理是：钢管从滚轮和导向轮之间经过传送到抛光机里进行平抛光，由于每个导向轮和每个滚轮之间交错排列，导向轮推动钢管向前进，提高了钢管进入抛光机的速度，节约生产成本。
本实用新型的有益效果是：设计合理，制作简单，能够提高钢管的抛光速度，提高生产效率。

如图1、2所示：本实施例的一种用于运送钢管抛光的送料架，包括支架1，滚轮3、导向轮4、支撑杆2，所述支撑杆2沿横向依次通过四个带座轴承固定在所述支架1的一侧上，每个带座轴承旁均设置滚轮3且每个滚轮3转动固定在所述支撑杆2上，所述支架1的另一侧设置四个导向轮4，每个导向轮4和每个滚轮3之间交错排列。
本实施例的有益效果是：制作简单，加快钢管进入抛光机抛光的速度，减少企业的生产成本，提高工作效率。

1.一种用于运送钢管抛光的送料架，包括支架（1），其特征在于：还包括滚轮（3）、导向轮（4）、支撑杆（2），所述支撑杆（2）沿横向依次通过若干个带座轴承固定在所述支架（1）的一侧上，每个带座轴承旁均设置滚轮（3）且每个滚轮（3）转动固定在所述支撑杆（2）上，所述支架（1）的另一侧设置若干个导向轮（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于运送钢管抛光的送料架，其特征在于：每个导向轮（4）和每个滚轮（3）之间交错排列。
