Abstract

本发明公开一种研磨装置,用于面板(300)的研磨,该研磨装置包括:研磨带(210),夹持所述面板(300)的上表面(310)和下表面(320),以同时研磨所述面板(300)的两面;带传动机构(220),将所述研磨带(210)进行传动;带按压机构,用于将所述研磨带(210)按压于所述面板(300)的上表面(310)和下表面(320)。本发明的研磨装置,只使用一根研磨带对面板的上表面和下表面同时进行研磨,减少一次研磨周期耗用的研磨带数量,节约了生产成本,而且一根研磨带同时转动,使得研磨带对面板的上表面和下表面施加均匀的力,提高面板的两表面的平整度。

Description

研磨装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于面板研磨的研磨装置。更具体地讲,涉及一种使用一根研磨带来对面板进行研磨的研磨装置。
背景技术
目前,为了满足消费者对显示装置的轻薄化要求,具有高画质、空间利用效率佳、低消耗功率、无辐射等优越特性的液晶显示器(LiquidCrystalDisplay,LCD)已成为消费者的首选显示器。
作为液晶显示器的主要器件,显示面板是一种非常精密的电子器件。以一块普通的19寸显示面板为例,其表面分布有数百万个像素,因此,如果在显示面板的表面发生不平整的现象,会对显示面板的整体显示效果带来很大的影响。为了确保显示面板的表面具有一定的平整度,在生产过程中需要对显示面板的上下表面进行研磨。
然而,如图1所示,在现有技术中,通常采用一对上、下研磨机构111、112分别使用一根研磨带来对显示面板120的上表面121和下表面122进行研磨。这样在研磨带寿命到期时,需要一次性更换两根研磨带,造成了研磨带的浪费。另外,固定于上研磨机构111的多个转动轮131与固定于下研磨结构112的多个转动轮132分别旋转,导致它们的旋转不同步,使得上研磨机构111使用的研磨带对显示面板120的上表面121施加的力和下研磨机构112使用的研磨带对显示面板120的下表面122的施加的力存在差异,进而使得显示面板120的两表面的平整度较差。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种研磨装置,用于面板的研磨,该研磨装置包括:研磨带,夹持所述面板的上表面和下表面,以同时研磨所述面板的两面;带传动机构,将所述研磨带进行传动;带按压机构,用于将所述研磨带按压于所述面板的上表面和下表面。
此外,所述研磨带的数量为一根。
此外,所述带传动机构包括:四个夹持轮,该四个夹持轮分别为于所述面板的上表面和下表面的左右端,以将所述研磨带在传动时贴附于所述面板的上表面和下表面,其中,所述四个夹持轮中的一个夹持轮为主动轮;至少两个从动轮组,该两个从动轮组分别设于所述面板的左右侧,以分别配合位于所述面板的上表面和下表面的左右端的夹持轮来将所述研磨带进行传动。
此外,所述四个夹持轮中的与所述主动轮对角设置的夹持轮为主动轮。
此外,所述从动轮组包括一个从动轮,该一个从动轮由气缸支撑,该气缸通过控制该一个从动轮的移动,以使所述研磨带绷紧或松弛。
此外,所述从动轮组包括至少两个从动轮,该两个从动轮分别由一个气缸支撑,每个气缸通过控制其支撑的从动轮的移动,以使所述研磨带绷紧或松弛。
此外,所述主动轮的材质为陶瓷。
此外,所述从动轮的材质为金属,并且在所述金属制的从动轮的外围包裹有橡胶。
此外,所述四个夹持轮中的非主动轮的夹持轮的材质为金属,在所述金属制的夹持轮的外围包裹有橡胶。
本发明的研磨装置,只使用一根研磨带对面板的上表面和下表面同时进行研磨,减少一次研磨周期耗用的研磨带数量,节约了生产成本,而且一根研磨带同时转动,可以保证研磨带对面板的上表面和下表面施加均匀的力,提高面板的两表面的平整度。

具体实施方式
现在对本发明的实施例进行详细的描述,其示例表示在附图中,其中,相同的标号始终表示相同部件。下面通过参照附图对实施例进行描述以解释本发明。在附图中,为了清晰起见,可以夸大层和区域的厚度。在下面的描述中,为了避免公知结构和/或功能的不必要的详细描述所导致的本发明构思的混淆,可省略公知结构和/或功能的不必要的详细描述。
实施例1
如图2所示,根据本发明的实施例的研磨装置200包括:研磨带210、带传动机构220和带按压机构。其中,研磨带210的数量为一根,带按压机构包括上带按压机构231和下带按压机构232。
具体而言,将研磨带210穿进上带按压机构231与面板300的上表面310之间形成的研磨间隙和下带按压机构232与面板300的下表面320之间形成的研磨间隙,以使研磨带210夹持面板300的上表面310和下表面320;带传动机构220运转以带动研磨带210在研磨间隙之间转动;上带按压机构231和下带按压机构232均可通过各自连接的伺服导轨240来实现上下移动,进而以控制是否将研磨带210按压于面板300的上表面310和下表面320。其中,当上带按压机构231和下带按压机构232控制将研磨带210按压于面板300的上表面310和下表面320时,带传动结构220使得研磨带210绷紧,并带动研磨带210的转动,进而使得研磨带210同时研磨面板300的上表面310和下表面320;当研磨结束后,上带按压机构231和下带按压机构232在各自连接的伺服导轨240的控制下远离面板300而退开,在这个过程中,研磨带210在带传动机构220的作用下,继续保持绷紧状态。
在本实施例中,带传动机构220是由多个转轮构成的,以实现上述的功能。具体来说,该带传动机构220包括四个夹持轮221、222、223、224和四个从动轮225、226、227、228。其中,第一夹持轮221和第二夹持轮222分别固定设于上带按压机构231的左右端,第三夹持轮223和第四夹持轮224分别固定设于下带按压机构232的左右端,并且第一夹持轮221和第三夹持轮223相对设置,第二夹持轮222和第四夹持轮224相对设置,这样使得该四个夹持轮221、222、223、224分别位于面板300的上表面310和下表面320的左右端。此外,在本实施例中,可将四个夹持轮221、222、223、224中的任意两个设为主动轮,该处所指的主动轮是可以通过自身装载的制动装置(例如,电机等)而自主地转动,进而带动其它的夹持轮以及四个从动轮进行转动,从而带动研磨带210转动,为了使得带传动机构220能够有足够的传动动力来带动研磨带210,使得研磨带210能够匀速转动,进而使得研磨带210对面板300的上表面310和下表面320以均匀的力来进行研磨,优选地,将第四夹持轮224以及与第四夹持轮224对角设置的第一夹持轮221均设为主动轮。
此外,将四个从动轮225、226、227、228两两分组,以形成两个从动轮组,在本实施例中,将第一从动轮225和第二从动轮226组合形成为第一从动轮组并设于面板300的左侧,将第三从动轮227和第四从动轮228组合形成为第二从动轮组并设于面板300的右侧。其中,四个从动轮225、226、227、228分别由一个气缸250控制,可在各自被控制的气缸250的行程方向上进行移动调整,当设为主动轮的第四夹持轮224和第一夹持轮221自主地转动,并带动其它的夹持轮和四个从动轮转动时,通过各个气缸250的自身调节使得各个从动轮将研磨带210绷紧。当需要更换研磨带210时,可通过调节各个气缸250使得各个从动轮朝向面板300移动,进而使得研磨带210松弛,人员进行手动更换。
此外,在本发明中,也可将上述的四个夹持轮221、222、223、224中的任意一个夹持轮设为主动轮,该设为主动轮的夹持轮可通过自身装载的制动装置(例如,电机等)而自主地转动,进而带动其它的夹持轮以及四个从动轮进行转动,从而也可带动研磨带210转动。
在实际应用中,上述设为主动轮的第一夹持轮221和第四夹持轮224的材质均采用陶瓷,由于陶瓷为绝缘体,可避免由于自身装载的制动装置发生漏电而引发的事故,提高安全可靠性。而且,由于其它的非主动轮的夹持轮和从动轮是通过摩擦力来提供给研磨带210转动的动力,因此,本实施例的非主动轮的夹持轮和从动轮的材质均为金属,并且在金属外围包裹有橡胶,以提高采用非主动轮的夹持轮和从动轮与研磨带210之间的摩擦力。
实施例2
作为另一个可选的实施例,如图3所示,与图2所示不同的是,上述的第一从动轮组可只包括一个从动轮229a,该从动轮229a的直径要大于面板300的厚度,以达到上述的第一从动轮组所产生的效果。同样地,上述的第二从动轮组也可只包括一个从动轮229b,该从动轮229b的直径也要大于面板300的厚度,进而达到上述的第二从动轮组所产生的效果。
综上所述,根据本发明的实施例的研磨装置,只使用一根研磨带对面板的上表面和下表面同时进行研磨,减少一次研磨周期耗用的研磨带数量,节约了生产成本,而且一根研磨带同时转动,可以保证研磨带对面板的上表面和下表面施加均匀的力,提高面板的两表面的平整度。
尽管已经参照其示例性实施例具体显示和描述了本发明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以对其进行形式和细节上的各种改变。

Claims (8)

1.一种研磨装置,用于面板(300)的研磨,其特征在于,包括:
研磨带(210),夹持所述面板(300)的上表面(310)和下表面(320),以同时研磨所述面板(300)的两面;
带传动机构(220),将所述研磨带(210)进行传动;
带按压机构,用于将所述研磨带(210)按压于所述面板(300)的上表面(310)和下表面(320);
所述研磨带(210)的数量为一根;
所述带按压机构包括上带按压机构(231)和下带按压机构(232),所述上带按压机构(231)的左右端分别固定设有第一夹持轮(221)和第二夹持轮(222),所述下带按压机构(232)的左右端分别固定设有第三夹持轮(223)和第四夹持轮(224)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的研磨装置,其特征在于,所述带传动机构(220)包括:
四个夹持轮,该四个夹持轮分别为于所述面板(300)的上表面(310)和下表面(320)的左右端,以将所述研磨带(210)在传动时贴附于所述面板(300)的上表面(310)和下表面(320),其中,所述四个夹持轮中的一个夹持轮为主动轮;
至少两个从动轮组,该两个从动轮组分别设于所述面板(300)的左右侧,以分别配合位于所述面板(300)的上表面(310)和下表面(320)的左右端的夹持轮来将所述研磨带(210)进行传动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的研磨装置,其特征在于,所述四个夹持轮中的与所述主动轮对角设置的夹持轮为主动轮。
4.根据权利要求2所述的研磨装置,其特征在于,所述从动轮组包括一个从动轮,该一个从动轮由气缸(250)支撑,该气缸(250)通过控制该一个从动轮的移动,以使所述研磨带(210)绷紧或松弛。
5.根据权利要求2所述的研磨装置,其特征在于,所述从动轮组包括至少两个从动轮,该两个从动轮分别由一个气缸(250)支撑,每个气缸(250)通过控制其支撑的从动轮的移动,以使所述研磨带(210)绷紧或松弛。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的研磨装置,其特征在于,所述主动轮的材质为陶瓷。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的研磨装置,其特征在于,所述从动轮的材质为金属,并且在所述金属制的从动轮的外围包裹有橡胶。
8.根据权利要求3所述的研磨装置,其特征在于,所述四个夹持轮中的非主动轮的夹持轮的材质为金属,在所述金属制的夹持轮的外围包裹有橡胶。
