技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在平坦且优选地柔性的装饰性材料中制成线性或带状弱化的方法,并且具体涉及一种用于在皮革件或合成外皮中制成线性或带状弱化的方法。
背景技术
已知利用激光束在装饰性材料中产生线性或带状材料弱化的各种广泛使用的方法。这些方法的共同特征在于,用高能激光束从反向侧加工装饰性材料,随后遮蔽反向侧,并采取额外措施来防止加工穿透到装饰性材料的可见侧。这样广泛使用的方法例如见官方出版物US7,297,897A和US6,294,124B1。
用于以最小可能的印记在装饰性表面上产生弱化的方法,具体地能够应用于该表面的加工技术公开在出版物DE19944371A1、EP1745989A2和DE10241715A1中。
尽管小心地应用,但通过广泛已知的方法,产生的弱化在不利环境情况中能够在可见侧上导致印记,从产品的美学方面来看,这是不利的。
发明内容
基于该背景情况,本发明的目的在于规定一种用于对装饰性材料、具体地对皮革和合成外皮激光弱化的方法,该方法形成可见侧的改进的可视外观。
为实现该目的,本发明提出了具有分别在权利要求1和2中规定的特征的两种不同方法。
在从属权利要求中列出了对于根据本发明的方法的有利细化和发展。

具体实施方式
根据图1和2中的示意图,在平坦装饰性材料1的部件中以一排各个孔10的方式制成线性弱化、弱化线4或者更准确地说是弱化带。孔10由激光束3在装饰性材料1的图中可见的表面一侧上的瞬间作用产生。以此方式加工的装饰性材料1通常被进一步处理,以在车辆内饰部件中形成位于气囊舱的开口挡板(opening flap)上方的可见侧装饰罩。在该情况中,弱化线4完成在储藏于下方的气囊的触发和调配期间的预计破断点和撕裂线的功能。为此,在具体优选的应用中,装饰性材料1是被合适地剪裁的皮革件或合成外皮。替代地,装饰性材料还能够是织物件或者装饰无纺件(ornamentalnonwoven)。
图1中所示的带有一排12近似等距隔开的孔11的离散孔图案对应于通常的不连续加工。在该情况中,激光束3的作用区域2的位置在作用期间是固定的。另一方面,在工件即装饰性材料1的重定位期间,激光束3的作用被中断。结果,相邻孔11的连接线中的区域仍未被加工。可以这么说,激光束3的作用区域2在不连续加工期间沿着加工方向A从孔11向前跳跃到孔11。该不连续加工能够利用目前广泛使用的激光源非常容易地实施,因为作为其设计的结果,这些激光源发出的并不是连续的光束,而是可以控制的激光脉冲序列。
同样,在广泛使用的方法中,在所描述的情况下,激光束3的作用点2一侧与装饰性材料1的预期可见侧反向。这对应于从相反侧的加工。另外,孔10优选地形成为盲孔,以避免对于装饰性的可见侧的外观的任何损伤。在脉冲式激光源的情况中,盲孔10的深度在某种程度上能够通过在一个位置作用在装饰性材料1的预定数目的具有预定能量的激光脉冲来精确地重复实现。然而,在加工过程中,推荐重复的能量输入调整。这通过产生间歇性的基准孔13来实现。这里,实际的加工深度由通过孔11的基部处的余留材料厚度出射的激光束3的光强确定,并且提供用于加工的脉冲数和/或脉冲能被再限定,以实现目标加工深度。由于对加工的该经常性重新标定,可以补偿装饰性材料1沿着加工线的密度、反射率和厚度变化。具体在加工皮革时,这是相当有利的。
根据本发明的方法与广泛使用的弱化方法的差异可主要参见图2推断出来,图2示出了用于实现优选实施方式的优选布置。这个布置包括从上方发光的激光源(但未详细示出)和用于装饰性材料1的保持装置8。装饰性材料1布置在保持装置8的两个相对支撑边缘9、10之间。因支撑边缘9、10在激光束3的方向上的偏移,沿着加工方向A形成延伸到图面中的双折部(double fold)6。所述双折部的位置选择成使得激光束3的作用区域2位于弯折部7之间,并且优选地以对中方式位于弯折部7之间。由于支撑边缘9、10相对于激光束3的入射方向的对准,装饰性材料1的中央纤维(位于截面图中且以斜线标示)清楚地被设置成关于加工方向A在横向上成一角度。激光束3在该中央纤维上的入射方向因此并非如广泛使用方法中那样是垂直的,而是明显地不同于90°的角度。结果,沿着激光束3的光束方向引入到装饰性材料1中的弱化相对于由可见孔11的中心线预定的中心平面是非对称的。在该中心平面的左手侧上,该弱化相应地形成为比右手侧上更小。这样的原因在于,倾斜地延伸的孔以增大的深度而更远地移动背离左手侧区域。因此,能够被确定为与装饰性材料1的表面垂直的弱化深度型线在弱化线4的左手侧和右手侧上不同。由于不同的弱化深度型线,拉伸载荷产生了垂直于装饰性材料1表面延伸的横向应力分量,这抵消了表面上的任意可见变形。
作为前述优选实施方式的替代例,本文中所说明的根据本发明的方法也能够实现在具有机械加工刀具的装置中。这在图3和4中示意性地示出,其中通过切割轮14进行加工。装饰性材料以与前述相同的方式布置在保持装置8中,形成包括加工区域的双折部6。从向上指向的一侧,利用切割轮14产生不完全切口。在加工期间,切割轮14沿着加工方向移动到图面中。由于切割轮14和装饰性材料的中央纤维之间的窄的角度,产生朝向弱化线的一侧延伸到材料的深度中的弯曲切口15。所述切口的轮廓在图4中以放大局部截面图示出。切口15的准确轨道源于装饰性材料1在保持装置8中的弯折。取决于弱化线的轨道以及装饰性材料的厚度和柔性,可值得推荐的是:将装饰性材料固定在保持装置8的窄隙中,以确保切口15的均一轮廓。在连续加工期间,保持装置8的图示在左方和右方的部件能够形成为传送辊。在该修改例中,切割轮14将相对于保持装置8维持固定。切口15将仅通过装饰性材料1在传送辊之间的前进而在加工方向上实现。

Claims (14)

2.一种用于在柔性平坦的装饰性材料(1)中产生线性弱化的方法,具体地在皮革件或合成外皮中产生线性弱化,所述线性弱化具有沿着激光束(3)的加工方向(A)处理的点状或斑状作用区域(2),其中形成了包括激光束(3)的作用区域(2)的双折部(6),以利用所述装饰性材料(1)的上侧和下侧上的不同应力关系在弱化线(4)的由所述加工方向(A)预定的左方和右方实现不同的弱化深度型线。

6.根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,每个孔(11)通过具有相应地预定的能量的预定数目的激光脉冲的作用产生。
