Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir una debilitación lineal en un material (1) decorativo plano, en particular en una pieza de cuero o una piel sintética, que tiene un área (2) de acción similar a un punto o mancha, que progresa a lo largo de una dirección (A) de maquinado, de un haz (3) de luz láser en el material (1) decorativo, en donde el material (1) decorativo se ajusta transversalmente con respecto a la dirección (A) de maquinado en el área (2) de acción, para obtener un perfil de profundidad de debilitación diferente en la izquierda y derecha de la línea (4) de debilitación predefinida por la dirección (A) de maquinado.
